00:42.72 – 00:48.76

it's time and this is war.

00:55.66 – 01:24.84

Hey everyone, you're listening to Nurses Out Loud on America Out Loud Talk Radio. I am your host, Nurse Nicole, filling in for Jodi O'Malley while she celebrates her daughter's 30th birthday in Italy. We've seen some pictures so far and it's absolutely a dream come true for her, so I know she's very excited to take the break. I know that we briefly spoke about covering for this show, I have Nurse Melissa and also Nurse Michelle with me today. Hey ladies, how's it going?

2Speaker 2
01:25.72 – 01:29.44

Doing well, glad to be here today. How are you all doing?

1Speaker 1
01:30.38 – 01:39.12

I'm enjoying the summer, I am so thankful for summer, it's my favorite time of the year and I'm about to have a birthday next month, so it's a great time.

01:41.04 – 02:57.06

I love hearing it. I met Miss Jodi a while back when we were doing some advocacy work, and so one of the things I've been blessed with is to be on the show as a co-host, in the past, as a guest, and so, just to kind of recap, I've been a nurse for about two decades now, predominantly in the acute care setting, focusing more on cardiac health care, I'm a practicing registered nurse in the Central Florida area and I spend a lot of time dealing with patients now currently that are in a heart attack-like state or chest pain, and so I also help with some grassroot organizations in the Florida area, Florida Freedom Keepers, Health Freedom Florida, and we've done a lot of work with preserving bodily sovereignty and also working with medical freedoms and making sure that our nurse-to-patient relationships are identified, as well as going against the egregious vaccine mandates. And so one of the things I was thinking we could talk about today, ladies, if we all agree, is one of the things that we're typically seeing right now in the hospital setting is a rise in our sepsis cases with infection. Have you guys heard anything about that recently? Wow, that's scary.

02:57.88 – 03:00.08

Yeah, it's kind of intense.

03:02.04 – 04:35.16

It's actually the third leading cause of death in the United States. I know we have about close to 2 million patients a year being diagnosed with sepsis, and one of the things that is just really alarming is that it's always been an issue in the past, but we have a rise in these cases that we're seeing, especially since the, dare I say, vaccine rollout during the COVID pandemic, and we're starting to see more patients coming in unable to fight infections that previously they might have been. And so kind of understanding what actually sepsis is, being a serious condition and where your body is, being invaded with harmful bacteria or virus or maybe a fungus, and your body is in a constant state of inflammation and stress and it's really not able to protect itself and can turn into a major issue that we call sepsis. And so one of the things I thought it would be interesting to bring up is to kind of see, like if the audience knows what sepsis is, a lot of people don't seem to think much about it until it happens to them or somebody they know. And so one of the things to kind of point out is that we've seen it a lot in our COVID-19 patients, and we've also seen a lot that can fluctuate between the different types of microorganisms that an individual can get, that can cause sepsis.

04:35.56 – 05:16.58

And so just kind of highlighting. it could be viral, it could be bacterial, we've seen fungal and we've also seen like traumatic wounds, if you will, or skin breakdown that can turn into really bad infections. And so kind of like. in the realm of more of the holistic care that you guys are involved in, what that may look like. if somebody was to come to you and say, hey, I think I'm having issues with an infection, what kind of things would you suggest or how would we guide someone to do care for that particular issue of sepsis from a more holistic side?

05:16.58 – 05:47.16

Because I know the medical side and the hospital setting, what that looks like. But what would you guys recommend to a patient, you know, and maybe in the earlier stages? Well, I know that Melissa is going to be the master on this one, so I'm going to let her take it. But I have to tell you, just having been a surgical patient just back in October 23,, this is something, I mean, there's a lot to be afraid of, about going out of a hospital. And I was trying to find any way out of that hospital, because all it takes is somebody, you know, introducing you to some kind of infection.

05:47.30 – 06:36.14

I mean, I even sprayed iodine, 1% iodine nose and throat spray, saturated my nose and throat before I went into the surgery, because I did not want whatever might be inside their machines. Because I have a friend who lost their husband, who got their, it was MRSA, through the heart lung machine, and they had like 20 cases that all came down with MRSA and they all died, and it came from their own unsanitary machinery at the hospital. So it is a scary thing, we do need to be preventative going in, and if you're an emergency, like I was, you don't always get a chance, but that's the way to protect yourself, you know, from some of the infections that are coming. But, Melissa, I'll let you take it from there, you know, for sepsis management for the patient once they have it.

2Speaker 2
06:36.76 – 07:20.76

Yeah, yeah. So sepsis is quite terrifying, because it can lead to multi-system organ failure. And yeah, so it's very, very serious. Now, when we talk about when individuals are admitted into the hospital, and they have a sepsis diagnosis, they then are going to be treated with those hospital protocols. So when we're talking, holistically speaking, about things that have been studied, and we are seeing tremendous progress in it, like combinations of vitamin C, thiamine, and steroids, very likely, they are not going to have access to that in an American hospital system.

