America Out Loud is the premier news network with a diverse array of talk shows that inform and inspire. A daily resource for smart people.
Good afternoon, America, and welcome to the Dean's List. I'm Dean Bowen, and you are listening to America Out Loud Talk Radio. We are happy to have you on board today. What an honor it is to have you a part of this listening audience on a day like today, when everything just seems to be swirling all around us. I mean, you know what I'm talking about, just the swirl.
The political climate today is unlike anything we've ever seen. We've never witnessed anything like this. It hasn't happened in our lifetime.
It just hasn't. And the things that are happening in the educational world, I think even almost because of the political climate, never happened in our lifetime. Never. And will we see it again? I don't know.
I hope not. That's all I can say. I hope not. I hope we don't see this climate again, because I hope things go back to where they once were. That's my objective.
My objective is to help steer the ship. Let's get the country back. Let's get it back to founding principles. I heard someone, I don't know who this was, but somebody the other day described the current climate in America, not as a left versus right, or a Republican versus Democrat, or even a Marxist versus a capitalist. They described it as founding versus anti-founding.
And that was interesting to me. Those of us that want the country to be in alignment with its founding versus those that are anti that founding. And I think this could be the foundational crux. Not that it matters who versus who, but it's kind of nice to maybe drill down to the specifics. What exactly are we dealing with?
For me personally, I love the founding. Now look, the founding fathers weren't perfect. Because there's not a perfect human being on the planet. We get that. We know that they weren't perfect.
But we know that, collectively, they set out to establish a country founded upon particular principles.
And this was something that had not been done heretofore. It hadn't been done up to this point, that a country would be founded on principles of equality, true equality. All men are created equal. That is a founding principle. Now, at the time, that was a thought that was abnormal to most thinking.
I mean, they were living in a time where the king was born into what he believed and what those around him believed were divine right. And he was born to ride in a carriage or a chariot. He was born to be above the others. And everyone else, they were born to be underneath them. They were born to be submissive to him.
This is the idea here. This is the idea that the founding fathers are born into. This is the idea they grow up in. And they're revolutionary in their belief that, no, we weren't born to be under your boot. And you weren't born to rise above us.
Jefferson alludes to this idea in his writings even before he drafts the Declaration. Jefferson is talking about this. But this is the thought. And even when Jefferson, in the Declaration, says all men are created equal, it's not really fair for those of us in this day, for the Marxists among us, to say, ah, he didn't believe it. Because, clearly, they weren't created equal.
Clearly, there was slavery. Yes, there was slavery. And yes, the king, and not only the king of England, but the king of the other countries, they believed that they were sitting on the throne because of divine right, because God had placed them there. And they were high above everybody else. They were high and mighty.
They were high and lifted up, as it were.
And Jefferson's saying, no. No, this isn't how it is. All men are created equal. And they are endowed by their creator. Their creator has given to them, he's put upon them certain rights, inalienable, that are only from him.
Rights that come from God, from the creator, not from government, not from the king, not from parliament, not from a legislature, not from a governor. Rights that come from God. And among these, he lists three, but there are others, but he lists three among these. Our life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We get our life from God.
Now, in Europe. at the time, this was an abnormal thinking. They thought that the parent gave you life. The life came from parent.
I'm coming out of a series of funerals, just cousin funerals. And one of my cousins, my cousin Greg, his father, passed away. Greg and I are the same age. His dad was more like an uncle to me. But he's my cousin.
So my cousin Greg is eulogizing his father. And he just did such a masterful job. I mean, just a beautiful eulogy. And as he was speaking, he was talking about this certain instance where he had done something and that was going to make his dad upset. And his dad made the statement to him,
I can create another one of you. As if it wasn't, it's not a veiled threat that his dad was going to murder him.
That's kind of the things that parents say from time to time. I can do this again. I can create another of you. And this was the idea in Europe that the mom and dad did the creating, and they're the one, life comes from mom and dad. And therefore, mom and dad could,
abortion was a thing in Europe. I mean, we're surprised by this. But yeah, in the 18-1700s, yeah, they talked about abortion, just like we do now. But the founding fathers in America had the belief that life comes from God. And they were anti-abortionists.
Wilson, who is on our first Supreme Court, he speaks to this specifically. He speaks to abortion.
My point here is that there were ideas happening in Europe that here in America, the founding fathers did not share. They believe life was inalienable and it comes from God.
