00:30.18 – 01:05.82

Let's get real, let's get loud, and America at Loud Talk Radio. This is the McCullough Report and I'm Dr. Peter McCullough. We're going to dedicate this show to the current condition, the discussion, and the ramifications of President Joseph R. Biden becoming medically and intellectually, cognitively, unable to continue as President of the United States, let alone pursue another four years in office.

01:06.00 – 02:15.87

Is it possible that we could see an invocation of the 25th Amendment of the United States of the Constitution? The 25th Amendment deals with presidential succession and disability, so it's not all about medical disability or assassination. It also clarifies that the vice president becomes president if the president dies, resigns, is removed from office through impeachment, and establishes a vacancy in the office of the presidency. Now, specifically, Section 4 of the 25th Amendment addresses the case of a president who's unable to discharge the powers and the duties of the presidency, but cannot, does not, or execute the voluntary declaration contemplated by the section. That means, in the case of Biden, where he can't see that he's failing, and this is common among individuals with mental decline, they can't see that they're declining.

02:16.47 – 03:12.79

Section 4 allows the vice president, together with a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments, or such other body as Congress, made by law, provided, to issue a written declaration that the president is unable to discharge his duties. Immediately upon such a declaration being sent to Congress, the vice president becomes the acting president, and the president is then divested of all authorities. Now, who are the principal officers of the executive departments? They're really the 15 cabinet members enumerated in the United States Code. So, Secretary of State, Treasury, Defense, Attorney General, Secretary of the Interior, Agriculture, Commerce, Labor, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, Transportation, Energy, Education, Veterans Affairs, and Homeland Security.

03:12.79 – 04:00.35

So, it would be a broad group that would have to agree to this. I've written several sub-stacks, so check out Courageous Discourse on Biden's medical history and why he could be in this type of predicament in terms of his neurologic condition. And so, I think it's important to understand that President Biden has had two neurosurgeries. He's had two craniotomies where the skull has been opened up for surgery. In 1988, he was giving a lecture in Rochester, New York, and had the worst headache of his life, collapsed, and was unconscious for five hours in his hotel room.

04:00.35 – 04:17.17

He was found, he was rushed to Walter Reed Medical Center and was found to have a bleeding aneurysm in the brain. This was done by a spinal tap and a CT. It showed the bleeding aneurysm. He had a microcraniotomy. in order to stop the bleeding.

04:17.85 – 05:17.45

He was found to have two aneurysms and then later on in that year had an open craniotomy and repair of the aneurysms. That's two times where the brain has been opened and indeed, you know, that could have taken an effect. Now, a review has been published by Zhang and Lim that has found that patients who have had intracranial hemorrhage, like Biden, have about a 30-40% chance of developing cognitive decline or dementia over the next five years. Now, it's been over 30 years since Biden's intracranial hemorrhage and brain surgeries, but he did have originally a facial nerve damage due to the surgery and recovered from that. No one knows over the course of 30 years if that could play a role, but Biden has accumulated other medical problems over time.

05:17.97 – 05:44.49

One of them is permanent atrial fibrillation. Atrial fibrillation is a chaotic rhythm of the left and right atrium. Most of the time, it originates out of the origins of the pulmonary vein in the left atrium. And once this rhythm takes over, it is so disorganized and blood flow is static. in particular areas of the left atrium, particularly the left atrial appendage, where a blood clot can form.

05:44.49 – 06:07.41

Microblood clots and macroblood clots. It necessitates the use of a blood thinner called Eliquis. In fact, Biden is on Eliquis. There's other blood thinners in that category of novel anticoagulants, including Xeralto and Pradaxa. Prior to these drugs, we used to use warfarin as a chronic anticoagulant.

06:07.41 – 06:39.07

But the point is, these anticoagulants reduce about 90% of strokes in permanent atrial fibrillation, but not 100%. And it's certainly possible that Biden, over time, has sustained microstrokes. In fact, there may have been stroke events that were missed because he's had a prior craniotomy and a history of neurologic disease. But it doesn't stop there. We had a chance to review Biden's medical report, and it's issued once a year.

06:39.61 – 07:16.07

And it was issued by Corinne Jean-Pierre, the assistant to the president and White House press secretary, from physician Kevin O'Connor, who's a DO. And he is a family physician of relatively junior status. He is an associate professor of medicine at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. So that, in terms of physician levels, is pretty junior in the totem pole. And on February 28, 2024, O'Connor issues this report.

07:17.59 – 07:47.43

He summarizes at the top that the president feels well and this year's physical identified no new concerns. He continues to be fit for duty and fully executes all the responsibilities without exemptions or accommodations. Well, that's a pretty bold statement. And he gives a lot more detail here. The interim history indicates that Biden has had basal cell carcinomas and they've been treated.

07:47.59 – 08:01.75

Those are skin cancers. That's fine. In the last year, Biden has developed sleep apnea. And now he's on positive airway pressure, breathing at home at night. Many of our listeners have sleep apnea.

08:02.43 – 08:31.81

It was reported in 2008. And then in the 2019 report, he had experienced symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea without being obese. And he had had sinus and nasal surgeries, but now that isn't working. So he's gone on to CPAP or continuous positive airway pressure. That's a breathing machine at night that Biden is wearing.

