All right, so Durham's up on Capitol Hill. John Durham, who was investigating the F.BI spying on Donald Trump. I'm glad they're doing the hearing because it's exposing stuff we already knew and maybe some new people will hear this.

And that's good. Don't be a debbie downer. Oh, the Republicans are doing a crap job, they're not doing a crap job, they're doing a fine job.

The problem is, a lot of you already know this stuff, so it seems like old news. But I just caution anyone who wants to be the Debbie Downer, I'm not suggesting that's you. That. Upwards of 17 percent of people who voted for Joe Biden after the 2020 election indicated they would have voted differently. If they just would have known about the Biden corruption.

So please, I'm already seeing it's like, fashionable. I don't understand. Maybe in the chat you can weigh in again, you know, too, because you and I. This is one thing that drives us crazy. The fact that a pretty well-respected United States attorney, who I think could have done a better job but didn't, to be honest with you. But is willing to go up there and then just out. The fact that the FBI spied on Donald Trump and had no information at all is kind of a big deal, right? Yeah, thank you. So again, I think he could have used his grand jury subpoena powers a little differently.

But let's not nitpick. Right now, it's time for us, before an election, to expose these goons on the left and in the FBI and what they did. It was just a quick opening statement by Durham, who again isn't a big showman. I think Jonathan Turley said it, right.

Jonathan Turley said Joe, you look like, you look like a monk in a strip club. He just looks so uncomfortable. my words is, he looks so uncomfortable up there. But I think it kind of added to the aura that this guy's not some partisan hack. Here's what he said in his opening statement.

Take a listen, let me let me give you some real life views on that. I have had any number of FBI agents who I've worked with over the years, some of them retired, some are still in place. Who have come to me and apologized for the manner in which that investigation was undertaken.

I take that seriously. These are good, hardworking, the majority of people in the FBI, decent human beings who swear under their oaths to abide by the law and the like. And I think that that typifies, exemplifies of the concern here there is. There are investigative activities undertaken or not undertaken here, which raised real concerns about whether or not the law was followed. The policies in place, the FBI were followed.

I mean, listen, this is this stuff matters, folks. Is it going to be the game changers going to flip the Twenty Twenty Four election? No, but remember that poll? Nearly 20 percent of Biden's voters had no idea. His whole family's corrupt. This stuff matters.

Cuba Taiwan's not threatening to invade China. OK, it's the other way around. that's not what's happening. OK, the United States isn't threatening an invasion of Cuba.

It's not the same, even close, I get it. I'm a conservative, I'm a little bit of a conservatarian. On especially a lot of foreign entanglements we get ourselves involved in without an exit plan.

But I'm not dumb either. You can argue against a foreign policy, but that's not the same thing. We are not threatening an invasion of Cuba. OK, OK, Chinese troops in Cuba, 100 miles from our shores. When I live in the state, that's right there, that's kind of a big deal.

So why is nothing happening? why is the Biden administration taking its ass right and just planting it in a seat and doing nothing ass in the seat?

Why are they doing Jack squat about it? I mean, JFK was a Democrat, had to deal with the Cuban missile crisis. This is almost as severe. A spy base and military troops. What's next?

Getting money from China, working deals with China, sending emails, cutting deals with China. Biden always seems to defend the Chinese Communist Party. And that China has probably a blackmail file this thick on Biden. And now we've got audio of professors and other people laughing about the whole thing. We got the son, Hunter Biden, talking about an email, the what an effing spy chief of China that he's connected to.

Folks, none of this is made up. Don't show any of this evidence to your liberal friends and ask them to explain it.

You have any idea who may be controlling us as China prepares to start World War Three? Now? Do you see why? I don't know, three times a week, Joe, maybe more.

And yet now that we've got evidence, credible evidence of his son marshalling these deadly deals with a nuclear-powered enemy of the United States. Everybody's running cover. That's off balance, and I want you to pay other close attention to this, too. Biden loves his son really.

