It's like 70,000 people could show up, make it as probably the biggest streamer in the planet right now at this hour. And I'd be like, Oh man, we had 92 the other day. Just found out about it this morning before the show. But it does create an issue for the Democrats, who are now down another senator.

They've got this problem with corrupt Bob Menendez now. I think you're going to see calls for him to step aside now, all of a sudden are going to go.

You get what I'm saying, so we'll see who Newsom appoints. This is going to be a mess for them, this is going to create all kinds of problems in California. Politics is the last thing they wanted.

The hearing was a failure. Just give them the double barrel and mock them, mockery folks, there's nothing you I want you to understand, there's nothing you can tell these people. That is going to have them publicly change their mind and admit Biden is their corrupt oatmeal God.

You understand that, right? Why? Because the Democrat Party, about a good 30 40 percent of it right now, is downright evil. They want the country destroyed. You understand that this is all being done on purpose.

You're talking to about 70 of the country that is interested in a corrupt oatmeal god and what he did. Foot down on the gas pedal. By the way, it was hilarious watching the dopey, silly Dems the Goons humiliate themselves up on Capitol Hill yesterday, defending the Biden crime family during the impeachment inquiry. Hilarious. And some of these clips are just they're just priceless stuff.

Even I never thought I'd see. And the fact that there was minimal coverage by ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, and CNN, minimal at best, shows you. They are terrified. Let me ask you this quick question before I get to the clips. Holy shit, we got 47,000 people already.

You all are freaking amazing, I love you. I'm going to ask you a simple question. If yesterday's hearing was as the liberal, evil Democrats, the demon rats want you to believe a big nothing burger that exonerated Joe Biden, then why didn't the networks cover it? I'll wait.

She didn't even get the statistics right, by the way, check this out. When we talk about a threshold of an impeachment inquiry, was there a House floor vote that had a majority of members of Congress that opened an impeachment inquiry into President Clinton? There was, there was.

Was there a full House floor vote opening an impeachment inquiry into President Trump in 2019? Is there one here for this one? not for this one? There is not one here for this one.

This is an embarrassment.

An embarrassment to the time and people of this country. And I would ask that the chair and I would ask that this committee. Elevate to the promise of our duties here and comport ourselves with the consistency and practice that is required of our seats and our duty and our oath to our responsibilities here. You notice what she did there, right? They did not take a full floor vote for Trump's last impeachment at all.

And now she's mad that the Republicans didn't, as if we're supposed to obey her fake principles. You know, it's bad when the dogs at CNN have to call this stuff out. Yeah, this happened on CNN. Take a listen, there's an interesting history here.

The question is, does the House need to vote as the full House on a resolution in order to open an impeachment inquiry? Or can it just be declared unilaterally by the speaker of the House, by whichever party controls the House? If we look back through history, there was a full House vote on a resolution to open an impeachment inquiry in connection with both the Nixon and then Bill Clinton matters. However, things changed in 2019, when then Speaker Pelosi did essentially the same thing that Kevin McCarthy is now doing. And she said, We're not going to take a full House vote.

I'm going to declare an opening to an impeachment inquiry, and that's it.

How priceless is it when the dogs at CNN who can't stand you hate this country and hate the facts have to call out this bullshit? How pathetic, folks. This hearing yesterday was glorious. The disregard to 30 percent, 40 percent of the Democrat party, it was a nothing party. They love the corruption in the White House.

I want to hat tip Byron Donald, Republican from Florida, Congressional District 19 on the West Coast. He did a great job. Byron was in the finance field before, so he's very familiar with financial flows. He brings up an interesting question I want you to listen to this expert witness on financial crimes when he asks them. Hey, here's the ORG chart, which is I'd never seen before. I know Peter Schweitzer's had it for a while, but I hadn't seen it in the hearing. This is valuable stuff because, again, persuadable people are going to look at this and go, Wow, that's interesting, he goes. It resembles kind of like a real estate empire, but here's the catch they weren't actually selling anything like real estate or anything else. Take a look.