08:32.55 – 08:51.05

He's 81 years old and he has responded to the sleep apnea. That's problem number one that O'Connor lists. The next problem is atrial fibrillation. It's persistent, basically permanent. He has no symptoms.

08:51.23 – 08:54.15

His EKG reveals atrial fibrillation at a rate of 77.

08:54.55 – 09:12.87

. He's on no rate controlling drugs. He's never had any drugs like beta blockers or calcium channel blockers or digoxin to control the atrial fibrillation. He's never had cardioversion or ablation. They essentially just left him in atrial fibrillation, which is a reasonable strategy.

09:13.05 – 09:16.17

He is on apixaban, standard anticoagulation.

09:17.85 – 09:35.69

He has hyperlipidemia. His total cholesterol is on resuvastatin. So he is on a statin. His total cholesterol is 122, triglycerides 90, HDL 45, and LDL of 68.. He has gastroesophageal reflux.

09:35.69 – 09:52.87

He's taking over-the-counter famotidine or Pepcid, which we've used in the treatment of COVID. He also did add Nexium for better acid control. He has seasonal allergies. He uses fluticasone and over-the-counter Allegra.

09:54.45 – 10:05.11

O'Connor notes here problem number six, stiffened gait, that he has moderate to severe degenerative osteoarthritic changes or spondylosis. Now,

10:06.85 – 10:45.83

on the part of the 2021 physical, O'Connor noted that the president is demonstrating a stiffened ambulatory gait compared to before his foot fracture. Apparently, he had a foot fracture in the past. He had a team of spine, foot and ankle, radiology, physical therapy, and movement disorder neurologic specialists to carefully assess the patient. After the team evaluated Biden and did x-rays, they determined that he had moderate spondylolosis, which is a lower spine problem that is making him stiff. over time.

10:47.09 – 11:14.51

He had a detailed neurologic examination. According to O'Connor, no findings consistent with cerebellar or central neurologic disorders such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, lateral sclerosis, or any cervical myelopathy. The exam did support a finding of peripheral neuropathy in the feet, meaning he can't feel as well in his feet. No motor weakness was detected. He had no tremor.

11:15.03 – 11:23.75

It rested with activity. He demonstrates fine motor dexterity. The subtle difference in heat-cold sensation, that was changing.

11:25.95 – 11:42.65

The peripheral neuropathy is ascending from his feet to his lower extremities. He's becoming numb there. This significant arthritis is an issue. He's having increasing left hip discomfort with activity.

11:45.71 – 12:02.39

Physical therapy has been prescribed for the president. More detail on the peripheral neuropathy. It's essentially idiopathic. He's had appropriate testing in terms of B12 and thyroid testing. Skin cancer surveillance is noted.

12:03.55 – 12:31.89

Optometry, the president did have a dilated eye exam. No retinal problems, macular degeneration. He had a dental examination and no new dental issues. The drugs the president is on are apixaban, which is Eloquis, rosuvastatin or Crestor, fluticasone, nasal spray, Allegra over-the-counter, famotidine, over-the-counter, and Nexium. So it's not a big medical burden.

12:32.01 – 12:40.49

He's on no neuropsychiatric drugs. He's been married for 46 years, does not use any tobacco products. He doesn't drink alcohol.

12:42.15 – 12:57.41

He is exercising five days a week. His blood pressure is 132 over 78, pulse 64,. atrial fibrillation, weighs 178 pounds, body mass index 24.1..

12:59.05 – 13:02.31

His blood chemistry is normal, CBC normal.

13:04.09 – 13:30.11

Folate, vitamin D, creatine, kinase, magnesium. So it's a reasonable workup here. What's missing in O'Connor's report, which is a several-page report, is there's no cognitive examination. There's no examination of the cognitive abilities of President Joseph Biden. And that's what people are most concerned about.

13:30.35 – 13:47.95

And, boy, are we seeing film after film, real after real, of Biden's difficulty in managing names, places, relationships. He's had a disastrous debate against Trump.

13:49.53 – 14:28.55

Trump didn't answer some questions himself, but clearly had mental competency where Biden didn't. And to make matters worse, Biden has just attended the NATO summit, where the clips will clearly show that he mistaked and misplaced the word for Putin, for Zelensky. He went right into the White House press briefing on the NATO summit. And there I listened to every word. I was driving home that day, so I didn't watch Biden, but I had a chance to listen.

14:28.93 – 15:00.95

His prepared remarks, I thought, were pretty solid, and they were largely about America should show strength and support NATO, and that's the viewpoint of the administration. It sounded like he was reading from a teleprompter, but, again, I was just listening, so I couldn't tell. But it sounded pretty strong. But then this was the first time that President Joseph Biden was by himself at a podium in eight months before the White House press corps. This is a 45-year senator.

15:01.65 – 15:34.97

He's been a vice president for eight years and president now for four years. And he had a list of reporters to call on, and he struggled recalling their names and how to pronounce their names and call on them. And their questions were not oriented towards NATO. They were oriented about his own competency. So there was question after question about the competency of the president, of, you know, can he still, you know, is he fit for duty for being president?

15:35.23 – 16:07.45

And Biden exhibited several features of Alzheimer's. His voice became lower and weaker. Clearly, his processing speed was slower once he got into the question-and-answer session. And then, when a problem or an obvious mental lapse was pointed out to him, he did a characteristic defense mechanism or a cover-up mechanism, and that is laughing. He laughed.

