Xi-CCP is secretly training suicidal AI drones to attack US military bases

Hu Shanchang, who's the co-author of the three-year report on COVID-19 origin. And Dr. Hu also was born in mainland China, he grew up there like me, he studied there, and later he moved to the United States to pursue the academic research career. And then he has been in the U.S. now for over 10 years.

So, like me, he knows the Chinese Communist Party, knows the CCP's culture, and he also knows the U.S. culture, and he's willing to share his opinions with people around him to help them understand the true color of the dictator regime in China. So in this episode, there are two main topics we are going to discuss. The first one is, if you have followed me on Twitter, you may already seen the tweet I posted several days ago in this week, which is an urgent warning to tell people that Chinese Communist Party, Xi Jinping, will launch the AI-controlled drones attacks against all the U.S. military bases, including the bases overseas,

using the AI technology, hypersonic drones, and also the illegal immigrants through the borders, who are the CCP's military spies. And also, these upcoming launches, based on our sources, is going to be launched around before, I mean, soon before the presidential election, or even after, maybe after, until after the election of president. We don't know the exact details of the date, of when will they give the order, because this is still, there's still something blurred, but we do have obtained a lot of hard evidence, many of them we can't expose in public at this moment. And we also don't want to cause panic, but what we want to do is to warn the public before the Chinese Communist Party can put it into practice. We still have several months, we believe, before these upcoming attacks, which will be a whole disaster, and we will tell you more details in the episode.

But it's definitely from the whole. tactics, and also technology, these are all available, feasible. And according to CCP's thinking, which is unrestricted warfare, that is also reasonable. And so, what we can do is, we need to warn the public, we also need to provide the accurate intelligence for the intelligence of government staff, of people in the other field, who can do something in real to solve these problems. And also, we want to let the Chinese Communist Party and the CCP know that we are capable to obtain the top classified intelligence from the core of this regime.

We do have the very brief sources to provide information, again and again, taking the life risks. People really don't want to be slaves anymore for you, and they don't, I mean, they refuse to be sacrificed by this evil regime for Xi Jinping and CCP's aggressive political purposes. And the next topic we are going to talk will be just on 26th June, that one hearing was held by Congress, the committee of, let me see, the Committee on Oversight and Accountability. And the subject is defending America from the Chinese Communist Party's political warfare. And that is a very amazing hearing.

So I didn't hear the whole hearing, but I definitely want to do it. But I read the things related to it, and there are very good opinions provided by the witness and also the legislators in the hearing. So we definitely want to discuss it in this episode. And so now first, let's see what I have wrote for that drone, AI, drone attacks that China already prepared and also have been prepared about in the secret nuclear weapons, the military base in Xinjiang, and also what can they do in the United States.

So on 21st June is the first time I published this intelligence on Twitter. And at that time, I published it because just soon before that post, there is another post from an account focused on these geopolitical activities. And this account has posted some satellite pictures, which shows that in Xinjiang, in a country called Ruoqiang, which outside people don't know what it is, that China has prepared, the People's Liberation Army has prepared a lot of warplane modes. And these warplane modes don't exist here, but could be a major procedure somehow, maybe because previous, they know how U.S. or Google satellite can take the photo, so they could cover it up or remove it.

But maybe this time in May, someday, they didn't forget all the satellite, changed the time to take the picture. Anyway, the photos were taken. that it's kind of, I mean, the analysts believe that CCP has made more warplane, like F-22 or even maybe F-35, these kind of warplane modes for practice in that military base. And I replied that, I quoted that, it shows People's Liberation Army's most confidential military base, Ma'an, in Ruoqiang County, Xinjiang. Ma'an base is for development and trial of secret weapons.

China's first nuclear bomb was born there. So that was the birthplace of the first nuclear bomb, back to 1960s. So that is the most mysterious military base in China. And there are another two, I have wrote one of them before, which is called 404, based in Gansu province. And that military base,

CCP is working on the secret practice and also development of 30 bombs. If you remember that I have talked about it in a previous episode, I think, October last year. And Ma'an base is more mysterious than 404 and also more important than the 404 military base. So, the Google translation of that quoted tweet with a satellite picture, also shows that.

traditionally, there were other aircraft put in that area before. But this time, it's kind of even more of a stealth fighter jet. It is newly spotted.

