Helping to secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, this is the Constitution. Study on the America Out Loud Network with your host Paul Engel.

00:31.22 – 01:07.84

In his dialogue, Republic Plato used the metaphor of a ship of state to compare the governance of a city-state to the command of a vessel. Like a modern, large sea-going vessel, the United States is set on a course by those in government and slow to react to change. However, not all sea-going metaphors have a happy ending. See the United States today is not unlike the Titanic, large and powerful, guided by hubris and the belief that man can control everything. Both the ship and the state have a lot in common.

01:09.24 – 01:52.28

Yet, just as hubris and self-confidence that they were right led the commander and the builders of the Titanic to recklessly charge ahead into dangerous waters. So the United States, specifically what we call the Deep State, has charged into dangerous waters. However, the deep state's iceberg isn't made of frozen water, but of the Constitution of the United States. Hello there, everyday Americans. Paul Engel Here with the Constitution study, where we read and study the Constitution, teach the rising generation to be free. You know, I refer to this time. For me, I call it the silly season, right? It's when the Supreme Court releases so many of their most important, most impactful cases.

01:52.90 – 02:19.12

And I have been going through these really powerful and important cases. The destruction of, or at least the attacks upon what many of us call the deep state have really been tremendous. And not just from the Supreme Court, but from other courts as well. This metaphor came to mind of the ship of state, or, in this case, the ship of the deep state, running into an iceberg.

02:20.88 – 03:16.50

Now, before I get into the actual iceberg, let me set this up by well looking at the deep state itself. See, when I talk about the deep state or the administrative state, I'm talking about those unelected bureaucracies. Where decisions are made, rules are promulgated, and effectively, the ruling of the country. The governance of the country has been placed in large part in those agencies. Even though nine out of 10 of them do not legally exist, the legislation that created them violated the Constitution of the United States. That, to me, is where you see a lot of the deep state, the other place we see the deep state. Is this unhinged, unbridled hatred of an individual? Donald Trump?

03:18.20 – 03:40.98

I mean, I've heard politicians call each other some pretty nasty things. It's nothing new. You go back to the 1800 election between Adams and Jefferson. They called each other really nasty things, but it seems to have gone over the top.

03:41.06 – 03:59.54

It seems there is no vindictive that could not be placed at the feet of Donald Trump. There's no need to actually have any history or proof, people just say the most vile and evil things. Sure, they call him Hitler. Well, that's not all that new.

04:01.14 – 04:38.36

But to say if he wins suddenly, he's going to be a dictator, well, why wasn't he a dictator when he was president the last time? These allegations of this crystal ball stating what Donald Trump is going to do as if it's absolutely rock hard fact without any evidence at all. It comes from not just the politicians, it's their partners in the media, in the corporate media. And this rhetoric has been building now for eight years or more.

04:40.38 – 05:21.28

I mean, it's one thing to claim that a candidate is an existential threat, but to claim that they're an existential threat to the existence of the country. Or, as I like to put it, an existential threat to democracy. Guess what, we're not a democracy, so maybe that's a good deal, actually, what I think they mean is he's an existential threat to the Democratic Party. But that's a whole other issue that I don't want to get into right now. But this vindictive hatred, this libel slander that has been allowed to promulgate.

05:23.90 – 05:35.44

Well, it's led to an emotional reaction. I don't think all of us realize the abuse of the levers of power of government.

05:37.26 – 05:55.46

To attack an individual and anyone they can, that's around him. The Mar-a-Lago raid. The false claims of Russia affiliation, which he found out, was based on nothing more than Democratic Party propaganda.

05:57.84 – 06:09.12

The lies about what he said, those are really not all that new, the lawfare, the charging of him for things that are not crimes.

06:11.98 – 06:33.70

Even at the state level, charging a misdemeanor and trying to bootstrap it into a federal felony that the federal government even declined to charge. Show a level of hatred, a blind fury, a blind passion to go after an individual.

06:35.69 – 07:02.46

Not that, unlike the desire of the Titanic to break a record on its maiden voyage, which led the captain, the master of the ship. I believe, pushed, in many cases, by representatives of the corporation. To recklessly go at a high speed, on a calm sea, into an area known to have icebergs.