16:07.57 – 16:31.19

And I've seen this with patients with dementia over and over again, where they laugh in a sense to cover it up. Ha-ha, I just, I was tired, or ha-ha. There's an excuse. So for the debate, the excuse that he was jet-lagged. His staff privately said that he was, you know, showing up late to the preparation sessions, and he just was not well prepared.

16:32.73 – 16:57.79

With the NATO summit and the questions and answers, we got to the point where, again, Biden confused Russia with another country. It went in his statements. He confused world leaders, and this will come out on the second half of the program, where we have some clips of Biden. My synthesis is the following. You know, Biden in 1988 had a subarachnoid hemorrhage.

16:58.21 – 17:11.79

He had two of these surgeries done. He had the facial nerve damage. Recovers. from that. He, over time, could have had microstrokes from atrial fibrillation.

17:12.67 – 17:59.45

He says, developing this peripheral neuropathy. And then, I think the final shoe to drop for Biden in his health care, publicly disclosed, is six Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines. It's simply, I think, too much for a senior citizen to bear. We have not only the literature that prior subarachnoid hemorrhage can contribute to cognitive decline, but we have an ample literature that COVID-19 vaccination does that. And in a large study by Rowe and colleagues, over four million people in Korea, where they compared vaccinated versus unvaccinated, and a very solid control here, there was no doubt that COVID-19 vaccination about doubled the rate of cognitive decline.

18:00.45 – 18:43.31

Many of you have seen this. I've seen it in my clinical practice that if there is already the onset of a dementia, whether it's a multi-infarct dementia, a metabolic dementia due to alcohol, a dementia due to Alzheimer's disease, no matter what the original etiology is, it rapidly progresses after COVID-19 vaccination. Why is this the case? Dr. Stephanie Seneff and myself have published in the Springer Nature Curious Journal of Biomedical Sciences that the spike protein, which is produced in large quantity after vaccination, folds and forms what's called amyloid or neuritic plaques.

18:43.63 – 19:05.67

There are plaques in the brain of people with dementia. Plaques are little smudges of folded proteins that the body can't clear out. Now, a paper published by Mortz in Germany of a 76-year-old man who had Parkinson's. And remember, early, with Parkinson's, the mental function is fine. This man was in a senior home.

19:06.15 – 20:12.45

He takes three COVID-19 vaccines, a blend of messenger RNA and adenoviral vector vaccines, and he dies of a combined myocarditis and encephalitis, and his brain is loaded with spike protein and inflammation. So I think the Mortz autopsy is revealing that we have such a central nervous system burden that is accumulating, at least in this one case, and if we can infer that it's happening in this man, it's probably happening in many who have taken the vaccine, particularly if the blood-brain barrier has been disturbed with prior cranial surgery, prior episodes of other neurologic problems. That's actually probably the setup for it. That spike protein is there, the neuritic plaques forms, and then we develop the characteristic features of Alzheimer's, which is impaired memory, short- and long-term, poor decision-making, many times associated with problems with word findings, what's called an apraxia. And then early on with Alzheimer's, the motor system is fine.

20:12.87 – 20:39.21

Remember this code silver, which we have in the United States, where a patient who has dementia gets out of a nursing home. They can walk many miles. They can go into people's neighborhoods and get lost because their motor function is fine. Biden doesn't have that. Biden has losses of cognitive function that we can observe on tape, but he also has motor function, motor function.

20:39.43 – 21:07.73

And in O'Connor's note, he does indicate that a motor neurology expert was there to see Biden. Now, motor problems like Parkinson's, with a tremor of the upper extremity, what's called cogwheel rigidity at the bicipital tendon, and then a shuffling gait. Parkinson's disease. early on, there's no cognitive abnormalities. So mental function is fine.

21:07.81 – 21:40.35

It's simply the motor system is being impaired because there's an impairment of the production of dopamine in the substantia nigra of the brain. So this is well worked out. It's called an alpha syn-nucleopathy. So the brain cells in the substantia nigra in Parkinson's become deficient in producing one of the three fundamental catecholamines in the body, which is dopamine. There's dopamine, epinephrine, and norepinephrine, but we need dopamine for neurologic function.

21:40.35 – 22:10.55

In the Golgi apparatus, within the cells, there is a shuttling chaperone protein called alpha synuclein. It is deficient. It actually folds itself, and the cells can't produce dopamine. That is the fundamental mechanism of Parkinson's disease. So our response to that is to give the body back dopamine, and we give it in long-acting forms, and then other drugs are given.

22:10.79 – 22:54.17

But characteristically, with Parkinson's, early on intellectual function is fine. With Alzheimer's disease, early on motor function is fine. Now you're going to hear me in a series of interviews, and I'm an internist and cardiologist, but I do take care of patients with neurologic disease. I clearly take care of patients with permanent atrial fibrillation. President Biden would be a typical patient in my office, and I can tell you in my clinical experience, the COVID-19 vaccines in a senior citizen who has prior neurologic disease clearly can bring the onset of a combined cognitive and motor syndrome.

22:54.33 – 23:34.63

It's not pure Alzheimer's, and it's not pure Parkinson's. I think that fits Biden's appearance nearly perfectly. And with six vaccines, and the vaccines have never been studied for cumulative toxicity. If the spike protein accumulation in the brain is cumulative, with shot after shot, with six publicly disclosed shots, it's well within theoretical possibility, clinical reality, to have a working diagnosis of a COVID-19 vaccine-induced neurodegenerative syndrome. And I think that's what President Biden has.