And later, based on the intelligence. we summarized, I have posted a new tweet, which has caused a lot of feedback. And briefly, I'm telling people that at Ma'an base, when you see the U.S. warplanes mock-up there, actually, our source told us, CCP is training AI drones there on how to identify and attack aircraft at U.S. military bases.

The PIA will work with CCP's agents among illegal migrants via borders to launch AI drone attacks targeting U.S. military bases before and after the presidential election. For the upcoming attacks, CCP's AI-trained suicidal drones, a hypersonic, which is about 1.5 to 2 miles, and PLA will launch formation and swarm flying from the land near all the U.S. military bases, including Guam and other overseas bases, for example, the ones in Japan, for saturation attacks. And the CCP purchased the land near bases because the attacks require runway takeoff.

And the PLA will also destroy radar systems of North American missile systems using AI drones. The AI chips and the drones are made by NVIDIA. Huawei asked NVIDIA to manufacture chips but labeled as Huawei. PLA. AI trained the drones to avoid U.S.

missiles and radars. Most of the AI drones now have been shipped to U.S. in legal ways. You know, CCP has various ways to ship them, like how Jesse Zhu, the CCP's agent, shipped those illegal pathogen samples from China to the illegal bio lab in Raleigh, California. If you remember, we have talked about that in the summer last year and did the follow-up.

And, for example, the drone parts can be stored by those lethal pathogens in the warehouses or maybe some properties on CCP-owned lands. So they can be distributed to PLA agents, maybe via Uber or delivery. And anyway, they also have various ways. So later, my colleague, Mulder of Mulder Media, also further explained it with Jeff Nyquist in an interview, which Jeff, who is an intelligence expert, has already published an article, and I shared it on my Twitter. They have talked about more details to explain CCP's tactics.

And so, Dr. Hu, you also read all this information. You read the article of Mulder's interview with Jeff Nyquist. You also did your own research based on this information. So what do you want to provide to our audience based on this intelligence?

Do you think it's available? Is it feasible? Do you think that's how CCP and CCP can do against the U.S.? Or what do you think about that?

But when you dig into it and do some investigation, especially when I searched on Google, I found actually there are many leads and there are many evidence suggesting this is a very feasible plan for them. First, as for the speed, when Mulder mentioned that they have a hypersonic, they have a three mark. And what Mulder said is 1.6 to 3 mark, because that is the one of the models who have the specific spec on that model. But actually, when I searched, there's more than one model. There is some three markers, one, and some drone can fly even over seven mark, I mean, developed by China.

And it has been shown in the air show in China. So the second is about the payload, because I saw they do have something, not only flight weight can above 1,000 kilogram, even some drone can be maximized their payload to 600 kilogram. And most importantly, I recently, just one day after Jeff published that in his, I mean, the interview with Mulder in his own blog, the second day, the CCTV, that is one of the state controlled media by CCP, they released a video around 27 minutes. It's talking about the AI drone controlled attack. And they are bragging themselves.

They are talking about, yes, the single may work, but that will not work as effective as a swamp. That means that the more than hundreds of the work can simultaneously. And they have coordination from AI drones, AI car, AI boat. They can work simultaneously, especially for the AI drones. And they specifically mentioned about the brain, the control system.

In Mulder's interview, they called it a boxer toolkit or something. That is kind of the software is can accumulate the training experience. That is AI. So the training is do exist. Combined with the AI technology, they are accumulating their experience by attacking those highly simulated areas, mimicking the military space of the US.

They have that fake base, military base in Xinjiang. And they keep accumulating such kind of experience all the time. And in that video, they specifically mentioned that eventually, what are they going to have is more than hundreds of the drone working together. And because it is such a swamp of the attack, basically, you have no way to control it by yourself. It's AI.

