How they're using a unique interpretation of the Mueller investigation obstruction of an official proceeding to prosecute the January 6th Guys and Gals, but not to prosecute Antifa or anyone else that storms a courthouse anywhere. And who's he asking the questions to?

It also includes a case that was a catch-all phrase prohibiting not just the destruction, hiding of evidence, but also any acts that quote, otherwise, obstruct, influence, or impede an official proceeding. The department is currently using that catch-all provision to prosecute hundreds of Americans for their actions on January 6, 2021, on the grounds of the United States Capitol. I want to be clear, I'm not talking here about persons who committed violent acts against law enforcement officers.

And that's good. We want people in jail if you use the gun in a crime. Except it's weird how the anti-gun white patriarchy left seems to want to give Hunter Biden a pass on the exact same charge. And Lisa Monaco's knee-deep writing That whole thing so strange, and you know what's even weirder?

That her buddy, Andy Weissman, who they worked together at the FBI at the DOJ on the Enron case, while Bob Mueller was the FBI director. Who later went on to investigate Trump with Weissman while Monaco was in the White House. You know what's strange? Weissman seemed to know in advance about Donald Trump getting indicted. Just like it appears someone at the Washington Post had an idea Hunter was going to get indicted the next day, too. Really, really strange.

The people that have been involved in all those scandals that I just listed are the very same people that are now in charge of the DOJ and are at the White House. So you're talking about Susan Rice?

The whole interview watched. An examiner, Gavin Newsom, claimed There's no exodus out of California. Wow, that's fascinating because the examiner looked at it. And in 2022, California had the worst domestic net migration numbers of any state, losing almost 350,000 people. That sounds like what they call a statistic.

That's really strange, even looking at it. As a portion of the total population, California's in the bottom 10, losing 0.3 percent of its residents in one year.

You see how he appeared magically, like out of nowhere. Gavin Newsom, just like the Washington Post article, just appeared yesterday, magically saying, Oh, Merrick Garland. They didn't want to prosecute Trump because they're not political. They were setting you up just like they're setting you up now. They understand that Biden's in trouble politically.

A while ago, Adam Carolla, who takes very little BS from anyone, and Adam Carolla started asking Gavin Newsom actual questions.

Gavin Newsom went on the show and he tried to throw the race card. And Black and Hispanics are suffering more than all, and Gavin Newsom didn't want to acknowledge that. It's really strange how Blacks and Hispanics are suffering the most in liberal cities and liberal states. So Carolla had a few questions about that.

And Newsom didn't know what to do. This is glorious. Listen to every second of this. Check this out. Half of African Americans in the state of California, roughly half Latino families have no access to a checking account or an ATM.

Things we take for granted. They don't have a check account. What's wrong with them? because they don't have the resources to sock those things away? Why do we have them?

A lot of different reasons, but roughly half those families don't. Why do Armenians have them? Where they end up is in check cashing places in the state of Atlanta. But I want to know why those two groups don't have access. It just happens to be that.

So they're flawed, No, they're hardly flawed, but they're struggling. Folks are making their work hardly.

Do Asians have this problem? I mean, a lot of communities have, a lot of whites have these problems, so it's not just Black and Hispanic. No, but I'm giving you....

Because the magnitude is ominous, but why so many of them? It just happens to be the magnitude. That's the way God planned it. Not at all.

There are a lot of issues and the communities are struggling. Why are they struggling? A lot of different reasons. Blacks have been here longer than we've been here. What about Asians?

They were put in internment camps. Yeah, we in fact all initiated that in San Francisco, the Chinese Exclusion Act came out of Progressive San Francisco. A lot of Asians certainly do. Why don't you conclude them?

The only reason why is the magnitude of the problem. How many more? But there's no way to figure out how that happened. We could talk about it. You know what I'm dealing with?

I don't want to have a sociological debate.

No, here's why. Why would you want to do that? because the person from The Times wouldn't write good things about you if you did that? You don't want to deal with reality, you want to deal with reality.

And you call from your neighbor's phone if it's a joke, and he swears, there's eight-foot aliens staring at him from the yard.

Now this happens. Las Vegas police install a camera on the home that reported the aliens. Families afraid for their safety. Folks, let me tell you something. I was a cop and a fed.

I have never heard of this in my life. Where the cops show up to install a camera at a home alleged to have seen aliens after the police body camera caught an object falling from the sky. I've never. I've got a friend who literally worked in Teru in the NYPD, his name is Brian.

He was a detective, the Technical Assistance Research Unit. All they do is cameras. He's never heard of this either.

So my question to you is, what are they looking for? Did someone from Homeland Security tell them to put their camera up?

Folks, the answer is, I don't know. I believe a lot of the UFO stories are distractions that come out whenever the Biden thing gets hot. I think I've shown evidence of that in the past, but that doesn't mean every single one is, and come on, you gotta be honest.