23:35.59 – 23:56.81

People have asked, listen, Dr. McCullough, at what point in time do you call it? At what point in time do you observe somebody? And we can largely observe Biden. Now, without examining him in my office, doing a CT scan, getting other information, neurologic consultation, I can't make an absolute diagnosis with Biden.

23:56.83 – 24:13.81

But what I can say in my office is I would do a detailed neurologic exam. I'd have a neurologist see him. I would order a brain MRI. Don't forget, his brain is not going to be normal in imaging because he's had two craniotomies. He's had the neurosurgery, so there's going to be post-surgical changes.

24:14.17 – 24:56.65

But I would rule out other pathologies, such as normal pressure hydrocephalus, for instance. I would rule out multiple small strokes. I still think that's a possibility. And then, importantly, clinically, I'd want to see him, and I'd want to rule out a problem, which is a clinical syndrome where it's a blend of simultaneous Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, and that's called Lewy body dementia. I've had several patients with Lewy body dementia, and I can tell you when patients have this, it is a rapidly progressive and fatal dementia, and it is characterized by hallucinations, which are vivid hallucinations.

24:56.91 – 25:24.15

The patient hallucinates. And when I initially made some statements on national TV, colleagues wrote me right away and said, Dr. McCullough, the combination of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, that's Lewy body dementia. And I said, you know, my hunch is that Biden does not have Lewy body dementia because it doesn't appear to be that rapidly progressive. The way I estimate it is.

25:24.15 – 26:02.77

I think it's been going on from probably midpoint of 2020 on, so it's slowly progressive, and there's no report by anyone that he's actually having active hallucinations. So I know many of you on the other political side of the aisle think that he's probably wildly hallucinating, but in fact, there's no report of that, so I want to be fair to President Biden. So I, clinically, working through this, have essentially ruled out Lewy body dementia. Normal pressure hydrocephalus. We'd have to get an MRI scan, but normal pressure hydrocephalus, patients develop a very wide base gate.

26:02.97 – 26:24.85

The feet are flapping against the ground, and they characteristically have incontinence, trouble urinating. The bladder becomes overfilled. It starts to dribble. It becomes so noticeable when people have normal pressure hydrocephalus. Most of my patients actually have to have Foley catheters put in, and I just don't think Biden has that.

26:25.45 – 27:00.09

So I'd see him in the office, and I'd do this detailed neurologic exam, neurologic consultation, MRI. The blood testing I would get, in addition to what O'Connor got on Biden, is, I would get a check for autoimmunity, that is the ANA, the anticitrillated peptide, and the rheumatoid factor. If there were any skin or renal abnormalities, which there are not, I would order an ANCA, an antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody. Why would I do all that? Because the COVID-19 vaccines induce autoimmunity, and it's a treatable condition.

27:00.77 – 27:37.71

So I would do that because I do it in my standard of care, in my practice. I would measure in Biden the quantitative antibodies against the spike protein. Now, in the LabCorp test that I measured, the extended range test, less than one is normal. Zero to a thousand is consistent with a previous infection, and we know Biden has had previous COVID because the vaccines don't work, and he had well-documented COVID after being fully vaccinated. But over a thousand, and progressively up to as much as 25,000, can be with vaccination.

27:37.91 – 27:41.33

I bet with six vaccines, I bet Biden is over 25,000.

27:41.41 – 28:03.05

. I bet it's unmeasurably high against the spike protein. I saw a patient in my office who had taken five shots, very ill-looking. She had bilateral blood clots in her legs, and she was over 25,000.. I have seen, I think, on one occasion, somebody over 25,000 with no symptoms, but the vast majority of people have symptoms.

28:03.83 – 28:55.65

So I would expect Biden has that. Now, I would measure antibodies against the nucleocapsid, very importantly. And then I would also do a detailed evaluation of blood pressure and heart rate to make sure he doesn't have orthostatic changes, which can occur, blood pressure instability, which can occur with the vaccination, but also are a part of the alpha-syn-nucleopathies, the Parkinsonian-like syndromes, and they include Bradbury-Eggleston, the pure autonomic failure, and Shydrager syndrome, or multisystem atrophy. So we'd want to make sure that those are carefully done. Again, this is far in greater depth than what his family physician, O'Connor, has done so far.

28:55.85 – 29:12.95

I think, President, the Commander-in-Chief of the United States is entitled to the best healthcare possible, and, honestly, he doesn't look like he's received the level of care that I would provide for him. The blood tests would include.

29:15.37 – 30:07.77

other assessments that could be helpful in ascertaining if anything else could be abnormal, and I think this was done to a significant degree. We want to make sure the blood sodium isn't low. That's common in elderly individuals, that there's no hypothyroidism, no failure of the adrenal glands, nothing that could throw off his overall body chemistry and his mental function. We're going to take a break here for our sponsors, and we're going to pick up on the second half of the McCullough Report with a little bit more information on President Joseph Biden and his neurodegenerative decline, and then we're going to move into an interview I had with Emerald Robinson this week on the absolute truth. 31:31.65 – 32:23.17

Let's get real, let's get loud on America Out Loud Talk Radio. This is a McCullough Report and I'm Dr. Peter McCullough. We're picking up on the conversation about medically what should happen with President of the United States, Joseph R. Biden, 81 years old, who I have essentially ascertained, with a background history of seborrheic hemorrhage to brain surgeries in the past, facial nerve paralysis, peripheral neuropathy, permanent atrial fibrillation, possible microstrokes, and now an evolving, simultaneous form of dementia and movement disorder, in a sense blended Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease, that he has developed a COVID-19 vaccine-induced neurodegenerative disorder, superimposed on his prior neurologic insults.