07:04.28 – 07:24.32

Now, the deep state has been used for decades to take away people's rights, to accumulate power in the executive branch, to do much damage to this country. But because they've got away with it for so many decades.

07:26.06 – 07:29.24

They've simply continued to charge ahead.

07:30.86 – 07:45.70

And now we hear Biden urge the nation to lower the temperature after the assassination attempt on Donald Trump. Then, only days later, to turn around and call him Hitler and a threat to our democracy. Well.

07:47.36 – 07:48.80

Shows the hubris.

07:51.00 – 08:05.06

The man who claims that we need to lower the temperature is once again stoking the flames of anger against his political opponent.

08:07.61 – 08:12.74

Here we have running pell-mell into this.

08:14.68 – 08:23.86

Or the report by apparently a former FBI analyst that an FBI employee on Facebook.

08:25.44 – 08:34.38

Was commented on the shooting of Donald Trump as Ah so close.

08:36.86 – 08:37.82

So close.

08:39.84 – 08:51.24

You have a member of the bureaucracy of the federal government apparently not happy that the gunman didn't kill Mr. Trump.

08:52.92 – 08:58.74

That's the deep state, going from quiet, under-the-covers machinations to.

09:00.38 – 09:02.60

Outright in-your-face attacks.

09:04.72 – 09:15.12

We have DHS Secretary Mayorkas claiming unequivocally false that we have rebuffed requests from President Trump's security detail to increase protective resources.

09:17.26 – 09:26.06

I don't, do you believe, Secretary Mayorkas, the same secretary that said the southern border was secure when it obviously was not.

09:27.88 – 09:36.10

The man that faced articles of impeachment for his handling of our security at the southern border.

09:38.54 – 09:56.80

Now, especially when the people who are making the claims that there were requests to beef up. The security detail have historically been pretty accurate in their analysis, in their information, especially involving law enforcement.

09:58.80 – 10:00.14

Do you believe him?

10:02.20 – 10:33.00

What about the Secret Service director, who claimed that a slope roof used by the shooter prevented the agency from securing the area? Really, you're telling me that Secret Service agents couldn't be on a fairly flat, a slightly sloped roof? Especially when there's video of counter-snipers on a much steeper sloped roof directly behind President Trump.

10:36.84 – 10:49.14

This, to me, that's covering over, if not covering up the mistake. God, I hope it's a mistake. I hope that wasn't intentional.

10:51.28 – 11:04.58

You know, it's funny. I heard a report that they did increase the security somewhat for Mr. Trump if that's advanced security. God help us all.

11:08.10 – 11:17.10

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is just a few days worth of the most prominent examples of the deep state.

11:18.86 – 11:37.30

Now here's where things get interesting in my mind, because if you're, obviously, most of us, I'm sure, are familiar with the story of the Titanic. As it was charging through, even though it had radio reports of ice, as it was charging through this section of water, they eventually ran into an iceberg.

11:39.28 – 11:48.92

I believe. And when they ran into the iceberg, when they tried to avoid it, they actually allowed the iceberg to slice down the side of the ship.

11:50.80 – 11:53.68

I think, maybe, just maybe.

11:55.34 – 12:08.24

We're seeing those first few impacts on the ship of the Deep State. We haven't opened up the hull yet as they did in the Titanic, but we may be starting.

12:09.80 – 12:22.56

Not because people are reacting to Donald Trump, although that may be part of it. That may put emotion and energy into this dealing with the corrupt deep state.

12:24.84 – 12:34.62

But there's more that, to me, is not even the first step. There have been things going on to me that really speak to the.

12:37.46 – 13:02.86

Exposing of the lie of the deep state, the lie being that the federal government can do whatever it wants. That the president is the most powerful man in the world, that he can, by executive order, do what neither Congress nor the President are authorized to do by the Constitution. And he can get away with it, he got away with it for so many decades because the Supreme Court let them.

13:04.96 – 13:16.26

The rest of the courts let them, and the American people, through their representatives in Congress, did nothing about the bad behavior of these judges. And that may just be changing a little bit.