Liberty, freedom, they believed, came from God. It wasn't the king's right to say that you're free or not. This was a right given from God. They believed in freedom of speech, that you should be allowed to say what's on your mind. And that is a right from God.
They believed in the right of self-defense. You should be allowed to defend yourself. This is a right from God. When they talk about nature and nature is God, and they look around and they see how things unfold in nature, and these are the inalienable rights that also apply to us humans.
It goes back to the founding versus the anti-founding. That's what we're talking about right now today, founding versus anti-founding. And that's where I find myself. I believe in the founding principles, and this is what I am striving. I'm a part of a group.
that's attempting to turn this culture ship. And it doesn't turn overnight. You don't turn an aircraft carrier in five minutes. You don't turn a culture in a matter of a year or two, or three or four or five. No, because through education, it takes years.
The left has been masterful at playing the long game. Us on our side, not so much. We're not so good at it. We expect things to happen now, now, now, let's go, let's go. It doesn't happen that way.
So we're in this moment, politically, and it's just swirling around us. And I would like to see us get to where we were. And henceforth, that's why, at Waterbrook, we engage in a classical Christian education, because we want education to be what it once was. We want education to become what it used to be.
That's the endeavor. here. We educate classically. Now, I say all this,
because something interesting took place last week. The Wall Street Journal, last week, let me see here, where is this article? Okay, the Wall Street Journal last week reported Elon Musk, perhaps the world's richest human. And I say perhaps, because I know Tesla stock has dropped. So it could change from day to day.
Let's just say right now he is. He is the richest human on the planet. So the Wall Street Journal reports that Elon Musk would be donating $45 million a month to a newly formed PAC, super PAC, he called it, to help elect Trump in November. This came just after, a couple days after, Elon came out and endorsed Trump. We know that Elon supported Hillary in 2016..
And we know that he supported Biden in 2020.. So he has, you know, he's been more left leaning. He has supported Democrats in the past. But he came out and fully endorsed, he said, I fully, he used the word fully, fully endorsed Trump. And this was shortly after the president had an assassination attempt on his life.
He's shot in the ear, presumably by a 20 year old.
The billionaire entrepreneur has become increasingly critical. And this is the key thing here. This billionaire, he's become increasingly critical of the Democratic Party and what Elon has called the left's support of the woke mind virus. Now, he did, you know, he did this interview with Jordan Peterson a couple days ago. I've got a clip I'm going to play for you from that interview.
He talks about the woke mind virus.
The clip that I'm going to play for you involves him donating to Trump or not to Trump, because there's something that I want to point out. But, Elon, his eyes have opened to what he's called the woke mind virus. And he talks about.
his son, I think it's his son, who he believes he was duped. Elon was duped into signing off on his son transitioning to a girl, because he was told, if he didn't, that his son would commit suicide.
And, if I understand correctly, if I get the story correctly, I believe his son has since passed. And I'm not sure of all the details of that. The only part of the clip that I caught was that Elon felt like he was duped and that his son fell into the woke mind virus. And Elon was convinced that he had to follow this path in order to keep his son alive. And so here we are, you know, Elon, the richest man in the world, has had a firsthand.
experience at the detriment of the left and the woke policies of the left. And he's come to the conclusion, I'm going to do whatever I can to thwart these policies.
So before now, he has supported Democrats, you know, Hillary in 2016,, Biden in 2020.. But now we're to the point where he is fully endorsing Trump.
So the Wall Street Journal comes out with this article, and they say Elon Musk is donating $45 million a month to get President Trump reelected. And holy cow, I mean, $45 million a month?
Hey, Elon, tell you what, you know, how about you send a little bit over here? I'm serious. Send a little bit our way. I mean, not me personally, but to my school. I mean, you know, a million a year.
That's it. That would fund the operation here. I mean, that would more than fund it. So yesterday, we were talking about, I'm just going to, I'm going to make a note here, I'm going to put this on pause for a second.
I'll be back to you. All right. So yesterday, we were talking about the platform, the GOP platform. And that's come out. And we went over the nine points of where they fit into education.
And so, as we're talking about this, and part of this conversation, at the beginning of it, I mentioned that in America,
education spending is through the roof. We spend more than anybody. I'm talking about public K-12.. We spend more money than anybody. We're at the bottom of the list academically.