32:23.53 – 32:56.63

It appears as if he is unfit to serve as President of the United States currently, let alone pursue candidacy. And we're seeing Democratic leader after Democratic leader, Hollywood stars and fundraisers like George Clooney all coming out saying, listen, Biden should now resign. He should step aside. Yet his wife, Jill Biden, is putting him out there. She is scoffing at anyone who is questioning Biden's ability.

32:56.93 – 33:25.11

She, almost unhinged after the presidential debate, said, Joe, we can do it. And she's screaming into the microphone like a lunatic. So she is not showing insight. Hunter Biden is apparently useless here to step up. We need the family around Biden, the Democratic leaders, to help Biden understand that he doesn't have the ability to see within himself.

33:25.55 – 33:48.01

He doesn't have insight into what's going on in his condition. So, you know, as a doctor, when I see patients in the office, I'll ask them, do you know that your voice is weakening? Do you know and understand that you can't answer questions like you used to? You can't process. When I talk to people, I'm always assessing their processing speed.

33:48.21 – 34:02.09

How quickly can they process information? You can see by comparison at the debate, I was judging Trump. His processing speed is very quick for a man his age. I don't think anybody would doubt that. Biden's processing speed has slowed.

34:02.31 – 34:20.33

His memory, recall and retrieval has slowed. He's making disastrous mistakes in names and places. He has clearly slowed down in terms of his gait. He needs assistance with gait. He's fallen numerous times up and down the stairs to airplanes, Air Force One.

34:20.33 – 34:32.27

Now going up these stairs, if any of you have done this, it's not an easy task. They're small stairs. The metal is fairly unforgiving. In fact, when he falls, I kind of cringe because I know it hurts. One time he grabbed his shin.

34:32.41 – 34:49.75

I was like, oh gosh. If you remember, one time he was bicycling and why anyone would let Biden on a bicycle, he's on a bike path. He kind of stops to try to see the crowd and he just falls right over on the bicycle. I mean, right there, probably a lot of you saw that film. That was from a few years ago.

34:49.75 – 35:11.63

That's how my father-in-law fell and broke his hip. My father-in-law was bicycling at an older age, inadvisable, and his bicycle tires got stuck in the crack of his driveway in Toronto, Ontario. when he fell right over and he broke his hip. I was like, good Lord. Biden is lucky that he hasn't had a hip fracture, a lower extremity fracture.

35:12.11 – 35:43.27

There's a great concern with the motor disorder alone that a fall will happen. So many of you listening have had parents and grandparents fall and have hip fractures. The other type of fractures that can happen are cervical spine fractures. My father-in-law, who had the hip fracture, sure enough, he had what's called a C2 or a hangman's fracture, and that's a fracture of the cervical spine. He simply fell forward and hit his chin on a table as he was going down and suffered that fracture.

35:43.35 – 36:03.61

That can actually result in paralysis. He had to wear a C collar or a stiff plastic collar around his neck for six months. Biden is at risk for not only a hip fracture, but also a cervical spine fracture. What are the other types of fractures that elderly people have? They can fall and have maxillary or facial fractures and then, importantly, radial fractures.

36:03.81 – 36:28.27

So radial and ulnar fractures. People fall, slip and fall. They reach out their hand to brace the fall and they fracture the arm. So I'm greatly concerned that Biden is at risk for falling in fracture. Now, when we're in the office and we finally get to the point of insight, the patient, the spouse, the sons and daughters and people around them that we have to take steps.

36:28.47 – 36:39.85

If President Biden was my patient, what would the next sets of discussions be? Well, they would be about driving. Can he drive? No one's actually mentioned. can Biden drive?

36:39.95 – 37:13.63

Does he try to drive? I think, based on looking at him on tape, it would not be advisable for him to drive, because braking, acceleration, steering, awareness of cars around him, that's general stiffness in his body and then, importantly, getting lost and losing where he is. My father developed dementia in life and that was one of the issues. as my mom several times said, he went out for a drive and he got lost. And boy, when that happens, that's time to take away keys, take away the car keys.

37:14.11 – 37:34.53

So, with Biden, the first thing I'd discuss is driving, and driving would be off the table. Next thing is, can he manage a checkbook? When was the last time that he opened up a checkbook and paid bills? Well, with my dad, what I had learned? that my mom, slowly over time, took over the checkbook, that dad wasn't writing any checks anymore, that mom was doing this.

37:35.13 – 37:40.35

Biden, in a sense, is in charge of the biggest budget in the world, the U.

37:40.35 – 38:02.79

S. economy, and I don't think he could manage a checkbook right now. I bet he couldn't if he was asked, or this was asked of his wife. The next thing we talk about is other types of managerial functions. Senior citizens who are still trying to run businesses, are they turning it over to their children or to their board of directors?