13:19.02 – 14:06.36

Now I've got a break coming up. So before I get into the details about the deep state iceberg, I want you to make sure you have fixed in your mind that image. Maybe it's from one of the many documentaries about the Titanic, maybe it's from the movie Titanic, or maybe it's something else. But I want you to have that picture of a ship at full speed heading into danger that they cannot see until it's too late. Because they're going too fast. Because the sea conditions and the equipment they had couldn't show them what they needed to see.

14:08.46 – 14:39.06

Based on that, I'll continue my metaphor after we take this break. Before I go, though, I hope you'll take some time and head to the Constitution Studies store, just go to constitutionstudies..com shop. Maybe pick up a book or a t-shirt or a mug or anything. Welcome back everyday Americans, you've rejoined the Constitution study. I'm so glad today we're talking about the iceberg that the ship of the Deep State is heading for.

19:42.96 – 20:28.26

What I've seen, it started a couple of years ago at the Supreme Court, when we saw cases that were decided based on what the Constitution. Well, they based it on judicial opinions that actually follow the Constitution. I don't say that the court actually follows the Constitution because they pretty rarely actually quote it. Although I'm seeing a little bit more of it, which, to me, is great. But we had this, the deep state. We have all the rules and the regulations. Many of them just blatantly infringing on our rights that have again been used to attack, to attack our country, to attack our rights, to attack. What makes the United States unique and great?

20:30.18 – 21:03.74

And recently, as I said, coming at the end of the Supreme Court's session, we've had some very interesting rulings. Opinions, sorry opinions, for example. Well, all right, they got it wrong with presidential immunity. That to me is pretty obvious. But they also went back and they said, Hey, you know what? The bump stock law? The National Firearms Act, says that a machine gun has to fire multiple rounds at a single function of the trigger.

21:03.92 – 21:26.10

That's what the law says now. Personally, I disagree with the law because it violates the Second Amendment. But they said, that's what the law says, we read the law, that's what the law says. So the ATF's rewriting of the rules to claim that bump stocks turn semi-automatic weapons into machine guns, it doesn't match the law.

21:27.78 – 21:38.72

One slap for the ATF You went beyond the law, you took your deep state bureaucracy farther than you were legally authorized to. That's good.

21:40.34 – 21:47.00

Then we had the Chevron decision. Actually, LOPR is the case, but it's the guess what.

21:48.56 – 22:24.92

40 years ago, when the court said, when in doubt, when Congress is silent or ambiguous, the opinion of the agency rules, that was wrong. It assumed that if Congress didn't say anything, they meant for the agency to make it up. Even though Congress never said that, in fact, Congress back in 1946 said the exact opposite, they said. When Congress is silent or ambiguous, it's up to the courts to decide based on law. Courts interpret the law, not the federal agencies.

22:26.20 – 22:54.46

So now we have a decision in LOPR that says, No, Chevron's overruled. No longer are we going to defer to what an agency says just because an agency is involved. We're going to look at the law, we're going to interpret the law through the tools that the courts have developed, and we're going to decide it based on the law. Not simply give the bureaucracy whatever it wants simply because it had a statement in that.

22:55.98 – 23:30.98

Another slap, this one was specifically at the National Marine Fisheries Service. But this precept, this overturning of Chevron, literally impacts every bureaucratic overreach, it says. As the dissent put it in the opinion, it impacts thousands of decisions that the court has made, hundreds of rules, thousands of rules and regulations. Yes, because they were wrong.

23:33.46 – 24:00.36

Then we have another one, JARCC, I say it as a JARCC. I think it is where the court said, Listen, no, the administrative law courts. Just because Congress said that the S.E.C. could handle certain civil actions in-house, doesn't deprive the American people of their right to a jury trial in a lawsuit.

24:02.32 – 24:23.34

The Congress could not invalidate the Seventh Amendment by simply saying nope. This could now be handled through an administrative law court or an administrative law judge. In other words, a judge that works for the agency, a prosecutor that works for the agency, even the defense frequently works for the agency.

24:24.98 – 24:32.52

It can be biased and the defendant has a right to demand a jury trial.

24:34.12 – 24:37.92

More power taken away from the deep state.