07:20.98 – 08:01.10

And I'm going to share a link here. Now, Dr. Merrick, who is the lead doctor at Frontline COVID Critical Care Alliance, he, a few years even before COVID, he was actually studying treatments for sepsis using the vitamin C, thiamine, and steroids, and saw tremendous results with it. But again, remember, these are low-cost interventions. When we see low-cost interventions that are effective, there is significant pushback from big industry, because pharma wants us to use a very expensive drug.

08:02.00 – 09:03.78

Also, as a functional medicine nurse, now, if I had a client that was admitted with sepsis, you know, I don't have, I'm not advanced practice, I have, no, there's nothing I could really do to help them in the hospital, besides, help to advocate for them. However, I think that prevention is a really, really big deal. And I do know from what I have seen clinically, and in the published literature, we know that both COVID infection and COVID-19,, so-called vaccinations, can potentially alter the immune response. Now, so, and honestly, what I see is, I see that most individuals get COVID, and they're fine. But some people that got COVID, and that maybe didn't have the vaccination, do experience, you know, recurrent infections and things like that, not quite a bit.

09:03.88 – 09:53.02

But what is really significant is that these COVID vaccinations, there's a lot of evidence of negative efficacy, meaning that we have studies showing that people who have gotten the COVID vaccinations are actually more susceptible to getting COVID, and then they're also becoming more susceptible to other infections. And when we think about having these vaccines, I just cannot imagine how they are still on the market. They do not prevent infection. They're not reducing symptoms. When you look back at the Pfizer clinical trial data, which they tried to hide that from the public for 70 plus years, but a federal judge was like, no, you need to release it in two years.

09:53.14 – 10:40.88

In the clinical trial data, there were more excess mortality in the placebo group, you know, but somehow this thing still got licensed. And we're seeing that now in additional literature, that it's kind of reciprocating the effects of the trial, that we're seeing that people that have had the vaccines are having higher excess mortality. And that could be a lot of different factors. We know that there's a cardiovascular signal. We also know that some of these people, when they're getting infected by other organisms, which, you know, we are exposed to things every single day in our environments, but if you have a healthy, functioning immune system, the immune system is going to, it's going to take care of business, right?

10:41.32 – 11:28.16

But if you're continuing to give yourself, you know, these mRNA therapies, which is a very, the technology is impressive. But I do not believe that this technology is ready for the market because it's basically sending your body signals to teach your body how to make spike protein, which we know is highly inflammatory. We know for the pharmacokinetic Pfizer study that it does biodistribute all throughout the body, including in major organs. And when the CDC was like, oh, you know, it just that mRNA, it just stays in your deltoid and the body breaks it down. They never have the evidence to support that claim.

11:28.24 – 11:59.20

It's been totally debunked and the Pfizer clinical trial data. We also know that spike protein is being found several months after the last injection. We don't know how long it stays in the body. And we know that it is another thing to be able to, usually with our God-given immune systems. If you inject foreign mRNA into our God-given immune systems, our immune system and its innate wisdom is going to shut that down.

11:59.58 – 12:47.40

Now, they included technology called it called pseudouridine, and the mRNA injections that basically cause the mRNA lipid nanoparticles to bypass our toll-like receptors by a function of it actually suppresses the toll-like receptors, which are like the gates of our immune system. We don't know how long it takes for the toll-like receptors to come back on board. And there are a lot of theories as to, you know, OK, well, maybe this is why we're seeing increases in cancer. We do know it's an excess mortality situation. So, and we also know, after six months of initiating the trial, they then gave the placebo group the vaccine.

12:47.78 – 13:18.18

We don't have that placebo group, so what they'd be doing is looking at like, OK, we know more people are dying right now. Let's take a look and see how many of them are COVID vaccinated and how many of them just had COVID. Because we know the whole country has probably had COVID by now, but a lot of professionals are blaming everything on COVID. And it's like, no, like. there is a strong signal that the vaccine has something to do with it.

13:18.28 – 13:34.56

So, I think, you know, if you have gotten the vaccine, working with a provider to make sure that your immune system, that you're taking as good of care of your immune system as possible. And I know that's a whole rant from me, but oh, it's like, don't get me.

1Speaker 1
13:34.56 – 14:20.56

No, it's great. Well, because a lot of times we don't always, this is where I struggle, because I still work in the hospital system because there's such, still such a very great need, because we do have so many people that don't have the luxury or don't have the means to go to maybe an alternative physician or, you know, more functional. And so it's trying to identify early on, you know, to avoid having to come into the hospital. And so, like you said, that preventative care, knowing, you know, what vitamins to take and how to keep your immune system boosted, you know, all throughout the pandemic, we never heard anything about that. It was always like vaccinate, vaccinate, vaccinate, you know, it wasn't anything about, you know, you know, adequate sleep and sunlight and your vitamins, and, you know, just anything to take away the whole gloom and doom.