There are only four countries that are academically worse than we are. I think it was Turkey, Mexico, Puerto Rico. I don't remember the fourth. But there are four countries that are worse than us academically. But yet we spend more than anyone.
And then, when I looked at the numbers of what each state is spending, New York State, and this isn't my data, this, again, I don't have yesterday's notes in front of me. But this is, you know, from educational data. And I cited all that in yesterday's show. I don't think I need to recite it now. The point is, the state of New York spends over $33,000 per year per pupil.
Yes, you heard that. You heard that correctly. You don't have to, you know, check the dial on whatever you're listening to. There's no static. You heard it correctly.
33,000 more, over 33 grand per year per pupil. And New York is in the bottom third in the country, roughly the bottom third. Now, we don't spend that here at Waterbrook. You know, our tuition is $5,000 a student. I promise you, it costs us more per pupil.
But that's what our tuition is. And we are knocking it out of the park. And it just sounds, when I say it, when I hear myself say that, it sounds very conceited and very hubristic. I'm saying this in as humble a way I possibly can. Is it very humble for me to say I'm the most humble person I know?
You know, in the first five books of the Bible, those books are accredited. The credited author in those books is Moses. And I don't have the reference in front of me, but in one of those books, it refers to Moses as being the most humble of all time. And I'm like, does it count if he's the author? All right.
You get my point. You know what I'm saying. I believe that in all humility, I'm saying this. Elon, if we, I mean, even if you just gave us a million dollars, buddy boy, we would get, I can't, I shouldn't refer to Elon as buddy boy. All right.
I mean, Mr. Musk, is that what I should call him? I just, could you imagine what we would do if we had a donor say, hey, here's a million dollars. You know, what could you do with a million dollars? Well, I tell you, you know, right now we would,
we would pay our teachers. We would, you know, and people, I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna give you money to pay your teachers. Well, my friends, that's where it's at. You have high quality people engaged in a high quality curricula and you're crushing it. You're knocking it out of the park in a high quality facility.
I'm telling you what, if Elon showed up here with a million dollars, or if anybody, I mean, there's other people out there. Listen, if you want to donate, am I shamelessly asking for money? I don't think I'm shamelessly asking for money. I'm just saying, hey, if Elon's going to donate $45 million a month to a political campaign, which I get it, that's important, because our future is important. You know, but what are we engaged in here?
We're engaged in the future. Granted, a smaller scale, but I think even a more important scale, because grassroots is where it's at. Grassroots, my friends, is the answer. Government of the country is, it's not top down, it's bottom up. I know that Washington, they don't want you to believe that, but it's the truth.
It's bottom up. It starts grassroots. And, you know, I'm telling you, we would do a lot of work, a lot of good work, with a million dollars. I know. I'm just putting it out there.
Right now, I'm putting it out there. All right, back here. So this is what the Wall Street Journal is reporting, that Elon Musk would be donating $45 million a month to his newly formed super PAC to help elect Trump in November. And so at his rally last Saturday, Trump's rally, is he in, where is he? I think he was in Michigan, Grand Rapids, I think.
He commented that Trump said, he didn't even tell me about it. This is what, you know, Fox Business is reporting that at his rally, Trump was shocked. Well, Elon didn't tell me he was going to donate $45 million a month to get elected. So now here we are at this interview. In his interview with Jordan Peterson, on Monday, Elon Musk denied that he was donating the massive monthly sum to support Trump.
And I'm going to play you this clip, but Elon said, what's been reported in the media is simply not true. I'm donating $45 million a month to Trump. All right, that's not true. And then Elon goes on to offer an explanation of what exactly he's donating to. And this is huge.
This is important.
And it, I think it could potentially be eye opening for people to, you know, because the whole movement has been surrounded around Trump. The MAGA movement, so to speak, Make America Great Again. You know, you see people with red hats and MAGA and the MAGA signs, and instantly you think of Trump. And a lot of people have, you know, they think negatively about it because it's Trump and they, you know, they don't like Trump. And for whatever reason, Trump, his personality, rubs him the wrong way.
I understand that. It doesn't rub me the wrong way, but I get where people are turned off by him. He can be mean, you know, he can be, you know, he can come at people. He can go for the juggler. I've got a friend who is a pastor.
And I'm not going to say any names. I'm not going to say where he's at. To protect the innocent. Okay. We will remain nameless.
