Cannot kick Donald Trump off the ballot for being a fake insurrectionist, Why do I say for being a fake insurrectionist? Because I've never seen an insurrection in American history where Joe, the leader of the insurrection, declares, people should march peacefully and patriotically. Have you? Have you ever seen that?

I've never seen that, I've seen the opposite. You know, go violently and not patriotically, go take the place over. I've never seen that.

So again, I don't want to, I really don't want to put a damper on it. Yes, it's a good thing, OK, let's just take the victory while we get it. Joe's like, Wait, I live here, He's like, Don't I live here? like, Wait, you're going to let, why? And I heard also that this guy had an order for final removal, meaning he's supposed to be removed from the country and he's wanted for a rape.

And I'm like, Wait, this can't be right. And then, sure enough, hold, don't put it up. Yet. I see this message pop up on the Martin County Sheriff's Office Facebook page. I'm like, what?

Before I get to that, I want to play this treacherous bullshit from our hack tyrannical DHS secretary in name only, Alejandro Mayorkas. The most disgusting piece of human filth to ever occupy this office. A guy who was personally overseen an invasion of, yes, an invasion, yes, an invasion, yes, an invasion of the United States. Sounds like a real rock star. You're right, Keith. This afternoon, Sheriff Bill Snyder learned that ICE will not take custody of the undocumented Guatemalan immigrant and Washington County, Oregon, will not extradite from Florida. As a result, the wanted rapist will be released into our community.

Today, there is no legal way for the sheriff's office to continue holding Jose Sebastian as he completed his sentence for the charge of driving without a valid license. What the fuck is happening to our country? Do you see why I say I hate these people in D.C?

Calling, I mean, a public safety menace, who's wanted for rape and who has a final removal, then who the fuck ever are you going to deport? Who is ever going to get deported is a menace to our streets.

I want to acknowledge Governor DeSantis's office, who got wind of it. And from what I've heard from multiple people and saw on social media, reached out to the sheriff's office immediately.

It's really hard to sleep, I get. You don't know that because you've got a fake job as fake news specialist, but it's really hard to sleep.

So I'm just going to ask you a question, chatsters. Because we've got a bigger audience in Rolling Stone here, we've got 117,000 people watching, it's a massive football stadium. Right now. We've sold out 117, closing in on 120,000..

Because, Joe, what happens with time changes again, because these fucking dipshits and rolling stone are too stupid. I've never had real jobs because what happens with a time change?

There is no reason Donald Trump can't stand trial in September, There is no reason Donald Trump can't stand trial in October. There is no reason Donald Trump can't be in the midst of trial on Election Day, there is no constitutional right to avoid trial because you are running for office. And I worry that people have bought into this idea, that there is a point at which it is too late to be fair to Donald Trump.

There is no point at which it is too late for Donald Trump to stand trial. So I'd ask all of you to amplify that. Don't let the normalcy of this idea that after some date, in late August or September, it's just too late. It is never too late for the criminal justice system to hold Donald Trump accountable, and we all need to insist on that.