14:21.06 – 14:45.18

You know, like I was saying previously, sepsis is now the third leading cause of death in the United States. I mean, it is literally behind heart disease and stroke, which is exactly what we're seeing in the hospital setting. It is rampant, and majority, if not close to all of these patients are vaccinated. that we're seeing because we do collect that data in the hospital. And a lot of times we're seeing these patients coming in with various symptoms.

14:45.18 – 15:16.96

So they don't know necessarily that they're septic, you know, or that they're starting to get to that level. And so trying to teach and give resources to individuals to do as much as they can to prevent that. And what does that look like from a more holistic side? Because once you come to the hospital, we end up running a sepsis panel. You know, these patients can have anywhere from a fever to a low temperature, a very high heart rate or a low blood pressure, confusion, altered mental status, you know, decrease in urine, dark urine.

15:16.96 – 15:54.36

There's such a wide variety of symptoms and majority of people don't know that something is wrong until they come in and they have some sort of test, you know, like whether it's a urinary tract infection or, you know, oh, you have pneumonia. But unfortunately, these patients that have been COVID vaccinated are so much more immunocompromised. And we're seeing this rise in cases that vary from children to adults. And unfortunately, you know, there's three different phases of sepsis. You have sepsis, you have severe sepsis, and then you have septic shock, which, if you catch it early, it's 100% treatable as long as you're able to identify it.

15:54.64 – 16:09.82

But septic shock can take place in 12 hours or less, and that can cause death. And so it's really important that the public knows, like this exists. It's number three in the United States. You know, what kind of signs and symptoms do we have here? And, you know, like we just explained.

16:09.82 – 17:02.54

But also, too, you know, if you were to need hospital services, if the, you know, immune system was not able to get you to a certain point, and now you're past that point, what that would look like for you and to make sure that you would identify those symptoms early and be seen, to make sure whether it's your, you know, regular physician or an urgent care, you know, to know to come and be seen, because time is tissue. And we do see a lot of our patients that rapidly decline. We've also had issues where, you know, patients start to have, like you had mentioned previously, Melissa, the organ failure. So typically, it's a progressive change in the patient where we see a multi system organ decline, and it usually starts with the kidneys first. And so why we always tell patients, you know, to stay hydrated and to know to watch what medications they're taking.

17:02.54 – 18:10.28

I know we've had a lot of patients try prophylactic or, you know, preventative type antibiotics, but also knowing which ones are appropriate to take to make sure that we're actually covering potentially the right bacteria, because there are three different types that we typically see flagged in the hospital staff. is one of them. E. coli and streptococcus are the big ones that end up showing up and making patients go from sepsis to severe sepsis, to septic shock. And of course, you know, like you said, the preventative part in itself, making sure that we're teaching the good hand washing, making sure you have good handle, you know, hand hygiene, like Miss Michelle said, you know, making sure you're keeping your nasal passes flushed, you know, good oral care, making sure that you know, if you have anything open on your body, whether it be a cut, a scratch, anything like that, you're taking care of those things proactively, because bacteria will enter anywhere that there's a break in the skin or mucosal area and cause a potential cause for a rapid decline in the patient system.

18:10.68 – 18:36.72

So, you know, also to a lot of our patients that have, like you had mentioned, Melissa, a lot of patients that I work with that are vaccine injured, haven't had a vaccine since 2021. And their spike levels are through the roof. I mean, they're still holding on to it. They're very susceptible to illness. And when they get sick, and it's something that seemingly majority of us in our immune system would be able to fight off, they rapidly decline.

18:37.02 – 18:54.52

So it's definitely something to always kind of keep in the back of the head and say, you know, listen, this could be a potential danger. And you know, not to live in fear, but to be prepared. So at this point in time, I don't know if anybody had anything to add to that before we take a quick break. I don't know if we have time for that.

2Speaker 2
18:54.52 – 19:05.78

I did want to ask you something. So I'm very, I've been out of this system for so long now. And it's like this whole different world. And I'm always wondering what's going on in there. And if people are waking up yet.

19:05.94 – 19:33.66

So when you said that you guys are seeing people that are having a really hard time combating infection, and they, and a large majority of them, are vaccinated, are you seeing that other nurses and providers are making those connections? Or are people just assuming that like, oh, all these people just happen to have the vaccine, and then they're having these infections, but most people are vaccinated.

1Speaker 1
19:34.80 – 20:10.06

I think it's kind of becoming a little bit more obvious, but there's still a lot of, you know, stigma to talk about it. I know when I'm working and I interact with the patient, the first thing I make sure that everyone in the room hears, you know, after we've asked the really, really important questions, I'm like, are you COVID-19 vaccinated? And it will sometimes stop people in their tracks, because they're like, is that really necessary? Oh, yeah, no, it's definitely necessary. Because in the program that I work with, when I work with cardiac patients, 99% of those patients are COVID-19 vaccinated and are not having heart attacks.