24:39.96 – 24:47.10

I see this as again, they're just hitting the iceberg and it's just sliding along, starting to open up, right?

24:49.08 – 24:50.02

Now there's more.

24:52.08 – 25:24.98

And I think fisher, I haven't gotten into fisher yet. But the idea that a bunch of law enforcement bureaucrats can take a law that's meant to deal with destroying evidence and use it to bootstrap federal felonies onto misdemeanors. Just because the people were involved. In January 6th, another blow to the deep state.

25:26.74 – 25:30.06

Now, why is this important? Why am I focusing on this?

25:31.76 – 25:40.56

Because if you look at what so many people complain about, what's wrong, it's not actually within the Constitution.

25:42.84 – 25:58.98

I saw a great t-shirt the other day. It had a picture of the Constitution, it said. It doesn't need to be rewritten, it needs to be reread. As I said, when I wrote my book, I looked at, I found a website that listed all the federal departments and agencies, and I listed them all.

25:59.70 – 26:26.72

And I looked at them and their purpose to see, is there any constitutional basis for the federal government to exercise that power? And around 90 of them, the answer was either no, or maybe a little, but it's mostly absolutely no. I mean, think about it. How many of the complaints we have about what the federal government is doing is coming not from Congress, but from these agencies.

26:28.24 – 27:13.36

In the case dealing with the administrative law courts, the Lopper case, the Dissent pointed out, Wow, if you take away Chevron, well, then the court's going to say that. They overturned the decisions of OSHA, of the EPA, of the Department of Education, which I found very interesting. Because none of those three is authorized by the Constitution, the federal government has no authority to regulate the workplace, to regulate the environment, or to regulate education. None at all.

27:15.22 – 27:52.86

So you see the deep state, these agencies that are illegally created that have reached out and ruled by dictate, not by representative of the people. They're taking your tax dollars and spending them without you having a say in what those rules and regulations are. Because these are unelected bureaucrats making the laws, either because Congress was incompetent or apathetic. When they wrote the law, they wrote the law, they left it wide open, or they intentionally handed power to the executive branch.

27:54.52 – 28:04.76

That's the deep state, the administrative state where so many of our problems come from, and now we're seeing them start to be reined in.

28:06.50 – 28:42.98

In the first segment, I talked about the vitriolic hatred of Donald Trump and the lawfare that has been used by the federal government, by the Department of Justice to attack the man. Whether it was the Mar-a-Lago documents case, where we find now that not only did the FBI basically ransack the man's home. They actually staged evidence. They took documents that were not marked as classified and put a classified folder on them and then staged it to take pictures of it.

28:45.16 – 28:46.20

Manufacturing evidence.

28:48.46 – 28:58.30

Now, this was turned into a prosecution by Special Counsel Jack Smith. He's also been involved in Donald Trump's Quote-unquote J6.

29:00.88 – 29:03.18

Activities the claims of an insurrection.

29:05.36 – 29:08.36

You see, I believe that. Donald Trump was also charged under 1512.

29:08.62 – 29:16.38

Like Mr. Fisher, the Supreme Court said, Mr. Fisher, No, that's the wrong interpretation of 1512, if that's the wrong for Mr.

29:16.52 – 29:32.26

Fisher Is it also wrong for Mr. Trump? So there was a blow to Mr. Smith's case, but it got better. See in the Documents case, The judge in the Documents case threw it out, threw the case out.

29:33.16 – 29:54.06

The best part is why? The indictment against remember? The indictment against Mr. Trump for the document scandal has been dismissed because the person who brought the indictment, Jack Smith, was never legally appointed to be special counsel.

29:55.66 – 30:24.06

That was a violation. His appointment to special counsel is a violation of the Constitution, specifically the Appointments clause of the Constitution of the United States. And a judge finally said, Hey, we got a problem here now. What's interesting is this appears to. I don't know where Judge Cannon got this in her head, but I do point to the fact that justice.

30:27.38 – 30:45.48

Writing in I think it was a presidential immunity case, wrote a concurring opinion where he said, Wait a second. Jack Smith was never. The Office of Special Counsel was never legally created, and the appointment of Jack Smith was not legally done. We need to look at that.