Yet he knew his son had a drug problem and shoved his son in the middle of international business deals so he could grift off him. Sounds like a piece of human garbage to me. Take a listen.

Say he doesn't love him publicly. Do they not understand this disease and how it works? Hunter Biden has gone through recovery under the brightest lights imaginable, and recovery is not easy for anybody.

He's being held accountable for bad judgments he made, and he should be. But the point is that he now has to stay sober in order to avoid a felony, and he has been treated as he should under the law. But everyone should understand here that this man this has paid a very high price for his addiction in the public arena.

And by the way, everybody needs to back off Joe Biden about this. He loves his son. back off. It is okay for him to love his son and there's nothing wrong with it.

They have no evidence of any kind of wrongdoing by Joe Biden.

A foreign source admitting to the FBI from Ukraine on a different deal that Biden's the big guy. $10 million in revenue flowing into Biden, Inc. from apparently illicit blackmail operations, according to bank records. Legions of voicemails and emails from Hunter Biden Burisma executives thanking them for setting up meetings with Joe Biden.

Claire McCaskill's a disgusting piece of garbage. She always has been. That's why she lost her seat, because she's so horrible and awful. But Joe Biden loves his son, Joe Biden doesn't love his son.

Joe Biden loves one thing, you know what that is, Joe Biden loves money. Joe Biden doesn't love his son. Who puts a son with a crack problem in the middle of an international deal with a nuclear powered enemy of the United States? And then takes 10 of the cut.

Here's another one. Yesterday, after the Sweetheart deal came down for Hunter Biden, Hunter Biden gets off on a misdemeanor, tax charge, pretrial diversion on a gun charge. No one else would have gotten that deal involved in an international blackmail scheme, no one.

Not a human being on planet Earth, but it helps to be the white patriarchal president's kid, doesn't it? You don't hear the race activists talking about this one, how a bunch of Black guys are in jail right now on the exact same gun charge, the connected white son of the white patriarch president got off on.

You don't hear any talk about that, right?

Here's Andrew Weissman, best buddy to the Queen of the Swamp. Lisa Monaco, the deputy attorney general, which, I'm sure, supervised this sweetheart deal for Hunter saying, Oh, don't you worry, it's not a sweetheart deal. I've got a lot of experience here, you do. You've got a lot of experience in corruption and covering up for political opponents because you're a straight up communist.

Take a look, but this is not some sweetheart deal, but this is pretty standard. My own experience is that first time tax offenses like this are generally treated pretty leniently, as well as the felony count, which is a pretrial diversion. There's substantial issues that that statute may be unconstitutional, so I think that, all in all, this seems like a very fair resolution.

Folks, it's not a tax offense like Hakun, Weissman said. It's not a tax offense, by the way. Weissman knew back in 2016 that Hillary Clinton was plotting to take down Donald Trump with fake Russian collusion charges. And ran with it anyway with Mueller. Because Weissman has no human dignity either, he's a piece of sleaze, that's what he is, a sleazeball.

That's what he is, he's a no dignity, corrupt sleazeball. It's not a tax charge, you dope.

Where did the money come from? He didn't pay the taxes on. You don't want to answer that from foreign governments bribing and blackmailing Joe Biden, you don't want to talk about that.

It's like suggesting the guy, you know, a guy went to an ATM and banged on the machine, you know? Listen, it was an unlawful ATM violation. The guy actually went in and robbed the bank with a gun. No, no, that's not an ATM violation. you just robbed the bank, dude.

It's not a tax case, they made it a tax case.

Here's CNN saying the quiet part out loud. I want you to pay attention to this in the coming days. We're always out ahead of the Democrat narrative. The Democrat narrative in the coming days is going to be this.

They're going to try to play it both ways. First, when asked to give information over to Capitol Hill investigators because the case is closed. The Democrats are going to cite the AUSA, the assistant United States attorney, who said it's ongoing. But politically speaking, Joe Biden on the trail. Wait, guy, if I don't explain this right, you got to interrupt. You're my harshest critic on this one.