20:10.38 – 20:29.10

So I make sure that I kind of have those conversations. And I bring it up and I make sure that people know it is important you ask. There was once upon a time we were forced to ask, then they didn't want us to ask, and now we're revisiting, putting it back in the system. So definitely something that, yeah. I think there is some cognitive dissonance when it comes to the V word.

20:29.76 – 21:06.06

Surely a vaccine could not be associated to anything I'm coming to the emergency room for, for goodness sake, it's safe and effective. It's like a mindset has been just so pressed into their heads, and the medical professionals' heads, that they just do not even realize they're not considering a recent procedure or even a procedure in their past. Exactly. Which is really unfortunate, because it's definitely something that more people are requiring interventions in the hospital, because they've had some sort of health crisis. And it's very coincidental that majority, if not all, of these patients, have had some type of COVID-19 vaccine.

21:06.42 – 21:20.40

And I've seen as little as two to as much as nine. And we are keeping record of that. It's just a continual, and it's usually our elderly patients, they're ones that are in facilities. I'm in the state of Florida. It's still something we're seeing.

21:20.94 – 21:46.98

I think I've spoken in the past. I've even seen where five vaccines were given in 2021 alone on some of these patients, a day apart, a month apart. They were not well-regulated, and these poor individuals have received so many that their health has just not recovered. And you can see the trends and the ebbs and flows in their admissions, their hospitalizations, their doctor's visits, etc. So it's very obvious.

21:47.06 – 22:11.22

But I think we just have to keep bringing it up and keep talking about it, so that people genuinely are like, oh, yeah, you know, okay, yeah, that's right. Because you can see prior, most of these people didn't have that many health issues. And now we're seeing a rise. And it's just like, well, when you've got six, seven and eight COVID-19 vaccines, and you didn't start until 2021, and now it's 2024.. And you've had two heart attacks, a stroke, open heart surgery.

22:11.38 – 22:40.30

Like, how could we not talk about that? But yeah, so it's definitely one of those things that I'm hoping that we can raise more awareness of and understand that it's not just strokes and heart attacks and blood clots and neurological issues we're seeing in these patients. We are seeing a rise in sepsis. We are seeing these patients and chronically inflamed and not able to fight infection. So yeah, if we don't have anything else to add to that, we can kind of get to the coming up to the break, I believe.

22:40.48 – 23:02.16

Is that? are we close to that, Miss Melissa? I think so, right? I have it on my thing here. 27:34.74 – 28:41.66

Prior to the break, we were talking about sepsis and it being the third leading cause of death in the United States, how close to 2 million individuals have been diagnosed with sepsis and how we're seeing this increase rapidly in our COVID-19 vaccine patients. Again, as little as one to two vaccines up to nine is what we're now seeing in the hospital setting and what it looks like if someone has sepsis, what to do to prevent it? from a holistic standpoint, which was what Nurse Melissa was speaking on, trying to boost your immune system and keep yourself hot with the good vitamins and making sure you're having the aseptic technique with your nasal and oral pharyngeal mouth rinses. I don't know if we had anything else to add to that, because we had one that was kind of a controversial subject for a lot of people that we were going to segue into to see that kind of ties into sepsis as well, but I don't know if you, ladies, had anything else to add to that sepsis conversation prior. So what I was thinking of, oh, go ahead.

2Speaker 2
28:44.42 – 29:30.44

There's so much that we could touch on on that topic, but I think that we did a good job covering, like what's going on in the hospitals, what we can do preventatively and, please God, if you have received COVID vaccinations or multiple vaccinations, please look into supporting your immune system naturally, and also getting established with a medical provider that understands that COVID vaccinations and the COVID infection can alter the immune system. I always like to refer out to Frontline COVID Critical Care Alliance. They have a list of providers that are treating things like vaccine, injury and long COVID. Absolutely. Very good point.

29:30.54 – 29:30.92

And again,

1Speaker 1
29:31.04 – 30:26.56

we always want to make sure that we lead with, you know, being proactive versus reactive. We don't want to always, you know, use fear tactics. We just want people to understand what's going on in the communities, what to look out for, how to protect yourself and so that you can be in the know. And so one of the topics I was just going to kind of bring out briefly because I think on my end, since we had a little bit of technical difficulties, it's only going to let me record for another 10 minutes, but was the Supreme Court that just came through and said that Biden's, you know, federal funding for gender reassignment is no longer going to be even looked at at this point in time. It's not something that they're going to entertain, and how we've seen such a rise in our, you know, states that are participating in these types of processes with gender reassignment, and how they don't always go well.

30:27.10 – 31:07.30

And a lot of times can have botched surgeries and problems with sepsis in itself. And so we definitely want to make sure that we address that, because it's something that, first of all, I don't think we should be paying for as a taxpayer. And also, too, you know, making sure that we have the education and the know that it's not just as simple as going through a surgery. These are such major, major surgeries that a lot of times these individuals are not doing well, and the follow-up care is very hit and miss. And so a lot of times there's a lot of readmission due to infection and sepsis because they're just not handling these surgeries correctly.