It's controlling those drones to attack. Something has been long trained. Those targets have been long trained. So that is a terrible thing. And the third thing I think is very interesting is that we have to pay a lot of attention on the infiltration.

Combine, what happened in the southern border. We know there's a lot of people have already been across the border illegally. And there is almost no way to monitor. That's because even the US has don't know where they are. And the most important thing is, you have no time and no legal resources to do background check on all of them.

So just in case there is a 10% or 5% of them have the close to connect with the CCP. And they do want to do the infiltration. And they get close to the military base. These have been all reported by the media recently. You know that some of the Chinese students, they get near to the military base in the US and take a photo.

And you may wonder why they do that. Why they use the drone to fly over the nuclear submarines to the base. So they actually take a picture from different angle. Something you can never take that picture from the satellite. And then you can take that picture from the fly drone.

And then they will feed back to the China AI training. So their database accumulating and keep training. When that training finish,

there's always a way, because we never cut the trade with the CCP China. So there are always a way to get us such a parts getting to the US. And we know another thing. They have a lot of farmland next to the military base. that is recently reported by the media.

Just combine all this together. A clear goal is to show that they can use those drones, using the strong tactics and using those drones to attack the military base. So why does that matter? So, if our audience still have memory, after the Second World War, the Vietnam War, why did the American field slide off the war? So one of the significant events is called the Tet Offensive, which related to the Ho Chi Minh Trail.

So Tet Offensive, actually a lot of the lost Vietnam soldiers, they infiltrated into the source of the area using the Ho Chi Minh Trail. And what shocked the US military a lot is that even when these US soldiers back to the ambassador, back to their base, they still get attacked. So there are no safe place for them. You know, what is? that means is that you cannot feel a lot of pressure.

You have already retreated from the front line. You still have to be very in a high alert because you never know. Some people pretend to be super person may suddenly attack you. So this, actually this is what the strategic offensive of the Xi Jinping would like to do. He would like to hit you very hard in your own line, just like the Tet Offensive.

They hit the ambassador in Vietnam. So basically, it's like hitting American soil. So it gives a huge shock to the American people. People will think about why, why we lost so much to protect something far, far away from us, the mouth of our, so this time it would be Taiwan. So if he would like to take Taiwan or take the even incorporate South Korea into their grasp of the hands, they would like to attack to the soil of the US.

So make you pretty nervous and put a lot of things on the balance. Why would we spend all of our military lives to protect some people far, far away from us? And what's going to happen is that if you just give up everything in East Asia, I would say a lot of your allies are going to be lost hope on the US. They're going to lost trust on the US. At the same time, I think the dollar system will get a huge shock.

So there eventually, there will be a cascade of the events. So their final target is the US economy and the US stability in the future. So they will wait for the next two or three decades until they eventually catch up to the US and get the final battle. But before that, they need a huge win on East Asia. That is, I think, what is going on.

And that is why they do want to attack on the US soil. And they even can blend it, blend it into some terrorists, and they don't take any responsibilities. But the US will lose their hope on the East Asia.

Thank you, Dr. Hu. And yes, you have mentioned several, I mean, many very important points. For example, we talk about the Chinese people taking the photos using drones around the military base. We have actually heard a lot of such cases, especially in recent months.

For example, very recently, a Chinese student was arrested near the US Navy shipyard. And he was found using the drones to take pictures from the shipyard, from outside of the shipyard. And that is a student at the University of Minnesota. And the funny thing is, he was arrested because he somehow got his drone hanged on a tree in a neighbor's, I mean, neighbor of the Navy Yard's house. And when the owner of the property helped him to get the drone out, he realized something suspicious and finally called the police.

But just think about how many else Chinese people, or we should say the CCP spies, agents, they could be professionals, they could be untrained, but just used by the United Front Work Department and to do something for CCP's nationalism. So how many else have been taking photos using drones or other tools near your military base? And if the drones are not hanged on the tree of a neighbor, so people won't realize them, right? So just think about in some other cases, we heard that from the media. Some people were caught around the military base, it could be singles, it could be in a tour.