38:03.53 – 38:25.63

Are they on other types of bodies where decisions are made? Let's say, university board of directors, hospital board of directors, things of this nature. Can they actually write a paragraph? Can they execute on emails, on signing off on documents? Is that even possible anymore?

38:26.03 – 38:55.77

I would, for Biden, at that point in time, take away the executive function, say, no, you're no longer on these boards, you can't possibly manage or contribute meaningfully to this endeavor. And then, lastly, we would get into household issues. No operating stoves, gas stoves or electric stoves. Chances of leaving burners on are too great and burning down the house. Going up and down stairs is a huge issue.

38:56.43 – 39:11.25

Can he actually go up and down stairs by himself? Many people live in two-story homes and they have to navigate stairs. Many times, stairs become off the list. Cannot go up and down stairs. Have to move into a one-story house or live on the first floor of the house.

39:11.91 – 39:34.73

My mom is in that situation. She's 86, and when she comes to my house, her mental function is fine. There's no cognitive impairment, but she has severe motor impairment, largely due to peripheral neuropathy from receiving chemotherapy and arthritis. My mom cannot go up and down the stairs reliably. If I told her, Mom, go up the stairs and get something, the chances of falling would be too great.

39:35.05 – 39:52.73

Biden would have to be assessed. Can he go up and down stairs independently? Another thing in the household that's very, very important, and you hate to bring this up with the President, but it's toileting. Can he navigate in the bathroom by himself? Can he use the bathroom by himself?

39:52.87 – 40:07.61

Can he actually wipe himself and clean himself up afterwards? Is there signs that this is going bad? I can tell you, with senior citizens, the first thing you look at is the underwear. Is it stained with urine or stool? Are they doing toileting appropriately?

40:07.69 – 40:52.91

Are they washing their hands afterwards? All of this has to be assessed, because, let me tell you what, when there are falls that happen, or emergencies, they happen in the bathroom. I can't tell you how many times people have passed out in the bathroom or they've fallen or gotten stuck on the toilet or fallen between the toilet and the bathtub. My grandmother, when she got elderly, she fell in the bathroom and she broke her ribs. and because she fell all over the side of the bathtub, and then, sure enough, she had an intercostal artery laceration and had bleeding to the chest, and it required chest tubes and then interventional radiology to embolize the bleeding, and it was a big deal.

40:53.07 – 41:17.89

It was all due to a fall in the bathroom. So, any of you working with senior citizens, you want to be on top of it and not have your loved one, in this case, Joseph Biden, fall in the bathroom. So he needs a bathroom assessment, and then the last thing that's needed is showering and bathing. Can he actually shower himself, operate the shower, the risk of slipping and falling? Can he actually clean himself well?

41:18.43 – 41:54.09

Everybody dealing with senior citizens and listen, Biden is over 80, so he's in this age range where you have to ask the question, does he need an aide in the shower? Listen, if people are slipping and falling in the shower, they're not cleaning themselves. well, you have seniors in your family, you know, the spend, and you'll have financially on an aide worker, someone to help there is huge. I remember when my father had dementia, we had him at my house and, you know, I helped try to give him a shower. It took two hours and my dad was screaming, the water was too hot or too cold.

41:54.17 – 42:12.47

I got soaked. I was just trying to get him clean and I said, oh my lord, now I know what workers in nursing homes have to do to help people shower and appropriately get clean afterwards. That would have to be asked. And then finally, sleep. We know a little bit about Biden's sleep.

42:12.47 – 42:35.79

with a report from Dr. O'Connor that now he has sleep apnea and he's on CPAP. O'Connor says that it's obstructive sleep apnea. I tell you, I tend to doubt that because Biden is not obese, he does not have a thick neck and there wouldn't be any reason for him to have obstructive sleep apnea. I think it's more likely that he has central sleep apnea.

42:35.99 – 43:03.19

Now. central sleep apnea is where there's no problem with obesity or the tongue or the jaw occluding the airway. It's really that the brain stops breathing at a period of time. Biden is far more likely to have central sleep apnea, having two prior craniotomies, his surgery, and now developing this vaccine neurodegenerative combined motor and cognitive syndrome. So I would bet he has central sleep apnea.

43:04.11 – 43:29.83

Giving CPAP is fine with supplemental oxygen. One can use other kind of respiratory measures for central sleep apnea. But we want to make sure he's safe sleeping, that he's getting good sleep, and, very importantly, he's not at risk for falling in the middle of the night getting out of bed. So one of the questions I always ask people is how many times do you get up at night to urinate? That's a very important practical question, because that's when falls can happen.

43:29.89 – 44:14.95

I've had so many patients middle of the night it's dark, they trip over something, they fall, they've fallen into the door handle of the bathroom. I've heard all the scenarios over time. So, to summarize, as a doctor, I think if President Biden was my patient, we would be at the point where we would call it. We'd say listen, it's at the end here, it's time for a medical retirement, it's time for you to turn over the reins of your job, your occupation, your business, to others that are more capable of doing leading. If Biden doesn't do this voluntarily, then it's going to be up to Kamala Harris and the cabinet to ultimately make the call.

44:15.11 – 44:35.75

This is very important. She's been quiet in this. Kamala Harris is our vice president. She's going to have to make the call and then she would become commander-in-chief and she would be the presumptive Democratic candidate for presidency. Boy, are we in for a few weeks or months now to see what happens.