31:07.54 – 31:15.18

And so I was just going to ask, you know, Miss Melissa, what do you think about this particular topic, knowing the magnitude of it?

2Speaker 2
31:16.24 – 31:46.46

Great question. So I want to start off by saying that gender dysphoria absolutely is a real condition and these individuals, you know, should be treated with respect and care. However, you know, I used to be a psych nurse and it used to be that when a patient was suffering with gender dysphoria, that we would work with them on, okay, well, what is their root cause here? Did you have a history of trauma? Do you have an underlying mental illness?

31:46.62 – 32:31.16

Is there underlying autism? And we would reorient them to reality and then provide them the services and care that are necessary to help them improve. But now what we're seeing is that there's a big, big push for these individuals, even children suffering from gender dysphoria, to affirm this gender ideology. And with the affirmation of the gender ideology, not in all cases, but it is happening where some of these children are being offered what we call puberty blockers, which we do not have long-term safety for that. It's being prescribed off label.

32:31.40 – 33:17.08

So it currently is considered an experimental treatment for gender dysphoria. And then also things like surgeries. And again, you know, we've seen it in our country for years that people have been having sex changes. This is not new, but this is relatively new that we're seeing this acceptance in our medical bottle of transgender surgeries in children and in adolescents, highly, highly controversial. And some of the things that this, the other side is promoting is they're saying things like you can either have a trans daughter or a bad daughter.

33:17.46 – 33:56.64

And I want to point out that the literature that they are referring to, the literature that we have on this, is showing over and over and over that these surgeries, this treatment, is more harmful. And we actually see that after they go through the transition, they do better for about that first year. And then they start to go downhill because there's a lot of complications after they have surgeries. They then are basically they, they are lifelong pharmaceutical consumers. They, they are, they're lifelong, you know, consumers to this, to this industry.

33:56.94 – 34:25.34

And then we also know that there's a mental health component that wasn't addressed. So a lot of times, you know, those feelings of like, okay, well, after I get the surgery, things are going to be better. They went through all of this. It's a lot of trauma to their body. and then, taking the hormones, you know, when you are male, your body is not designed to be taking female, synthetic female hormones, everything from our bones, to our liver, to our teeth, everything is different.

34:25.42 – 34:52.04

Say, for an example, male liver, likely cannot break down the high levels of estrogen that a woman can break down, which there's a lot of theories that. Hey, is this setting them up for hormonal cancers? We don't know. But anyway, when we have, industry is making a lot of money off of this. So these transgender surgeries are 10s of 1000s of dollars.

34:52.50 – 35:32.68

I heard, I think it was a hospital here in Nashville that went under fire, because, yes, daily wire ran the story. And the one of the physicians was talking about how just a top surgery, I think, was around $80,000.. And then they were talking about how it's, you know, really good for business, because then they're recurring customers. And when we have big industry that wants to make a lot of money on something we know good and well, that they can make a study, say whatever they want it to. So we have data showing us that, like, okay, actually, the suicidality gets worse after the transition.

35:32.70 – 35:50.90

They know this. So what they did is they, there was a study that was conducted. And they know that like a year after they have surgery, they're doing better. They stopped the study. Shortly after that year, they stopped it when the these individuals were having some improvement.

35:51.62 – 36:11.56

And that is usually like a talking point for individuals that are really pushing these types of surgeries. And also when we think about children, a child cannot consent to having a tattoo. A child cannot go. I have a seven year. He's not allowed to go and get his own library card.

36:11.94 – 36:22.36

What physician in their right mind believes that a child can possibly consent to having a surgery that could potentially sterilize them?

1Speaker 1
36:22.94 – 36:44.78

Right. It's, it's traumatizing. It really is something that I don't think people really think the long term effects on, and understanding that once you go this route, there is no going back. And a lot of individuals have come forward afterwards and said, this is not, I shouldn't have done this. Like, I wish there would have been more conversation.

36:44.78 – 37:22.84

I wish there would have been more mental health background check, you know, and then discussion. And, you know, it's really unfortunate that now we have, you know, generations that are going to be affected by this. And what does that look like for their future and potentially down the road? You know, and again, you know, the strain on the healthcare system that's already broken to accommodate all of these complications, because, you know, unfortunately, a lot of things that happen in our communities end up in the hospital setting, you know, and it's really overwhelming as it is. And now you have these patients that are more prone to infection and, you know, psychiatry type mental health issues.

37:22.84 – 37:48.12

And, you know, it's just really unfortunate that the resources are not out there. And then on top of it, you know, trying to make it something that the taxpayers are paying for. So I'm really glad that the actual Supreme Court ruled that that was not something that we should be doing. And, you know, again, showing everyone respect and dignity, like you said, that's not something that we're negotiating there. It's just a matter of thinking it through and understanding what this looks like from that standpoint.