And I remember some had happened near the military base in Alaska, and some maybe happened in other states. I can't remember the exact details now, definitely it's not the only one. And they always argue that, oh, we are Chinese, we can't speak English well, or we just want to travel around and we get lost. Yeah, they got lost and somehow suddenly appear near a military base and checking around and they could take photos, they could play drones. And do you remember that in the previous episode, back to last year, when we're talking about CCP's Trojan horse plan to use the borders to send the military trained and also professional spies to the United States for secret missions?

Yeah, at that time, I also mentioned that, according to the analysts, we have seen that many of the military agents are highly suspicious, and actually some have been identified by us via sources that are CCP's military agents in the U.S., the borders, once they obtain the legal license, and then apply the driving license, and then many of them suddenly will go to practice the gun and buy guns and show off on social media, especially Twitter or TikTok. And actually, that is a common tactic for CCP's agents to communicate using their coded language. And they could openly share some information and that could be included in the photos and words or in another way. And that won't trigger American ICS notice, because they thought that is too open, how could they use this way, and they can't understand the meaning of this coded language and picture. So these people will communicate and show that they own the guns, they can drive cars, and then suddenly, after several months, when they arrive in the U.S.

and when they become familiar with the U.S., they can work here legally, they just quit the job. I have seen many of these people on Twitter. I mean, I follow these suspicious accounts. They have announced suddenly that, oh, I just don't want to work. I want to enjoy life.

I want freedom. I want to pursue my dream. Like I said previously, I work in China, I travel around, I'm a photographer, I'm a blogger, I take videos, I'm a YouTube blogger. So now I want to drive to a remote place to check the United States' nature views. And then suddenly they will drive such a car to just kind of leave the cities and go to the wild.

And some become the Uber driver, for example, and then suddenly say, oh, I don't want to make money now. I don't think I need so much money. I want to enjoy life. And I also want to travel to see the national parks everywhere. Anyway, so I have found many of them, they claim they came to the U.S.

to make a good life, and they claim they are poor, they are persecuted by China, they really want to pursue freedom in the U.S. And once they came here, they found a job, they suddenly don't need work. And then they suddenly all want to enjoy their life in the nature. And from their photos, you can see they usually only drive the car with simple basics, that kind of camping equipment, and they will bring a lot of photographic equipment, even something that looks very professional. So what are they doing?

Do we really need so many photographers, vloggers, who don't work? Just suddenly, when they came to the U.S., they totally changed, don't care about money, don't even need to make life, and they can just go to take the adventure in the wild.

I mean, this is very unreasonable, I can tell you, especially for Chinese culture. Chinese people, think about Chinese people around you when you know before, they don't like the adventure at all. Chinese people like the very stable, like family life, or at least settle somewhere. Make money is very important because Chinese people from the culture, they always live in an unstable feeling that we need to make enough money, stable income, to keep the future life without too much worries. So anyway, all together, this kind of very unusual phenomenon for Chinese people is observed from social media.

And also, now, just think about what we see now. I mean, based on the intelligence, information we got, based on others' confidential evidence, like, of course, near-military-based Chinese Communist Party purchased a lot of land, and those, even some lands, cannot be used as farms or not be good for people's living. So why do they do that? To connect all the things together, and just think about the spy balloons, which can take photos from different angles and hide in a high-resolution way, which the satellite cannot do.

Think about it, it has to fly across the Montana nuclear weapon base, right? And that is the only one we found. We know there are multi, at least over 20 balloons were launched together with that funded balloon last year from CCP's military base, and we don't know how many else they have launched before and after. So, all together, CCP is using manpower and also this kind of unmanned equipment to take enough photos and collect enough information, and also maybe, of course, they can block the communications between the military staff in the base. And they use all this information to train their AI drones and other AI-connected weapons, weaponized equipment, and also make the plan to attack America.

And we hope more and more people can be aware of that, because this, once it happened, it will be a huge nightmare.