30:47.10 – 31:06.20

And a few weeks later, guess what? Judge Cannon says, Hey, you know what, you're right? Jack Smith is not a special counsel because the special counsel no exist, even if it did exist. His appointment didn't follow the Constitution, which means he was a he's a private citizen.

31:06.40 – 31:14.36

He's not legally allowed to bring indictments against anyone, so the whole indictment is gone.

31:15.92 – 31:44.28

And, of course, that brings an interesting question. If this district judge in Florida said that pointed out that Mr. Smith's not a special counsel, had no legal authority to bring such an indictment against Donald Trump in Florida. Isn't that also true in Washington, D..C? This should be interesting. How does the judge in Jack Smith's D..C?

31:44.38 – 32:00.92

Case around January 6th. Handle this particular piece of information. Because now you have a Supreme Court justice saying we have a problem here, you have a fellow district judge saying, Yeah, and we're going to fix that problem. Case dismissed.

32:02.64 – 32:15.86

What's the other judge going to do? I've heard no rumblings, I've heard no hints, I don't know. But if we look at this as the deep state, is this just another cut into the side of the deep state?

32:17.50 – 32:44.62

Now the thing we should be concerned about is if we're passengers on this ship of the deep state. Are we watching the deep state going down? Are we prepared? Are we prepared to save ourselves? We shouldn't be waiting for someone to come save us again. Going back to the metaphor of the Titanic. It took hours for ships to come to the rescue.

32:45.92 – 33:02.38

Are we prepared to defend and assert our rights so that we can save ourselves from the sinking ship of deep state? And again, it's not done yet, it's not completely sunk, it's damaged.

33:03.72 – 33:27.82

This damage hopefully will continue, but it is damaged and we should be making preparations we should be. That's why, again, Chief Justice Jay said that every member of the state ought diligently to reinstate the constitution of his country. Teach the rising generation to be free. By knowing their rights, they'll sooner perceive when they're violated and be the better prepared to defend and assert them.

33:29.66 – 33:55.46

I hope the ship of the deep state is going down, I want it to be replaced by a ship of state. Based in the law, the Constitution is the supreme law of the land. The laws of the United States made pursuant to the Constitution also consider the Supreme Law of the Land. Treaties made under the authority of the United States also consider the Supreme Law of the Land.

33:58.04 – 34:13.00

This is where our rescue comes from. If you think about it, the Constitution is both the iceberg cutting at the deep state and the life boats that we can seek refuge in.

34:14.56 – 34:19.08

It's kind of a twist on the metaphor, but I think it actually does work.

34:21.06 – 34:33.24

But unless we get into those lifeboats, unless we know what those lifeboats are and we get into them, and then we help others to get into them. Who's going to get saved?

34:34.90 – 34:41.64

I go back to that t-shirt. The Constitution doesn't need to be rewritten, it needs to be re-read.

34:43.54 – 34:56.92

Think of all these decisions out of the Supreme Court, out of the district courts, out of the circuit courts. Where they've simply said the Constitution says this or the law says this. And that's what we have to follow.

34:58.52 – 35:31.30

That has been the achilles heel to switch metaphors of the deep state. What they're doing is illegal, it's a violation of the law. Now that people are being exposed to the idea that that may be true, I think it's something we should expand on. We should keep exposing people to understand of just how much the federal government does is actually illegal.

35:32.82 – 35:54.56

When I first read the Constitution, I was struck by two things. One was how much I had not been taught in school, The other was how much of what I had been taught was. Absolutely wrong, blatantly, obviously wrong. A simple reading of the Constitution showed it to be wrong, and it changed my life.

35:57.20 – 35:59.94

I'm offering to help show you to a lifeboat.

36:01.74 – 36:15.12

A lifeboat that can save your life, or save your rights, or save your liberties. I can't make you get in a lifeboat, but I can at least point you in that right direction.

36:16.86 – 36:34.58

Now I have a break coming up before I go, though. When I worked in corporate America, probably one of the biggest pains we dealt with was carrying two cell phones. Generally, you'd have one which was your work phone, and you'd have another that was your personal phone, so you ended up carrying around two phones. You had two sets of chargers.