37:48.66 – 38:42.24

So I would add to that, because we see nonstop on social media, these evidences of teenagers, kids, college students, doing the most insane, seemingly like, has the world gone mad. So I actually started posting something underneath those posts, because people were thinking, the reason why people were posting it is because, look at these crazies, or what they're doing or what they're standing for. But what I was trying to help people understand is, we have a very likely an epidemic of what's called autoimmune encephalitis. And encephalitis is going to have a myriad of symptoms that could go with that, including agitation, anger, hostility, you know, unwarranted hostility, confusion. I mean, Melissa, you can look up, while I'm mentioning this, the other symptoms of encephalitis, but when you have autoimmune encephalitis, it's actually at a smaller level.

38:42.40 – 39:38.36

So if you were, hey, the thing that I was wanting to say about the spinal tap is that people, when they hear about encephalitis, they may think, okay, just do a regular spinal tap that you can do at any local hospital. And even some of your local neurologists don't know about what happened in 2015,, that the autoimmune encephalitis discovery that was made. And there's a book that's been written and it's been published in all the sciences out there now, since then, about the specific kind of antibody panel, you're looking at autoimmune antibody panels. And I actually tell people go to the University of Pennsylvania, if you're having somebody that's vaccinated, who is acting like they're losing their ever-living mind, or they're extremely aggressive, or they're acting outside of their character, their personality is definitely whack. If it's a teenager, and they're absolutely, you know, like never been this bad before, and you're thinking it's just teenager, it may be worth getting a whole study done on autoimmune encephalitis.

39:38.78 – 39:56.28

So I just think that it's a valid thing, because we already know, I've been in the Federal Vaccine Court for eight years. And within the Federal Vaccine Court, we are fully aware that encephalitis is a secondary cause. There is a mechanism of action of the vaccine crossing the blood-brain barrier. So I just wanted to leave that.

39:57.92 – 40:48.24

No, that's actually incredible information, because I don't think individuals think that it goes as far as causing those types of poor outcomes and adverse effects on an individual. And, as you can imagine, a lot of our individuals that have been vaccinated are elderly. And sometimes it can be misjudged, as, you know, aging, or forgetfulness, or confusing, or, you know, they might have an underlying Alzheimer's dimension, and this has potentially exacerbated, you know, their symptoms because they have this vaccine injury. And no one really is linking the two together and just assuming that it's part of it, or maybe they have similar type of infection, like an underlying UTI or something that could be making them feel a certain way off and on. And, you know, it can be easily missed.

40:49.02 – 41:07.86

And I forgot that you had been involved in that Federal Court system for the vaccine stuff, Michelle. So that's crazy. It's been eight years, and it takes 10 years to lose. So, you know, I figure if I'm going down, I'm going to go down with a good last battle. And we have got a lot of documentation.

41:08.02 – 41:25.52

Dr. Judy Mickiewicz has said that she might actually be an authority to talk on my daughter's case. So I hope she will be, because there's a lack of bravery for physicians wanting to testify in the vaccine court for various and sundry reasons that maybe we all have just discovered. Right. Yes, ma'am.

41:25.64 – 41:36.96

No, I agree. I definitely think it's incredible that you've gone that far. And, like you said, you didn't come this far to come that far. So you've taken it to the very end. So, Melissa, what do you think about that?

41:37.02 – 41:54.96

Because I know, again, you know, from the holistic standpoint, and, you know, trying to going from that functional side of medicine, kind of what she was referring to, how, is there anything that, you know, the listeners could look for and do, or different types of testing that they could look at?

2Speaker 2
41:56.12 – 42:58.74

So, like Tom, I wanted to mention about neurological encephalitis. So, you know, we're talking about inflammation of the brain, when the brain is inflamed like that, that can lead to things like brain damage. And we've also seen studies where, you know, because we see so much gender dysphoria, and we, because we know it's a real thing, we must look and think about things like, what is causing this, going back to that functional medicine, root cause approach. Now, I, so when we see that so many of these individuals really suffering with this, these children, and these adolescents, many of them are autistic. So again, from the beginning, and I always tell people, like, you know, when I'm working with somebody, and I am doing their health history and their case review, when they started exhibiting certain symptoms, I'm like, okay, what happened in your life around then?

42:58.96 – 43:06.70

Was there really? was there a stressful event? Were you living in a moldy home? Did you start on a medication? Did you have a vaccine?

43:07.08 – 43:53.28

Because we know that, per FOIA requests, the NIH has failed to produce studies showing that the aluminum adjuvants that they use in vaccines are safe, they cannot show us where they've done those studies. And we know that these adjuvants, we know that aluminum in general, you know, is neurotoxic. And yes, aluminum is found in the Earth's crust, but it's bound to silica, we're not naturally just injecting aluminum to where the FDA has also admitted that they just don't know how to, they've admitted that they're not properly regulating the levels of adjuvants. So I think that's important to take into consideration. Another thing is psychiatric medications.