The Democrats are going to play a little game here. Joe Biden, politically and legally, needs two different things. Politically. He needs to say the case is over. Why? Because he's going to be asked about it on the campaign trail.

Hey, your son just pled guilty to a tax violation charge about these deals. I thought you said his business was on the up and up. What's Joe Biden's answer? Anybody know? Case is closed.

It's resolved. Here's the problem. If the case is closed, then the House of Republicans can get the information because it's closed and not ongoing. But the AUSA put a little line in at the end, saying that the investigation is ongoing. CNN picked up on this yesterday.

How this, they think, benefits Biden I actually think this benefits us, because we could do the same thing when Joe Biden says on the campaign trail. The case is resolved. No, it's not, it's ongoing, the AUSA said. So.

Look, it's right there.

Right, right, it's Schrodinger's case, that's right, it's the quantum case. We can play the same game.

And then when they try to tell you it's ongoing because they don't want to give the house any information, you go, No, no. His lawyer, Joe Biden's lawyer, said The case is resolved. So did Biden. We can play the same game. Watch CNN find it itself in a little bit of a conundrum, even though they don't know it. Check this out.

We do have one bit of information here, coming in from CNN's Marshall Cohen. The Justice Department is saying that the Hunter Biden probe is ongoing, which is important because the lawyer for Hunter Biden, Christopher Clark, said in a statement this morning, it was his understanding that the probe was resolved. You see how they can't have it both ways.

And I love how CNN thinks this works for them when it really works for us. So for reporters out there, not conservative ones, you're smart for dumbass liberal reporters, let me take your notes. Here's your pro tip. When Biden tells you on the campaign trail the case is closed, you tell him, No, it's not.

The AUSA said otherwise. And then when they try to tell you they don't want to hand over information to the House because the case is ongoing, you say no, no, Biden said. The case is closed.

CBS actually aired, by the way, something yesterday, which was kind of shocking. CBS Well, it's only Katherine Herod. She's the only one in any mainstream media outlet outside of Fox and Newsmax and OAN, doing any investigative work. She brought on a tax guy who knows tax law, who was like, Dude, no freaking way anyone else gets off on this. This actually aired on CBS.

And Biden's going to lose a key talking point. Then I got Biden unfollowing the rules, pre-trial diversion thing I saw, and then to follow the money thing. It gets really interesting with James O'Keefe first quick break here.

On mainstream outlets, you've got other people like Taibbi and Greenwald, doing decent work. But here's Catherine Herridge brings a tax expert on talking about Hunter Biden taking a plea to a misdemeanor tax charge, saying No way anyone else gets away with this, take a listen.

In my 12 years of experience as a federal agent myself, there is zero chance. A gun charge and a tax charge with a coexisting investigation in international blackmail gets off with pretrial diversion and two misdemeanors. There is zero chance only if you're the white patriarch's son.

This pretrial diversion program for the Department of Justice, where they know it did put that up first. I know it's a little bad order, but you'll notice in this pretrial diversion program.

They note that if you're accused of an offense involving brandishing or use of a firearm or other deadly weapon, that pretrial diversion is not an option. This is fascinating because Biden Hunter Biden's actually on video brandishing a weapon, where it says right there that you should not get pretrial diversion. But it happened to Biden, which is strange, because Biden again is on tape talking about how everyone should follow the gun rules, except his white privileged son. Take a listen, these are common sense requirements.

All gun owners should follow, every gun owner should be required to have the same requirements held to him or her. I guess when you're the white, privileged son of the white male patriarch, where's Ibram Kendi and Al Sharpton again, about any of this? Everything's OK, brandish away.

So everyone's for sale, folks. The problem with a interconnected world economy? The problem? I'm a capitalist, but perverse incentives are everywhere. Capitalism is the best system, or, as a smart person would actually say, Joe, it's the worst system. Except for everyone else, socialism will get you killed right away.