36:34.66 – 36:55.74

It was a real pain. Well, guess what? Patriot Mobile now offers Patriot Mobile One. It allows you if your phone handles dual SIM cards, it allows you to have two separate numbers on one phone. As a busy professional, that would have saved me so much time and effort.

36:56.56 – 37:44.14

It also allows you to have a single number on multiple networks, have different networks, so that if you're in areas. When I worked for Corporate America, I traveled a lot. And sometimes one carrier would have better coverage, and sometimes another carrier would have better coverage. This would allow you to work with both. The product is called Patriot Mobile One, and it's designed for that busy person that needs reliable coverage and connectivity on a single device. To find out more, go to patriotmobile..com. Slash PMO Papa Mike Oscar. Now, as you check it out, be sure to use the promo code Constitution to get free activation. While at the same time working with companies that are protecting your rights to live free.

37:50.10 – 38:14.12

Welcome back everyday Americans, you've rejoined the Constitution study today, we're talking about, well, we're talking about the iceberg that's striking the ship of the deep state. This idea that the Constitution is now being followed, where it's being followed. It's being used to dismantle much of the illegal actions of the deep state, the administrative state, the bureaucracy.

40:26.22 – 40:35.74

One area where we've seen in this case, not the Supreme Court, but several of the deep state, is, well, ladies bathrooms.

40:38.02 – 41:07.76

You see, Title IX was created to protect women to make sure they had the same access to education and to athletics and other educational programs. On a fair par, meaning, if there's a if the athletics is physically demanding, physically different, the physiological differences is important. We'd have men's and women's. You have separate track and field meets, you have separate swimming meets.

41:08.10 – 41:18.88

You have baseball, softball, all of it. It says. If you're going to have it for men, you have to have it for women, but it also has to be competitive, it has to be fair.

41:20.40 – 41:40.34

Now, since the Title IX was created first, I think it was back in the late 1960s. I don't remember the idea, or I'm sorry it was 72. I believe the idea was simple give women their own fair spaces. There are reasons to have separations in bathrooms and in locker rooms, and in sports.

41:41.04 – 41:46.34

There are biological differences that make this important. Well.

41:47.96 – 41:52.44

I'll put it this way, the perverts in the current administration hate that idea.

41:54.08 – 42:29.46

They want to take a person's mental disease and use that to endanger women and young ladies, and it's disgusting. In many cases, they've gotten away with it because, well, they simply issue an edict, like the Department of Education. Remember when Obama tried this, he had the deal. He sent a it's called the Dear Colleague letter, which basically said, Listen, you're either going to allow boys in the girls room or we're going to take away some of your bribe money. I could talk all day about the bribe money, but that's not what we're here talking about.

42:30.06 – 42:39.18

The government has tried to use the deep state to get around, the law to get around, because Title IX specifically says you cannot discriminate based on sex.

42:40.90 – 43:04.36

They said, Nope, we're going to pretend that that's not the case. And of course, now you have Biden got his doe to say. Well, when you say sex, we really think you mean sexual orientation and gender identity, because that's not what the law says. I think we're up to our third or fourth court now that has said, Sorry, the law says sex, it means sex, deal with it.

43:06.98 – 43:34.48

Now, the reason this is important, and why so many cases, or so many courts, is because these are district courts. They're doing it in their own districts. The latest one, I believe, covers Texas, Louisiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Texas. These are all states now that are protected from this deep state attack on sex and rationality, an attack on women.

43:36.40 – 43:54.86

Although boys may be uncomfortable if a woman were to walk into the boy's locker room, I don't think they feel threatened. They may be enticed, they may be excited, they may feel uncomfortable, but they're not threatened. The same is not true when a man walks into a woman's locker room.

43:55.54 – 44:04.00

That is a threat, there's a threat, there's a sense of threatening there because he's a man.

44:06.06 – 44:35.94

And according to some studies, the very idea that of allowing men into women's locker rooms is opposed by something like 80 to 90 of the American people. But the bureaucrats, the deep state, have been charging forward with this, and now we've got some district courts pushing back, cutting open the deep state. Saying no, you cannot go here. Will there be more?