43:53.90 – 44:58.06

So we know that a lot of these SSRIs and things like that also have side effects of sexual, they have sexual side effects. So we need to look at the big picture here. I do think in general, when we talk about healing the body, I do think that detoxification is very important, that we may need to add on some additional measures. Now, when I work with somebody, especially if they are experiencing some type of mental illness, which we know gender dysphoria is in that category, I do think it's really important to do a toxicity assessment. And we also know that when the body is toxic, that toxicity, chemicals, heavy metals, mycotoxins, biotoxins, all of those things create significant nutrient and mineral deficiencies in the body, you need to have sufficient nutrients and minerals to function optimally.

44:58.32 – 45:36.16

We also know that when there is mental illness present, we know that there is a gut brain connection. And we also see that people that have, and this is something I saw when I was working in the hospital on psychiatric units, these patients, goodness, they had so many gut issues. And I was always thinking, I was like, why is no one looking at the gut here? You know, I get that psychiatric medications can stabilize people, right? And there may be a time and place for a medication, but just to keep giving meds after meds, after meds, and not not looking at anything holistically,

1Speaker 1
45:37.52 – 46:08.42

right, doesn't make any sense. I agree. And I used to work in psych as well, actually, my very first job in nursing. And I noted very quickly, that with every medication that an individual is put on, and I happen to work with children at the time, there was another medication added to kind of combat potentially a side effect, or maybe another problem that stemmed from the original medication that they had them on. And a lot of times, there was really poor compliance because of the poor side effects that came with these medications.

46:08.74 – 46:56.58

And with it, you know, the low self esteem, the fact that they weren't sleeping very well, they were sleeping all the time. So they weren't really eating. And then, if they did eat, it was a very poor diet. And so there are a lot of things that came with it that ultimately shed some light on the fact that these individuals are very high risk and also can be very immunocompromised because they have such a hard time sometimes, you know, mentally caring for themselves and being able to acknowledge the things that are really important to keep them, you know, in balance, if you will. And every physician and individual that entered the arena with these patients, literally just treated what was going, it wasn't a root cause at all, there was nothing that they looked at to say, why don't we try this?

46:56.58 – 47:28.56

instead, it was, more or less, you know, more medication that had a lot of pharmacological adverse effects. And, you know, again, we have these starting in children, and then, of course, you know, needing and requiring more as they get older, because now it's like not enough. And it's not, you know, maintaining the health issues that they have. So, you know, I think one of the big things that I always hear people ask is, you know, because they don't trust Western medicine, or they have a concern. is, you know, is there a place that they can go?

47:28.94 – 47:55.78

Or is there a way to get certain testing done? You know, if they don't have a physician, or if they don't, you know, is there some, is there some place that they can go to have these tests ordered? Are there at home tests? Is there something that we can do to encourage, you know, hey, if you're interested in looking into these things, just in general, what options they have? Yeah, there is a lab for tests that Melissa may be able to address.

47:55.78 – 48:14.58

that we can put in the show notes. that is a specific test for the spike antibody. And then we know that the CR, the C reactive protein, the CRP, is the inflammatory marker that we have heard the doctors mentioned. that is necessary. And then there's an entire list of myocarditis protocol that Dr.

48:14.64 – 48:35.56

McCullough has identified that people can take to their patient, their their own cardiologist, and say, hey, you know, one of the leading cardiologists in the country happens to recommend this according to the heart failure protocol. And we can put that inside the show notes so that everybody has it and you can take it from there. And also something to add on to that,

2Speaker 2
48:35.64 – 48:58.18

because it is really difficult to say that you have a primary care provider and you're, like, you know, I think I was injured from a vaccine. Can you order these labs for me? Most of them are going to look at you like you've got two heads. I'm going to send you the link to the directory for Functional Nurse Academy. I do train nurses around the country.

48:58.76 – 49:39.66

And there are ways that we can order diagnostic testing under our partnering laboratory. And then, if we find something, we can collaborate with your health care team and then also help you on natural interventions, like things like healing the gut, repleting essential nutrients. And there's quite a bit of testing functionally that we can do that we can have drop shipped to your home, that you can take in the convenience of your home. And then we can review those with you and then make recommendations and collaborate with your health care team. So I would use that as a resource.

49:40.06 – 50:04.64

And again, also going back to like the FLCCC providers. I mean, I can't do a show without mentioning FLCCC, wonderful things. Oh, another thing, one more thing. And I will send you all of these, I promise. If you guys have not heard of MedMaps, this is because we know that the American Pediatric Association has really lost their way.

50:05.20 – 50:27.06

This is the Medical Academy of Pediatric and Special Needs. This is Dr. H. Wander's organization. They are functionally treating and certifying practitioners and to actually treat things like autism, ADD, PANS, PANDA, things like that.