He's a pastor and his dad's a pastor. And, you know, a good Christian person would not vote for somebody on the left who supports abortion, who supports all of the anti-Christian things that it would appear the Democrat party stands for. All right. But his dad refuses and has said, I'm not voting for Trump because I just, I don't like the attitude. There's no humility.
There's no, you know, and he goes through all this stuff.
I think there are things that you have to look beyond.
If you're, you know, for these types of people that refuse to even give Trump a second look because they think he's mean or whatever. I think we've got to look beyond that to understand the country's in trouble.
And Trump is not out to destroy democracy. He's out to save it. And you can compare his four years versus the four years we've just gone through. And then you ask yourself the question, which administration is out to destroy democracy and which administration is out to save it? Now, you know, I don't like to use the words destroy democracy or save democracy, because we're not a democracy.
We're a constitutional republic. So I should be saying which administration wants to destroy the republic and which administration wants to save the republic. There are democratic, you know, democracy elements within this republic. And one of those is the fact that we're about to vote for our leader.
That is democracy in action. But we're a republic. One of these days, I'm going to spend some time and I'm going to go through it.
So my point in saying all this is that MAGA is associated with a person.
And you either hate him or you love him. And if you love him, then you're behind MAGA. If you hate him, you're like, you know, I'm not going to buy a red hat that says make America great again. Even though you want America to be great again, because of the association with Trump, you're not willing to do that. Well, Elon says some things in this interview that I think may come to the rescue for some of you out there that feel like you can't support MAGA because of Trump, or you can't support Trump because of Trump.
You're not going to vote for him.
Elon makes some statements here and they are eye opening and they might even offer some freedom for some of you. I think, personally, they're offering freedom for Elon because Elon is coming to some conclusions. And some of the conclusions that he's coming to is the wokeness that has dominated the Democrat party, the party that Elon has supported in the past. The wokeness that has dominated that party is destroying the country. It is destroying education.
It's destroying medicine. It is destroying legislation. I mean, the woke legislation that's coming out of the Democrat party in a litany of states is mind boggling. I don't get it. It's destroying our institutions.
And therefore it's destroying our future. And this is the realization that Musk is discovering. He's coming to this conclusion and it's happening on his own.
And so I want to play this clip and I'm up against the break. I'm seeing the clock. Yeah, you guys are keeping me on track. Thank you. I appreciate it.
People in the room keeping me on track. All right. So we're up against the break. Let's pause here for this break. And on the other side, we will get into Elon's, we'll get into this interview that he has with Jordan Peterson.
And we're going to talk about this little revelation that I think is coming front and center. All right, let's pause here. My friends, thank you for joining me today. You are listening to The Dean's List on America Out Loud talk radio.

All right, so I want to dive into this clip. Elon Musk is having this conversation with Jordan Peterson.
I want to talk about the revelation that Musk is presenting. All right, here's Peterson's question.
He says, Are you shocked at the fact you are donating such a substantial amount of money to facilitate Trump's election? Here's what Musk had to say about it. And I want to diversify out into California. What's been reported in the media is simply not true.
I'm not donating $45 million a month to Trump.
Now, what I have done is I have created a pack or super pack, whatever you want to call it, which I simply call it the America pack. America pack. Yeah, it's easy to remember. It's very easy to remember. And it's actually, it's not meant to be sort of a hyper partisan pack.
It's actually the core principles of this America pack. Our intent is to promote the principles that made America great in the first place. So I wouldn't say that I'm, say, for example, MAGA or make America great again.
I more MAG, make America greater. Okay. So what he says is what's being reported in the media is simply not true. I'm not donating $45 million a month to Trump. What I've done is I've created a super pack and it's called the America pack.
And he goes on to say that the objective of the America pack is to promote the principles that made America great in the first place. And he says, I'm not really MAGA, I'm more MAG. I'm not make America great again. I think it's already great. He says, I'm make America, I am a part of make America greater.
And by going back to promoting the principles that made it great in the first place. So here's the revelation.
Musk is separating MAGA from Trump.
He's saying. this isn't about Trump. This is about the country. This is about going back to first principles. This is about promoting those principles that made America great in the first place.
This is what he's in support of. And if Trump is also in support of that, then yeah, some of this money, I can imagine, will go to Trump and other people that are interested in this.