44:36.35 – 44:56.11

Will the 25th amendment be invoked here by Kamala Harris and the cabinet? Will Biden voluntarily step down? Will Joe Biden step forward and the family and others and say, listen, he's going to step down? I don't think either. one of those two possibilities are going to happen.

44:56.49 – 45:24.69

I am anticipating, sadly, that Biden will have an intercourse which will be the final deciding factor. That could be a stroke from atrial fibrillation. It could be an aspiration pneumonia from choking as his voice and his throat get weaker. It could be a fall and a hip fracture, cervical fracture, radio fracture. We've gone over all of this or sadly, it could be sudden death.

45:24.69 – 45:48.11

and the final note I'd put on this is that from the time of diagnosis of dementia generically, to death on average is about two years. It really is. It's a rapid course. My dad developed dementia and it was insidious. It started out, my mom probably had a good three years of this when they lived in Alabama.

45:48.11 – 46:20.07

but the time we brought dad to Dallas, clearly he had obvious dementia. He could not manage anything at all. and, you know, there's a chapter about my dad in my book Encouraged to Face COVID-19.. His survival from the time I brought him to Dallas, where he clearly had the diagnosis of dementia to death, was two and a half years and I think Biden has about that number of years left, I would anticipate. He'll get great health care and he should, but his personal health safety should come first.

46:20.43 – 46:49.65

The well-being of the country should be prioritized and if Biden does not resign, Kamala Harris and the cabinet should invoke the 25th Amendment and allow the succession planning to happen. vice-president to president. So you've been listening to the McCullough Report. Let's get on with an interview with some clips of Biden in commentary by former White House correspondent Emerald Robinson with myself this week on the McCullough Report. Let's get real.

46:49.77 – 46:53.27

Let's get loud on America. Loud Talk Radio. This is the McCullough Report.

One of the biggest advances in nutraceuticals and supplements is healthy cell, and the healthy cell line is extensive. I typically focus on the micro gel technology. Three major products here. Immune super boost, the focus and recall, and then the REM sleep supplement. Each one of these is complementary and they can have a role, I think, in the health of your life each and every day.

47:27.47 – 47:53.53

I know they do. in my case. Many of you know, after COVID-19 twice, I spent almost the entire year in 2022 with the upper respiratory tract illness. Now, thankfully and I've been diligent with the immune super boost in the morning, followed by focus and energy, and then in the evening time, the REM sleep supplement. The micro gel technology, works, and boy does it work fast.

47:53.53 – 48:20.15

So go to our website, Americountloud talk radio, find the banner bar for healthy cell. click on it and that'll take you to the site to get a discount on your purchase of all healthy cell products. com code out loud.

48:44.03 – 49:21.05

I wouldn't have picked vice president Trump to be vice president, but I think she's not qualified to be president. And that's the moment that even Biden's handlers and apologists saw the writing on the wall. And while Joe Biden wasn't a spring chicken in 2020, one doctor points out that the president, who likely has had at least six COVID jabs, has gotten neurologically much worse since the rollout of the jabs. And joining us now is Dr. Peter McCullough, who has a specific insight into what he believes is going on with the president's health overall, but particularly his mental condition.

49:21.47 – 49:40.51

Tell us what you saw in that press conference last night. looking at him from a medical perspective. You know, Biden started out strong, but you could tell that he started to fade quickly. He stammered on the questions, even who to pick next. And then, importantly, he mixed up a few countries.

49:40.51 – 49:57.39

at times. His voice became garbled. And I can tell you, as an internist and a cardiologist, I take care of patients Biden's age. I take care of patients with neurologic conditions. And one can't help but review his neurologic history.

49:57.67 – 50:13.25

I mean, he's had two brain aneurysms. He's had surgery for intracranial hemorrhage in 1988.. He's had chronic atrial fibrillation. He's been on a blood thinner eloquist. Atrial fibrillation contributes to micro strokes and clinically evident strokes.

50:14.33 – 50:57.17

And reviewing film from 2019 to now, it's clear that Biden has had a neurological decline. I think everyone would agree with that. It started after he started taking the COVID-19 vaccines. And, as we can see by publicly disclosed information, he's taken six of these messenger RNA vaccines. And what I've seen in my practice is the messenger RNA vaccines, which do deposit spike protein into the brain, seem to affect people who already have neurologic histories and promote a condition that has features of both Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.

50:57.79 – 51:23.01

You know what, doctor? You said. he struggled with people's names, and that really struck me, because what a lot of people wouldn't know from the outside, but that's a very big deal. Most of those reporters he called on, they've been in those positions, or they've been at at least one of the networks for years during my time there. And look, after four years and then Biden has a history at the White House even before then with this press corps, you know all those people.

51:23.41 – 51:35.27

You know all those reporters. You don't have to have a list and a sheet of paper to look at. They would just call on you. So for me, it was very telling that he struggled with my former colleagues' names. So he would have known those.

51:35.79 – 52:06.55

But I can also tell you that I was at the White House standing on the North Lawn the day that Biden walked on on January 20, 2021 during inauguration, and he shuffled then. He was very tired. He barely made it into the White House that day. And remember, they kept him behind closed doors and in the basement during the 2020 campaign, so people didn't get to see a lot of what his condition was like. I think he was already not in great health, and I think he already had some issues going on with his mental capacity.

