Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The following terms govern participation in SubEasy’s Referral Program (“the Program”). By participating, users (“Participants”) agree to these terms in addition to SubEasy’s general Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open to all registered SubEasy users with active accounts in good standing.

1.2 Participants must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations when using the Program.

2. Referral Rewards

2.1 Participants may earn rewards (“Referral Rewards”) based on eligible purchases made by referred users (“Referred Friends”) through their unique referral link.

2.2 The specific amount and percentage of Referral Rewards will be determined based on the rates displayed on the Participant’s user page at the time of the referred purchase and may vary.

2.3 Referral Rewards will be credited to the Participant’s Reward account after a verification period following the Referred Friend’s purchase, provided there are no refunds, disputes, or chargebacks during this time.

2.4 If your referred friend initiates a refund during the verification period, the corresponding referral reward amount will be deducted from your Reward Account.

2.5 In exceptional cases where a refund is successfully processed after the verification period, the corresponding referral reward amount will still be deducted from your Reward Account. This applies even if you have already withdrawn the funds or used the balance for SubEasy services, meaning your Reward Account may have a negative balance. Future referral rewards earned will automatically be applied to offset the negative balance until it is cleared.

2.6 In the case described in 2.5, if we suspect malicious intent to fraudulently claim referral rewards, SubEasy reserves the right to pursue recovery of the funds and take legal action.

3. Reward account and Redemption

3.1 Referral Rewards will be accumulated in the Participant’s Reward account and are non-transferable.

3.2 Participants may withdraw funds from their Reward account or use the balance toward SubEasy services, subject to the terms and conversion rates displayed on the user page.

4. Restrictions

4.1 Referral Rewards cannot be earned through self-referrals or any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using bots, or engaging in deceptive practices.

4.2 SubEasy reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or adjust Referral Rewards in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

5. Program Modifications and Termination

5.1 SubEasy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or its terms at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Any changes to the Program will be communicated through SubEasy’s official channels, including the website, email, or other notification methods.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 SubEasy is not responsible for any taxes or legal obligations arising from the Participant’s earnings under the Program. Participants are solely responsible for complying with their local tax and regulatory requirements.

6.2 SubEasy’s liability for any disputes, errors, or interruptions related to the Program is limited to the value of Referral Rewards earned under these terms.

7. Governing Law

The Program and its terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in SubEasy’s general Terms of Service.

推薦計劃條款與細則

以下條款規範參與 SubEasy 推薦計劃（以下簡稱「本計劃」）的相關規定。參與本計劃的用戶（以下簡稱「參與者」）需同意這些條款以及 SubEasy 的一般服務條款。

1. 資格

1.1 本計劃開放給所有持有有效帳戶的 SubEasy 註冊用戶。

1.2 參與者在使用本計劃時需遵守所有適用的法律法規。

2. 推薦獎勵

2.1 參與者可通過其專屬推薦連結，根據被推薦用戶（以下簡稱「被推薦人」）的合資格消費獲得獎勵（以下簡稱「推薦獎勵」）。

2.2 推薦獎勵的具體金額和比例將以參與者用戶頁面上顯示的數據為準，並可能有所不同。

2.3 推薦獎勵將在被推薦人完成購買後經過驗證期後發放至參與者的獎勵帳戶，但需確保該購買未在此期間發生退款、爭議或退款撤銷。

2.4 若被推薦人在驗證期內發起退款，對應的推薦獎勵金額將從您的獎勵帳戶中扣除。

2.5 在極端情況下，即使已超過驗證期，被推薦人仍成功退款，對應的推薦獎勵金額仍將從您的獎勵帳戶中扣除。此情況即便您已提取資金或將餘額用於 SubEasy 服務，您的獎勵帳戶也可能出現負餘額。未來獲得的推薦獎勵將自動用於抵扣該負餘額，直至清零。

2.6 在第 2.5 條的情況下，如我們懷疑用戶存在惡意騙取推薦獎勵的行為，SubEasy 保留追討資金及採取法律行動的權利。

3. 獎勵帳戶與兌換

3.1 推薦獎勵將累積至參與者的獎勵帳戶，且不得轉讓。

3.2 參與者可根據用戶頁面上顯示的條款與轉換比例，提取其獎勵帳戶中的資金或將餘額用於 SubEasy 服務。

4. 限制

4.1 推薦獎勵不得通過自我推薦或任何形式的欺詐行為獲得，包括但不限於創建多個帳戶、使用機器人或從事欺騙性操作。

4.2 SubEasy 保留在涉嫌濫用、欺詐或違反本條款的情況下，扣留、撤銷或調整推薦獎勵的權利。

5. 計劃修改與終止

5.1 SubEasy 保留隨時修改、暫停或終止本計劃或其條款的權利，無需事先通知。

5.2 本計劃的任何變更將通過 SubEasy 官方渠道（包括網站、電子郵件或其他通知方式）進行溝通。

6. 免責聲明

6.1 SubEasy 對參與者在本計劃中獲得的推薦獎勵所產生的稅務或法律義務不承擔責任。參與者需自行遵守其所在地的稅務及法規要求。

6.2 SubEasy 因本計劃相關的爭議、錯誤或中斷而產生的責任，以參與者根據本條款已確認的推薦獎勵金額為限。

7. 準據法

本計劃及其條款受 SubEasy 一般服務條款中指定的司法管轄區法律管轄。