He says in a tweet, this was Tuesday, he followed this up by tweeting, I'm making some donations to America pack, but at a much lower level. So this reporting of 45 million a month, he's saying, no, it's not going to be 45 million a month. I don't know, maybe it's 44 million. He says, at a much, a much lower level. And the key values of the pack are supporting a meritocracy and individual freedom.
He said, Republicans are mostly, but not entirely, on the side of merit and freedom. So that's to say that this pack is mostly going to go to Republicans for the most part. What I don't want to have happen, what I'm worried about happening, I guess I'm not worried about it, but I can certainly see all of a sudden some Democrats getting on the side of freedom so they can tap into some of this Musk millions. Hey, I want to get in on some of that. I better start saying I'm a freedom loving American.
I can definitely hear Democrats doing that. Yeah, we're for freedom, all of a sudden. Yeah, we're for Israel, all of a sudden.
Yeah, we're for parental rights, all of a sudden, just so they can tap into some of this Musk money. But here's the revelation. The revelation that Musk is delivering to us, if we're paying attention, is it's not about Trump. It's about the founding.
We've heard Trump say repeatedly and over and over, they're not coming for me, in reference to all this lawfare and the impeachments and the whatever. He says, they're not coming for me, they're coming for you. I just happen to be standing in the way.
I think Trump even believes that this isn't about him. I know there are those of you out there that would disagree with me. No, Trump is so arrogant. This is all about him, and he thinks this is all about him, and that's just the way it is. I don't think Trump thinks this is about him.
I think Trump understands this is about the country. He just happens to be the point man who's out there defending those of us who want the country centered back upon its founding.
This is the revelation that Musk is bringing to us. He said the America PAC is to promote the principles that made America great in the first place. It's not to promote the person of Trump, the man Trump. It's to promote these principles, our founding principles. They're listed in the Declaration.
They're listed in the Constitution. It would be amazing if Congress could rein in the administrative state.
and scale this government down and bring us back to more of a constitutionally closely related republic that our founders had intended.
Again, this ship isn't going to turn overnight. You don't just turn an aircraft carrier in 10 minutes. It takes a minute to do it. It's longer than 10.. That doesn't make sense.
A minute is longer than 10.. You get it. It's a figure of speech. People are in here rolling their eyes at me. It's a figure of speech.
All right. This is what Trump wants, or this is what Musk wants. Well, it's what they both want. But Musk is saying, look, I'm going to set this up because I'm tired of the woke mind virus. I'm tired of where we're going.
I'm tired of what they're doing to education. I'm tired of what they're doing to medicine. I'm tired, I'm tired, I'm tired.
Again, let's just talk about education for a second. The GOP platform, which we went over yesterday, is very much original founding type stuff. I mean, they talk about bringing prayer back into public schools and bringing the Bible back into public schools. If that's not original founding material, then please, someone in the room, tell me what is, because that's it right there. That is the Northwest Ordinance all over again, where Jefferson said religion, morality, and knowledge shall forever be a part of education.
Now, it's not anymore, I can tell you that right now. It hasn't been for a long time, unfortunately. But there's people in this country that want to take us back there. These are the people that we need to get behind. Trump is among them.
Apparently, Musk, apparently Elon Musk is on board. Now, this is the opposite here. What I'm about to read to you is not, this would be part of the anti-founding group. All right. The left wing, this is from an article entitled Pro-Hamas Protesters Chant a la Akbar in Washington, D.C.
As, by the way, they tear down and burn American flags. This is not a pro-America group. This would not be a pro-America founding group. This is anti-founding right here. This is what Trump and Musk are fighting against.
The article says, left-wing, pro-Hamas extremists tore down and burned American flags in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday while chanting a la Akbar and waving Hamas terrorist flags. Are we happy about this? Is this what we want? Is this the kind of, quote, unquote, protesting that we want?
Do we think this is what the founding fathers meant when they said we deserve the right to protest peacefully, by the way, in the First Amendment? You think this is what they meant? The extremists were rioting in response to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu giving a speech before Congress, where he praised lawmakers for their continued support of Israel as it wages war against the genocidal Islamic terrorists responsible for the October 7 massacre. Much of the chaos unfolded at Union Station, where the extremists tore down three American flags and replaced them with Palestinian flags. While they burned the American flags, they shouted a la Akbar, a phrase commonly used by Islamic terrorists while carrying out attacks.