I don't know, maybe 100,000 times worse than 9-1-1 in New York. But definitely, I can tell you that it's like the Ho Chi Minh trial and also the spring offensive happened in Vietnam War. It's also like the, it's called the Kamikaze, which is a term, means the dive and win. the special attack unit happened in World War II, which is a refer to the Japanese special attack units of the suicidal attacks from Japan against the U.S. military.

And at that time, since 1944, Japan has made a lot of suicidal warplanes and also they use a pilot, guided explosive missiles proposed, built or converted from conventional aircraft to cause the crash to especially U.S. Navy ships. military. And then they have enough people, they have make enough warplanes because this is cheap, low cost, fast manufacture. So they gave a large, huge advantage for a while for Japanese military. And China now is using the AI controlled techniques to learn the experience from the Japanese in the World War II. So they don't need to waste their pilots.

Just think about one military agent nearby in the lab, hiding in the land of,

owned by CCP and then can control multi AI drones. And what China is doing now in mainland base is especially to train the AI, the core part, to recognize, automatically recognize, the military base. Like, for example, the remarkable landmarks and some building, which is the office, which is control center, who's the personnel, who is the American military captain? that is maybe a Navy colonel. And that is a generous office, a generous team by face recognition, because China has had, I mean, loads of the database from U.S.

government and.

industries to know a lot of personal information from America. And also they train using the like satellite pictures shown that kind of mock the war plane to train the AI to recognize different type of the American planes and other targets. You know, that training just require manpower and enough resources. And because there are always updates in U.S. military base, so that's why CCP need to keep sending people and even spy balloons to take photos from both inside and outside.

You really don't know how many CCP's agents or double agents working in your military base are delivering information to CCP now. But there are definitely a lot, because this is CCP's long-term tactics. They even can use the mixed or the local native Americans or people from other countries to do it for CCP by providing some secret information, providing some secret photos. These are all very important information, like the information of your radar system, your missile deployment, all like that. And I have been asked by some friends in American IC for about, like, you said, that NVIDIA is helping China to manufacture the AI chips.

But how could, like, for example, let's say, China needs to launch the saturation attack, since that requires maybe 10,000 or maybe 100,000 AI-controlled drones. So how could China manage to smuggle so many AI chips to China to train the AI core part? The thing is, you don't need to smuggle them, no. First, China doesn't need to get all these chips from the chip factories overseas. China has a lot of AI chip manufacturers.

What they can't do is design. They don't know how to design the advanced chips. So NVIDIA here has played the role to design it for CCP. And that could be from spies inside the company, or maybe there is a secret cooperation between NVIDIA and Huawei or other Chinese industries or government, a definite government control that. So they just need to design the AI chip and give the protocol, the map, to CCP.

And CCP can use other manufacturers to produce the chips by itself. And it doesn't need to be very advanced, tiny chips like 4 nanometer or 3 nanometer. China already can manufacture a lot of, I mean, regularly to manufacture, I think, 12 nanometer size AI chips. So this kind of AI chip, it doesn't need to be very small because it's not for civil usage. It is for military usage, even if it's larger, that's OK.

So China can't design the AI chips by itself. It requires the facility from NVIDIA, and then it can manufacture it. So it doesn't need to smuggle it from overseas, especially, it doesn't need to smuggle a lot of chips or all the chips from overseas.

And also people would ask me that what else will they do combined with these AI drone attacks? You should know that is the part of a combined tactics, war tactics. You're right if you think about that. there will be other techniques happen at the same times or consequentially, or before that. At least there will be propaganda.

And also, you should know, when these things happen, it's like multi-911.

tragedy happened in New York at the same time. And just think about China has hacked your water facility. Remember that several months ago, U.S. government has warned that China could launch water poisoning plans to harm people through the water system. And also China can.

control, I mean, not control, at least partially control, the power system, the electricity. And you know, when we talk about solar panel, that most of the solar panel you're using now, made in China, CCP's manufacturers. So CCP already installed the backdoor system there, and they could launch the attacks at the same time to make the outage. And also, I think about recently, we have heard that multi-states have the large-scale 9-1-1 disconnection at the same time. It's very, very suspicious.