44:37.62 – 45:01.96

Will we see circuit courts dealing with this? Could it one day end up at the Supreme Court? Or will we learn and say? And have the state simply say no, federal government? You cannot rewrite the law, the Federal Department of Education one, you don't legally exist. So you're taking embezzled money and using it to bribe the states and the American people into doing what you want.

45:02.26 – 45:03.78

No, we're not going to do it here.

45:05.70 – 45:07.94

Are states going to stand up and do something?

45:09.48 – 45:24.16

That'd be putting a life raft in the water, wouldn't it? Here you go, a place where you may be able to find shelter in the cold seas. Because I don't expect this, this Biden administration to stop.

45:26.14 – 46:06.44

In fact, some some court documents that were recently unsealed from an Alabama case show that the assistant secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. You know, the the dude Levine that thinks he's a chick? She pressured the World Professional Association for Transgender Health to get rid of an age limit for transgender surgeries for body mutilation. Do you think someone in that position, someone pushing for an no age limit on mutilating children's bodies, is going to simply say, Oh, no, sorry, we're not? We're not going to keep pushing this.

46:08.56 – 46:26.90

And if the WPAtH, as it's called, you don't think that their agenda is going to be used? To push on on on states and state departments of education and school districts and school boards to promote this, because, well, hey, WPath says, it's a good idea.

46:30.24 – 46:38.28

Senior leadership at the White House is attacking children simply because.

46:40.12 – 46:44.52

Somebody somewhere said, Hey, maybe you're the wrong gender.

46:46.94 – 47:14.94

Now, what's interesting is studies show that, yeah, especially around puberty, there's a lot of gender confusion. Your body's being flooded with hormones, your your, your, your body is changing. There's a lot of impact on that. And something like 90 95 of these so-called transgender people, the transgender ideologies, or the thinking you're transgender, resolves itself in just a few years.

47:17.96 – 47:29.74

But again, Rachel Levine, this dude with a mental, a mental problem, wants surgery at any age.

47:32.06 – 47:52.34

We have children being convinced, you know that you have a boy playing with dolls. Oh, you're transgender, really. You have women's prisons being filled, being allowing men, including rapists, to be housed with women in prison, and they're okay with that.

47:53.26 – 48:08.70

And now they're promoting mutilating minors for their political agenda. So if the courts are recognizing that the Department of Education doesn't have the authority to rewrite title IX?

48:10.24 – 48:31.86

Will we start seeing courts, and, better yet, states, pushing back, saying, No, you have no authority to require surgery, to authorize surgery? Public health is not a federal power. Look through the constitution. Public health is not a power delegated to the federal government.

48:33.78 – 48:48.68

They're not going to stop. The question is, will we continue to use the Constitution to open up the failures in their arguments? So that they go down? While at the same time trying to save as many people as we can?

48:50.62 – 49:08.84

And one of our best fighters, one of our best opportunities for these lifeboats to save people is actually our states. You know, one of the sad things about our education is. Most people in state government probably have little understanding of what the Constitution says, much less an exposure to the actual language of the Constitution.

49:10.92 – 49:43.38

See, it's not just the Department of Education. The Department of Health and Human Services. Now wants to expand the definition of sex, or at least sex discrimination, to include discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. In this case specifically, they want doctors who refuse to perform quote unquote well, gender denying care. They want those doctors to lose access to programs like Medicaid, Medicare, the children's health insurance program. They want it gone.

49:44.84 – 50:06.80

Now do you see how this is the bribe and the extortion? Federal government's not authorized to issue Medicaid, Medicare or Chip. Those are unconstitutional programs, and now the deep state is using those unconstitutional programs to coerce to extort actions from doctors.

50:07.34 – 50:16.10

Either you mutilate children chemically or surgically, or we're not going to let you participate in our medical system.

50:17.86 – 50:34.00

Just imagine I don't know what the actual numbers are, but think about it. Medicaid, Medicare. I'm not so sure about chip, how many doctors, how much of a doctor's practice is based on Medicaid and Medicare. I don't know, but I bet it's a lot.