All right, so whose side do you think these people are on? Are they on the side of America? If they're tearing down American flags, the answer is no, they are not.
Yet we have the presumptive Democrat nominee in, Kamala Harris, refusing to show up at Bibi Netanyahu's speech. Which side is she on? Is she with the pro-Hamas folk here that are burning down DC? I mean, they're burning flags. Okay, they're not burning down DC, but they are tearing down American flags.
They're destroying monuments. Here the article says the extremists vandalized Christopher Columbus Memorial Fountain with graffiti. that said, Hamas is coming and Zionists go to hell. You've got Kamala boycotting the speech that Bibi Netanyahu is giving, and other Democrat leaders boycotted the speech. They're not going to be a part of this, so are they for America?
Because if they're boycotting Netanyahu's speech, then are they in support of Hamas, which is clearly anti-America? Do we have leaders potentially running for the second major party in the country who is anti-American? This is the question here. This is what Musk is fighting against, and this is what Trump is fighting against. Listen, if they are not going to show up and support Israel, who is our ally, who is our best and closest ally and has been, then the question has got to be asked, then, if they're not in support of Israel, are they in support of Hamas, which is anti-American?
These are legitimate questions. Some of the extremists also carried Hamas flags or other flags that appeared to be linked to Islamic extremism. They wore Hamas headbands, and they carried pro-Nazi signs that spoke about Islam's final solution for the Jewish state. What do you think Islam's final solution for the Jewish state might be? Do you think it's a picnic?
Do you think it's a walk in the park? No, they have called for the death of Israel, and they've called for the death of America. They're burning American flags and putting up Palestinian flags. They're writing graffiti over American monuments. What's going to be done here?
Trump posted on Truth Social. He said, if those people rioting in Washington yesterday were Republicans or conservatives, they'd all be in jail. right now, facing 10 to 20 years. Under this crooked administration, nothing will happen to them. It's reminiscent of J6..
What's the difference? I can tell you what the difference is. The difference is this peaceful protest is not peaceful. It's violent.
The quote-unquote violent protest that they said happened on J6 was not. It was peaceful. We had people walking in the Capitol. They were let in.
We've seen the video. The police let them in. They moved the barrier. They're, come on in. It was a setup.
It was a setup. We know there were FBI plants in the crowd. They were encouraging people to go in. We know what the FBI did here in Michigan, at least, orchestrating this plot to kidnap Gretchen and involve as many Michigan rednecks as they could get and incited this thing.
They were found to be liable. The charges were dropped in that whole Gretchen thing. Do you know what today is, by the way? I didn't even mean to segue into this, but let's just take a moment. Today, my friends, is the birthday of the FBI.
1908, July 26th. Today is the founding. Did you know this? Apparently, I'm a wealth of information.
It's because we have favorite historians around here. That's why. We love Bill Bennett. We love David Barton. We love Bill Federer.
There's historians that we love, and we pay attention to them. Listen to this. Here's what Bill Bennett has to say about the birth of the FBI during Theodore Roosevelt's administration. Attorney General Charles Bonaparte, you think he was in any relation to Napoleon? I don't know.
We should find out. Bonaparte decided he needed a squad of investigators to handle a rising tide of crime and corruption. Bonaparte, oh, here it is. Grand-nephew of Napoleon. What does that tell us?
This dude is our attorney general, and he's the grand-nephew of Napoleon. He's establishing the FBI. All right, I'm going to keep reading. Grand-nephew of Napoleon appointed nine former Secret Service agents and 25 of his own men to form a special agent force. On July 26, 1908, he ordered the new force to begin conducting investigations for the Department of Justice.
It was the birth of the FBI, the Federal Bureau of Investigation. One of the agents' early assignments was to help stop the white slave trade that trafficked women into prostitution houses. After World War I, the Relentless G-Men, which was an abbreviation for government men, began chasing down gangsters like John Dillinger, Al Capone, and Babyface Nelson. The FBI's famous Ten Most Wanted lists began in 1950 after a reporter looking for story ideas asked the Bureau for information about the ten toughest guys it would like to catch. The stories generated so much interest, the FBI decided to make the list permanent.