We can say that, so we don't know how the police and FBI investigate on that. But we do know that technically, China could do a lot through the backdoor system they installed and the spies in U.S. to cause the outage in 9-1-1 system. It's not very difficult, and we have talked to some experts. And for CCP, they definitely won't cause chaos.

Once there are disasters, attacks happening in U.S., for example, when they launch these AI drone attacks, then the best thing is they won't cut off the 9-1-1 connections. So when people get into panic and fear, no one can help them, and their other crimes can be launched at the same time. And also remember that I have revealed before that, like several weeks ago, I posted on Twitter, that our source from China has already confirmed at least 3,700 PLA elite agents, which means both the operator to do the very dirty jobs and also the trained spies, have been entering the United States through borders in the past three years. And these over 3,700 directly controlled by the General Staff Department of PLA, which is like the GRU of Soviet Union or like the military intelligence team of U.S. So these elites, they have, I mean, since they came into U.S., they are the sleeper cells.

What does it mean? It means these people, they don't do anything, they don't register their information in your sign-on system, they don't go out, they don't make money, and they live in a total quiet darkness.

And they haven't received, at that time at least, when our source provided the information several weeks ago, they haven't received the exact instructions from PLA and they are supposed to receive it shortly before, around October this year, because there are months of attacks targeting the presidential election. And the principle is to use low technology to defeat FBI's high technology. Then I think about suicidal AI drone. We don't know how many of these 3,700 sleeper cells will control the AI drone, but it sounds very possible that they are part of this plan. And there are other departments, intelligence, department of CCP, control, other agents.

So, besides these 3,700, we don't know how many other sleeper cells we have now in U.S., and we do know that China plans to send hundreds of thousands of spies into U.S. via borders.

And also, these people, they have been trained, some of them have been practiced in Burma to do the most cruel crimes. That is also from sources confirmed. So altogether, I mean, China can also influence and manipulate cartels from South America and also influence and control ISIS or other, like Hamas and Hezbollah, these kind of Mideast-related extremists, mostly terrorists, because China is financing them, and this is already verified in multi-sources publicly now. So we really cannot imagine how terrible, how scary the final attack will be if it really happens according to CCP's plans. But we do know that will be a hell picture, and we definitely can't wait to do nothing until that time.

So yeah, now we have talked about the upcoming A.I. drone attacks from CCP, and now let's go back to see another topic we are talking about, we are going to talk about, which is on 26 June. I say how the Congress Committee on Oversight and Accountability has held a hearing, and in this hearing, through this hearing, Americans recognize that CCP as a serious threat to our country, but many corners of the federal government don't want to talk about communist China. So in a report by Fox News, it says, I mean, actually the opinions by the chairman of that committee, Congressman James Comer, he said,

when they do acknowledge it, Mr. Government, they censor themselves by relying on neutral strategies to avoid the elephant in the room. China is our most dangerous adversary, and will use every tactic at its disposal to weaken America. So the House Oversight Committee is demanding answers from federal agencies and do not, or will not address the CCP threat head-on, sometimes because agencies themselves have scummed to China's influence methods. For decades, the CCP has waged an aggressive campaign intended to hobble America through political warfare and insidious strategy to weaken our way of life without firing a shot.

That is the point. Remember why they want to launch the AI drone attack and also pandemic on the soil of American continent? Because at that time, you can't fire a shot at all. And the committee's government-wide investigation has brought federal agencies into answer for their tepid responses and has found too much of the Washington bureaucracy is incapable or unwilling to address the CCP threat.

And Comer also said China could overwhelm us military bases, as Biden shows alarming lack of urgency. So, Dr. Hu, I mean, there are a lot of contents we can discuss based on this hearing, but since we only have around five minutes, could you share some of the most important points you want to talk based on this to our audience?

They're saying this is just a pure scientific investigation. But I would see a different thing. to China to help them to build it through the super military fusion plant. So basically, if all federal agencies keep going like that way, eventually they will get enough technology to build such a thing as advertised all the time. They didn't hide it.