50:35.30 – 50:49.04

This is extortion. I have an interesting question since we already have several district courts saying that sex means sex. If the law says sex, it means sex. it doesn't mean gender identity.

50:49.34 – 51:00.80

It doesn't mean sexual orientation, it means sex. Therefore, this HHS rule is garbage, it doesn't exist, it is toast.

51:01.00 – 51:02.00

Oof, gone.

51:04.22 – 51:10.98

See, that's what I mean about taking these opinions and using them to continue to destroy the deep state.

51:13.32 – 51:41.70

To continue the titanium metaphor, to continue to open the side of the hole, the deep state depends on our compliance. Let's stop complying with their lies. Let's make sure our states understand what the Constitution says, understands what their authority is under it, and understands that these illegal agencies promulgating illegal laws don't need to be followed.

51:43.70 – 52:09.68

It wasn't simply that the Titanic hit the iceberg, it's the scraping along the iceberg that kept popping open the seams. So that there were too many compartments opened to the sea that dragged it down. We can do the same thing with the deep state, we've seen how it can be done, we've already opened holes in the hull.

52:10.54 – 52:29.00

All we need to do is continue to expand them all the time, and I mean all the time. Finding ways to put more lifeboats in the water, telling people here is how you can be saved, here's where you can have your rights protected. It's not the ship that was protecting your rights.

52:29.08 – 52:51.10

We can protect your rights, allow us to do that, allow us to help, one of the ways we can do that. If you live in one of the states that's suing HHS Missouri, Utah, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Idaho and Arkansas, well, then go to your legislators and say, good work. How can we help?

52:51.98 – 53:01.66

We want you to know we appreciate this, we support you in this, We'll stand with you in this. You're not out alone. We're there to support you and to help.

53:02.68 – 53:25.08

If you don't live in one of those states, go to your legislatures and say, Hey, why aren't we in this lawsuit? Why you're supposed to be protecting our rights? Let's protect our rights, let's follow the rule of law. Not simply the opinion of a group of bureaucrats that think they know better than everybody else.

53:26.14 – 53:27.80

It's up to us to do that.

53:29.40 – 53:33.04

Here's another one we've talked before about the southern border.

53:34.66 – 53:50.62

The president, whose job under the Constitution is to make sure the laws of the United States are faithfully executed, is doing everything he can to make sure that the laws revolving entry into this country are not only ignored, are trampled upon.

53:52.24 – 53:59.20

He's encouraging people to come here, he's violating his oath of office, he's pretending the law doesn't exist.

54:01.20 – 54:31.78

And now, what does he want to do? Well, he wants to give these people health care. He wants to take people who entered this country illegally, who broke the law, to get into this country. He wants them to get discounted health insurance through the Obamacare exchanges, you remember Obamacare, that illegal piece of legislation that claimed the federal government could regulate health insurance again, not a power delegated to the United States. But they got away with it.

54:31.90 – 54:48.58

And they got away with it, by the way, because of a court, actually, they got away with it specifically because of a single justice. Chief Justice Roberts, only justice in our history to write both the opinion and a dissent in the same case.

54:50.50 – 55:07.28

And now the deep state wants to use that to encourage illegal people to illegally enter this country, to encourage illegal aliens entering this country illegally, to encourage people to break the law.

55:09.32 – 55:16.46

Now, there are a couple of states, most notably Texas, that has worked to defend their border against this invasion.

55:18.82 – 55:47.26

This isn't going to help, this is simply going to encourage more people. And oh, by the way, guess who gets to pay for the subsidies to cover the difference between what these illegal aliens pay and what the insurance actually costs? That's right, you and me, the taxpayers. We get to pay for this, as we always get to pay for everything the federal government does, both the legal and the illegal.

55:48.36 – 56:02.26

That's why I think I'm glad to see these attacks, this damage to the deep state, and I wish to see it grow. I wish to live in a land ruled by laws, not by bureaucrats.

56:04.32 – 56:16.48

Before I go for the day, I have a couple of things I do. Hope you'll do. I hope you'll. Head over to americoutloud.news every day to find the latest news and happenings. It's what I do, I check it every day, it's in my news feed.