Capitalism At least you can fight back in a free market if things go awry. But it doesn't mean that capitalism and free markets don't create some perverse incentives. It just doesn't create as many perverse incentives as socialism does. The best thing we can do is to fight back using real world markets in a parallel economy like we're doing now.

Here's what I mean. Here's Larry Fink, the CEO of BlackRock BlackRock, a company controlling trillions of dollars in assets, knee deep in the entire world economy, profiting off decisions you'll never know.

Here's the CEO contributing to our national decline, saying how they force behaviors from people. Now you see why there's wokeism. The Chinese Communist Party loves the fact that America's going woke because it'll be the end of us. And BlackRock does nothing about it. Matter of fact, they're forcing some of these behaviors.

Take a listen. Well, behaviors are going to have to change, and this is one thing we're asking companies. You have to force behaviors, and at BlackRock we are forcing behaviors. What kind of behaviors are they forcing? Are they behaviors that are going to enhance the prosperity of the United States?

That's the CEO of BlackRock, because here's the CEO of BlackRock, Larry Fink, basically admitting, by the way, openly, how much he admires China. And how democracies are messy. they are messy. so is capitalism, you know, what's more messy, and deadly, communism and socialism.

Here, take a listen. Markets don't like uncertainty markets like actually totalitarian governments, where you have an understanding of what's out there. And obviously the whole dimension is changing now. With, as you said, a democratization of countries and democracies are very messy, as we know in the United States, oh, democracies are messy.

Oh, China, China's the model, folks. Now do you understand how this international war machine, how this works, how people profit off all this stuff? Everything and nearly everyone is for sale, you just name the price.

Even the president of the United States.

I got to wonder, Does that explain this? President of the United States, Joe Biden, former vice president, was involved in the plot to take down Trump. The collusion hoax, which, as I've repeated many times, originated in Ukraine. Joe Biden They impeach Trump when he tries to look into Ukraine. All of a sudden, Joe Biden seems to want to bend over backwards to take care of Ukraine.

Whether you think they deserve it or not, the aid we're giving to them, some do, some don't. Don't you think this is a little bit suspicious? Here's a brief at the Pentagon yesterday where this magic trick happened. They made a $6.2 billion mistake Air quotes on an accounting thing to give Ukraine $6.2 billion more.

We have confirmed that for FY23, the final calculation is $3.

6 billion, and for FY22, it is $2.

6 billion, for a combined total of $6.

2 billion.

2 billion mistake. Damn, you have any idea how much money that is? Oh, look, we can give Ukraine more. I'm not getting into whether you think that's right or not.

You can save that for another show. Who makes a $6.2 billion mistake? The answer is no one. They're blatantly doing this right now in front of your face to give you the double-barreled middle finger. Because they just don't care, they just don't care.

They don't want to go back to Congress for more, yet they know they're losing the public on this issue, so a mistake happens.

By the way, I just wanted to cover this earlier in the week, just switching gears a little bit. The artificial intelligence threat is getting really serious, whether you believe it or not. I'm just going by people on the inside who have very specific expertise in this area. When someone working on AI full-time, it is their entire life tells me. This is getting out of our control fast, we're creating a super being smarter than us that could destroy us.

I get worried. The week, which is not known for its conservative, right-leaning opinions, by the way, said exactly what the worst-case scenario problem would be. Which I've warned you about only 100 times. Who the hell's programming? The AI folks, oh, lefty goons are who are telling the AI to try to solve climate change, the Week notes. A more plausible scenario is that AI, tasked with solving climate change, decides the fastest way to halt carbon emissions is to extinguish humanity.

Hello McFly, Has anybody thought about this? You're creating a super intelligent being telling it that the world is going to end in 12 years due to climate change caused by humans.

Has no one thought this through? I was watching this morning, there was a comedian on and he was making this exact point. Like nearly every intelligent person on planet Earth knows, this is a threat. But they're like, Oh, let's just keep going and sends emails. Yet nobody's worried about this.