52:07.01 – 53:01.25

But I did have to wonder if, because he was already predisposed to some kind of neurological issues, that the jabs, if you got the real ones, and I know we're not going to talk about it today, but some batches are worse than others, right? I wondered if that is contributing to the quicker decline, and it sounds like you do believe that is the case. Moritz was the first to describe this in a man in Germany with Parkinson's who took three shots and he had a rapid decline. Now we have a paper out of Korea by Roe and colleagues, four million Koreans with a, you know, it's a comparative study of vaccinated versus unvaccinated, and those who took the vaccines, elderly Koreans, really took on a risk within a few months of developing cognitive decline. So Biden's cognitive abilities, his ability to retrieve names, be crisp on point, has gone down.

53:01.33 – 53:25.33

We can actually just directly observe that. His voice has become weaker and more garbled, so he's trying to compensate by shouting. You can tell that there is a compensation for this cognitive decline, and that's laughing, almost inappropriately, laughing, like he can't remember something. We see that in Alzheimer's patients. Now on the other side, you mentioned this shuffling gait.

53:25.41 – 53:46.29

He is taking smaller steps. He turns in block. He doesn't make a fluid turn, and so that is consistent with Parkinson's, but he doesn't have the tremor of his hand, classical pill rolling tremor. He seems to have relatively fluid arm movements when he's sitting. That doesn't go along with Parkinson's, so it's a blend.

53:46.75 – 53:59.13

There is a condition where the two syndromes are blended. It's called Lewy body dementia, but in my experience, that's rapidly progressive and deadly. within a few months or so. I don't think he's got Lewy body. He fits.

53:59.13 – 54:34.49

what I see in my practice is a COVID-19 vaccine-induced neurodegenerative syndrome. I published a paper with Stephanie Seneff and others giving the biologic rationale why some people who take the vaccine, and it's probably cumulative vaccines, and in this case, Biden took at least six, that is contributing to his decline. Dr. McCullough, there's been a lot of focus on this Parkinson's specialist that has made several visits to the White House. The White House keeps downplaying the number of visits even that he's made, or the amount of time he was there.

54:35.79 – 54:54.27

With Parkinson's, and also his main doctor, Dr. Kevin Kinnard, tried to downplay this. You've looked at the report from Dr. Kinnard in detail, correct? Did it give any signs of neurological issues, and what does it mean that he's seeing this Parkinson's specialist?

54:54.55 – 55:12.89

Is that just a standard? I've not heard of that with presidents past. Oh, the White House doctor does issue an official public report on the health of the president. And the last one was February of 2023, and you can show it to your viewers. There is no detailed neurologic exam.

55:13.51 – 55:25.07

There is a mention of the development of a peripheral neuropathy, but there's no mention of cognitive decline or Parkinsonian features, and yet, they existed in the.

55:27.07 – 56:07.59

same period of time. And I look back, you know, I think the big change, as you indicated, was somewhere around 2020.. His first vaccine was taken in 2020, and he does have this extensive prior neurologic history. When I see patients like him in my office with the family members, usually the discussions are about no longer driving, can't manage a checkbook, shouldn't do cooking on, you know, gas stoves or electric surfaces, methods to try to prevent tripping, falling, hip fractures. We start to take measures, safety measures, because, Emerald, what is impending is a health event.

56:08.15 – 56:33.23

So, an intercurrent stroke, another, a stroke, could clearly occur with this atrial fibrillation. He's on blood thinners. We know the spike protein from the vaccine promotes blood clots in patients like him, despite being on blood thinners. An aspiration pneumonia, a fall in a hip fracture. I would not be surprised at all if we are told that a sudden health event has now occurred because he is so frail and vulnerable.

56:33.95 – 57:06.31

What is the ethical? Let's talk about the ethical implications of his doctor allowing all this to go on, because clearly the doctors are, you know, doctors in on it to make sure he can stay in power, but medically and ethically, that seems, that seems, well, unethical. You brought up an important point of saving face. Now, normally the family steps in and might take care of patients like this. The family steps in and said, listen, we have to do things to, to make sure our, you know, our father, our husband is safe and that things are okay.

57:06.31 – 57:23.43

as, you know, he progresses in his senescence. Here, Joe Biden is doubled down. Hunter Biden is not of any help here. And now. other Democrats, even, you know, even Hollywood figures like George Clooney, are, you know, trying to aid here in developing insight.

57:23.55 – 57:45.93

One of the problems we see is a lack of insight. Biden cannot see himself declining. Anybody listening to this, who's had a parent or grandparent with dementia will understand that the patient themselves can't see their decline. Family and others have to step in. Now, we don't have the 2024 health report for Biden.

57:46.01 – 58:20.81

We should demand that the, the Biden's doctor has an obligation, an ethical obligation, to be honest with the country. Clearly, part of a general physical exam, and I'm an internal medicine doctor, I do this every day, is a neurological exam with some assessment of cognitive function. America should demand that report. We should see it. I can tell you, as a doctor, I can't diagnose Biden without seeing him in the office, but I've seen enough film, most of neurology, and it's, it's diagnostic techniques is actually based on observation.

58:21.25 – 58:39.47

Based on observation, I can tell you, I can be conclusive, that he is displaying features of both Alzheimer's and, and Parkinson's, and they're not classic. They're blended, and that's suspicious of a superimposed vaccine injury syndrome on top of his background, neurologic history.