More than 150 of the Ten Most Wanted fugitives have been captured with the public's help. Today, the FBI numbers more than 13,000 special agents and 19,000 analysts, scientists, and other personnel. They work around the globe with headquarters in Washington, D.C., 56 U.S. field offices, and more than 60 international offices and U.S. embassies.
Agents investigate crimes ranging from civil rights violations to cyber attacks. Bill Bennett could also add to 90-year-old grandmother storming the Capitol. He could throw that in.
In recent years, they have helped prevent scores of terrorist attacks.
And also recently, they have also fabricated some plots to kidnap certain governors. I digress. The list of FBI heroes is long. It includes men and women like Special Agent Leonard Hatton, a bomb specialist who was on his way to work in New York City on September 11, 2001, when he saw smoke rising from the World Trade Center. He ran to the scene to help others escape.
When the towers collapsed, he died beneath them. The motto of the FBI is fidelity, bravery, integrity. Today's the birth. Now, I would say that I'm sure the FBI is full of men like Hatton, men and women, who would absolutely risk their lives for Americans.
But we certainly have to question the hierarchy. I do. I absolutely question the hierarchy. I question where their loyalty is. I question, are they pro-founding or anti-founding?
I mean, this, I think, is the question that we need to start asking. Which party is pro-founding and which party is anti-founding? Which group of people? Where do you line up? Because, listen, if you're pro-founding, then you are not going to support the left-wing, pro-Hamas extremists that are tearing down and burning American flags in our capital.
What's going to happen to these people?
We wonder. We ask this question, because the FBI went after the grandmothers of Jay Sick,
kicked down their doors at night, fully armed. It happened. You know, it happened. I'm not telling you anything, you don't know.
So this is the revelation that Elon is bringing the country, that this isn't about Trump. This is about saving America. This is about getting us back to founding principles.
You know, Musk said that, yeah, it's true, Republicans are mostly on the side of merit and freedom. And this is what his PAC is to support, is to support a meritocracy and individual freedom, because these are founding principles.
The country was founded on these things. There is opportunity here.
And if unleashed, we can achieve whatever it is we want to go after. Do you have a goal? Do you have a dream? Do you have something that you're striving for? Then go after it, because there is ability.
here in this country. You have the freedom, unlike what's found in any other country. You have it here. There are things you can accomplish here, because you live in America, that you would not be able to accomplish in any other place. And this is what our students need to be taught.
This needs to be foundational. It needs to be a foundational piece of American public education. It's foundational here at Waterbrook. This is one of the foundational elements that we provide. our student body, is you have potential here.
This country is great. And it is great because of freedom. It is great because we believe that all men, yes, all men and women, it doesn't matter what color you are. It doesn't matter what religion you are. It doesn't matter what race, creed, all of it.
Ethnicity, there is opportunity here because we're all created equal. And we all have this ability within us to set a goal and strive and go after it.
It's foundational. These are foundational principles. And I say this a lot. I know I find that I repeat myself in this regard.
But you know what I say about repeating? Repetition is the mother of memory, and the more we say it, and the more we believe it, the more courageous we become. And the more willing we become to say it and continually repeat it, to believe it, to talk about it with our friends and neighbors and family members at summer barbecue, backyard pool parties, birthday parties, the holidays. Labor Day is going to be coming up around the corner here, and you may have a Labor Day party. This is a great opportunity to talk about it.
Anytime you're together with friends and family,
make it an opportunity to talk about the glorious founding of this country and this ability and opportunity we have.
I am excited personally about the revelation that must is going through. And I think maybe it might set others free, others that are afraid to get behind Trump. Listen, you're not getting behind Trump. You're getting behind a pro-America movement. This is to make America great again, or make America greater.
I mean, it's semantics at this point. They both want the same thing. Trump and Musk both want the country to be what it once was. They want the country back to its founding, its founding roots, its founding principles. And this is what we want.
This is what I want for education. This is why we here at Waterbrook, we classically educate, because we want our students to understand these things and these principles. All right. I'm looking at the clock. You guys are pointing to the clock.
We see that we're up against it.
Listen, I'm grateful that you're out there. I'm grateful that you are listening to America Out Loud. Keep it up. Keep doing it. All right.
Let's keep the pedal to the metal. Share this show. Share the program. Share the thoughts and ideas about the founding of this country. This is what we need to promote.
All right. Encourage your friends and family to get on the Dean's List. Let's unite to renovate the age.