On the screens in the room. We have an organizational chart from the I.R.S. investigative team that was looking into the business practices of Hunter Biden and his associates. This ORG chart is from 2014 now. Mr. Dubinsky When my former life, I was in community banking, and I'm comfortable with looking at organizational charts. When I first saw this chart, the first thing I thought about was a real estate holding company or a developer. And this is not to demean developers in the Great East State of America. But developers typically have multiple companies that float with various business interests and business lines.

But the funny thing is that in the business dealings of Hunter Biden, there is no real estate, none at all. So, Mr. Dubinsky, in your professional experience, looking at this organizational chart of business structure, what do you see? Here? I see a very complicated structure of entities that are interrelated and would give me concern if I were an investigator. I would want to know what's going on in these entities, who's behind them, how's the money moving between them, and what is the substance of the transactions.

What's really going on here? Exactly what the hell were they buying, ladies and gentlemen? If you had an ORG chart for Dan Bongino's widgets and you were selling widgets? There's a CEO, the CIO, the CFO, the CTO, Transactions Innovation CMO, a marketing person. What were they selling?

The marketing person is marketing widgets. The Chief innovation Officer is finding out new ways to make widgets. The Chief Financial Officer is finding out new ways to do what finance the making of widgets. What the was this guy selling?

There's no widgets, there's no product, there's no nothing. The answer is right. In front of their faces, the business partners have already said what they were selling.

Joe Biden and access to him, which is illegal.

It's right in front of your face, man. And there's nothing more glorious than when CNN, excuse me, CBS, which is again to the left of Lennon. They hired Catherine Herridge, who's an actual reporter. I remember her from Fox. It's always very nice to me. I don't know her politics.

I think that's a compliment. Why they hired Catherine Herridge, I don't know because she keeps going on CBS and telling the truth. Well, guys, right? I mean, I'm like, Well, how is? She's not fired yet?

I don't understand, CBS isn't interested in the truth. Here she is, Catherine Herridge is about a minute, but it's really important, with all the receipts right in front of her. That Hunter Biden appears to have committed tax felonies that were recommended for prosecution, not misdemeanors, and this went out to the CBS audience.

I play this because, remember, don't buy into the negativity. Oh, nobody cares, it's a nothing burger. No, a lot of people care. And we could change an entire election when they understand the Party of Corruption or the Democrats.

If CBS audience is seeing this, this is a good thing. Listen to this as we're waiting for a decision from special counsel David Weiss on potential tax charges against the president's son. I think it's instructive to go back to the documents. This is a closer look at Exhibit two, and you can see on the front what's listed as potential violations of the tax law. Some of these are felonies with potential jail time, very serious fines.

The other is for misdemeanors. And I'd encourage you to go to page two and this section called Conclusions and recommendations, and you can see for yourself here. 2014, 2018, 2019, there were recommendations for felony charges. And then it talks about tax years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. And based on that coding, those are misdemeanors, and that's a failure to pay or failure to file.

This document really stands out because the initial plea deal, which fell apart in late July I was inside the courtroom, was for two misdemeanors. Which is a big distance away from what's laid out in this document. Here you got to understand again why this is important. This is a tactical show. It may be funny.

We may use sarcasm over and over, but make no mistake, this show is a political tactic show meant to inform. The humor just takes the edge off it. This is big because you're like, Damn, we already know this stuff, exactly.

CBS's audience doesn't. That's the point.

If Catherine Herridge is doing this over at CBS, and CBS is allowing it, this is causing a real problem for the Democrat Party. It can't just appear on Fox, frankly, folks, holy shit. 88,000, we're going to cross 90,000 again. This is amazing. We're not even we're half an hour in.

It's not my business how you feel about politicians, it is my business, however, to point out the corruption of some. Marjorie Taylor Greene has been very interested in Hunter Biden and his involvement in potential human trafficking. This is a really big deal. And it was weird because this is what.

Any time this gets brought up on the House floor, the Democrats immediately jump in to shut this down. Remember, they're supposed to be the party of women and the disadvantaged and kids. Yet there's sex trafficking happening at their border, and the president's son may have been involved in human trafficking. They are freaking out. I'll show you what I mean in the most important clip. We haven't even played it yet.