50:27.32 – 50:50.52

And then another resource, I'll send you a whole list, because we can't get enough good providers. Another resource is Remnant Healthcare. So this is Kimberly Overton's organization. I've also trained many of her nurses, but they're really great about providing advocacy services. And they also do work with these psychiatric disorders to help to.

1Speaker 1
50:50.52 – 51:30.52

provide treatment and relief. I think that's absolutely wonderful. I know a lot of listeners and even individuals that I've worked with that are trying to be a little bit more open-minded and kind of shift away a little bit from the Western medicine, do constantly struggle with where is a good place to go, who is trustworthy, who's not just going to take me to the bank and order a bunch of stuff that is not relevant to what I have going on. And I've heard of sometimes patients doing like the at home, like hair follicle tests, and like they've done, like metal detox stuff. And there's some things that I've heard that people are trying to do to identify if they have any of these toxicities.

51:30.98 – 51:38.24

But are they accurate? Is this something that's well worth the money? Or is this just kind of a, you know, you should try these other.

2Speaker 2
51:38.24 – 52:16.06

alternatives, like you mentioned as well. Yeah. And I, and this is one of the reasons why I felt so strongly about training nurses in this area, because patients are getting taken advantage of, because there are a number, and I'm a really big fan of patients being able to do direct ordering for their labs. But one of the obstacles is there are some labs that are offering, they're selling, you know, testing to patients, and they don't really have clinical validation studies for the tasks that they are providing. So that's why I really recognize, go really recommend going through a certified practitioner.

52:16.96 – 52:54.06

And because sometimes, you know, I'll have patients that come to me, and they've ordered all these different things online, and I cannot find one validation study for any of it. And then they've spent so much money. And then so many people, unfortunately, go from the conventional medical model of, you know, here's a pill for every ailment. So many lose their way, even in functional medicine, trying to supplement for every ailment. And that like, if we are working with a new patient, and we're like, well, here's $4,000 of functional medicine testing that right up and that we give to everyone.

52:54.06 – 53:08.60

Oh, and here's $1,000 of your supplement protocol that we also have marked up, that we also give to everyone. That is not functional medicine. Functional medicine is bio individualized wellness recommendations.

1Speaker 1
53:09.78 – 54:04.36

Yeah, I think it's really important. Because, like I said, there's that's something that I've heard a lot of people mention is that they feel like they've sometimes been really taken advantage of in that arena, and that there's people that are just kind of ordering stuff, just to order stuff, and it's not really relevant. And so again, you know, just ensuring that they're getting the right information, that they feel empowered to ask and to say, like, what are my options? What different avenues can I explore? And, you know, so providing those links and resources is going to be absolutely phenomenal, because I know a lot of individuals that I can even pass that along to, to see, you know, again, what they, what they have, and, you know, what is appropriate for some of the things that they have going on, because I do work with a lot of health care workers that, unfortunately, are also vaccine, you know, injected, if you will, and so have a lot of issues with their health and need an alternative way to rectify some of their health issues.

54:04.74 – 54:04.74

So

2Speaker 2
54:06.34 – 54:34.36

yeah, I think it's really great. I'm just, you know, I'm, I think informed consent is so important. A lot of times people are going through conventional because most people still have insurance. And then they're being told there's one way to do things and everything else, quackery, and just listen to us, and they don't have other options. So I think it is really important to educate people about, okay, here's what you can do conventionally, here's what, here's what insurance will cover.

54:34.46 – 54:44.82

But also here are some other options that are available outside of that model. that is reflected upon with more current, up to date research.

1Speaker 1
54:45.64 – 55:16.20

I agree. And I think it's absolutely wonderful, because there is always a time and a place for both sides of medicine, whether it be Western and or the functional, more holistic, it's just making sure that people have the right information, and we can be more proactive versus reactive. So I think currently, we're getting towards the end there. I think if we have, I don't know, Miss Michelle, she's off. So if we want, we can go ahead and just kind of leave that at the ending point.

55:16.32 – 55:19.82

Is that something that we can, we kind of close to? that, I think is what.

2Speaker 2
55:19.82 – 55:27.56

we said towards the end. That's great. Yeah, I think. well, we could keep going on. But we only have a limited time slot.

55:27.82 – 55:32.78

So I think we covered a lot. I agree. So this is basically all the time.

1Speaker 1
55:32.78 – 56:04.56

that we have for nurses out loud. We are on the air twice a day during the week, at 10am and 11pm Eastern Standard Time, no topic is off limits. And it's never been more important to have these hard conversations to rock the boat, but to do so with insight and an open mind. That's what our knowledgeable nurses and their guests are here to bring to you. Courage is contagious, we will hold the line in our hospitals and we are counting on you to hold the line in your neck of the woods, whoever or wherever that may be.

56:05.00 – 56:12.70

So until next time, this has been Nurse Nicole, Nurse Melissa and Nurse Michelle sending you a farewell, and until next time, thank you.
