Espionage Act violations exposing classified documents to foreign nationals. We have no idea who these people are. Let's just say this guy would come back. Maybe had a few adult sodas in him, I mean, as close to Obama as you can, get few adult sodas in him. And be with some people if you know what I mean, that were definitely not vetted.

That outside of the fact that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are knee deep in this entire thing, classified documents, scandals and everything else. And the reason they don't want you to see that is because they're trying to interfere in yet another election, and therefore they're going to go after Trump. For a fake crime. They made up again, just like they made up collusion and quid pro quo. Ukraine impeachment scandal one. They are, unbelievably, the DOJ and FBI interfering in another election, which it's again back to the beginning of the show.

They don't care. The DOJ and FBI has given up any pretense of being seriously attached like Velcro in any way to justice. They are now full time political activists for the Far, not just the left, the radical left. They have given up any pretense of seriousness anymore. They are interfering in yet another election, trying to get Trump locked up, which is going to backfire spectacularly.

This is no time to give up, man, this is no time to be demoralized. This is a total bullshit case and they know they're going to lose, but winning the case isn't the point. The point is to send a message like Hillary Clinton did.

This is what we can do to you when we get back in office in 2024. Listen to me, show no legal mercy whatsoever, none, I don't care if it's four years and everyone in the country gets pissed off, show no legal mercy whatsoever.

Use every legal tool at your disposal to prosecute and arrest any of these people who broke the law. I don't care what position they were in the past. Show no legal mercy. It's the only way.

The only way? And anyone who doesn't want to play ball can find a new job. Folks, winning isn't the point. They aren't bringing a case that has any legal chance with this documents indictment against Trump.

Interfering in the election is the point.

Of course, it's free. It's a John Solomon piece from Just The News. It talks about how an old case involving Bill Clinton's sock drawer is going to impact this Mar-a-Lago. Classified documents dispute. Folks, the case I'm going to go through. I rarely use four screenshots, but this is super important.

You understand this? Send this article to your a-hole liberal Police State friends and say, read this and tell me how this isn't going to impact the Trump case. In the United States, we rely on legal precedent, it is really difficult if we get a sane judge, and there are many left to ignore legal precedent. In a case like this, is there legal precedent for former presidents and classified information?

Oh shit, look, there is. There was a memorable case, they know it involved Bill Clinton. The case involved audio tapes that had classified information in his sock drawer at the White House. The audio tapes became the focal point of a book that this Guy Branch wrote in 2009..

The case was litigated. Tom Fitton's group Judicial Watch sued. They wanted the tapes. U.S District Judge Amy Berman Jackson ultimately rejected Judicial Watch's suit, concluding Listen, there was no provision in the Presidential Records Act to force the National Archives to seize records from a former president.

Read it again Liberal Dipwads There was no provision to seize records from a former president. It's right there. So how did they do it here, exactly?

They don't care, they're not trying to win, they're trying to say, Hmm.

But Judge Jackson's ruling, the article notes, along with the DOJ's arguments that preceded it, made some other sweeping declarations that have even more direct relevance to the Trump case. The most relevant is that a president's discretion on what are personal versus official records is far-reaching and solely his, as is his ability to declassify or destroy records at will. Sounds like a pretty conclusive ruling to me, doesn't it?

Sounds to me like they made this whole thing up, this crime, because there's actual legal precedent here. Oh, ladies and gentlemen, this gets worse. Wait till I read you the quote by Judge Jackson, which is going to. Because, you know, you always got to protect Bill Clinton, but what if I told you now? What was used to protect Bill Clinton is now going to be turned around in court? Exactly on them, this gets even juicier.

This gets even worse. Here's the quote from the actual judge, a federal judge. They're going to be in deep.

Under the statutory scheme established by the Presidential Records Act, the decision to segregate personal materials from presidential records is made by the President. During the President's term and in his sole discretion. Wow, she wrote in a 2012 decision, by the way, which was never appealed. Oh, it wasn't. It's almost as if it's some established precedent already.

Oh, she goes on. This gets even juicier since the president is completely entrusted with the management and even the disposal of presidential records during his time in office. It'd be difficult for this court to conclude that Congress intended. He'd have less authority to do what he pleases with what he considers to be his personal records. One more. Jackson also concluded the decision to challenge a president's decision lies solely with the National Archives and can't be reviewed by a court.

The Archives wants to challenge it. It's a civil procedure, no criminal penalties. If you're sitting here with your hand, your head in your face, like, how is this happening? Because we live in a police state?

They're just making all of this up, folks. There is no legal precedent to do what they're doing here. This is the collusion model all over again, the collusion model is this.

Invent a crime Trump colluded with the Russians to steal an election, totally invented. Invent the crime. And then go use process crimes to charge people on the Trump team for talking about the crime. That didn't happen. I...e. Go talk to Mike Flynn about colluding with the Russians, even though no collusion happened, and then accuse him of lying to the FBI about a crime that never happened.

This is what happened here. Accused Trump of a crime that's not a crime that has no legal basis at all, and then, when Trump doesn't cooperate, accused Trump of obstruction of justice.

This is sick, this is sick. The police state's here right now.

Joe Biden, Obama and Hillary Clinton get in trouble every single time. This is a pure distraction from the Obama, Biden, Hillary crime families. And it all came out yesterday for a reason why.

Because a mega bombshell dropped, Marjorie Taylor Greene went into the skiff in Capitol Hill, the sensitive facility, to look at the document. From the source who says that Biden was bribed with $10 million in bribes when he was vice president, the document is stunning. I broke it down into three short clips. It's about nine minutes long.

I can't use all of it. Some of it's repetitive. Not her fault, she was just being very, she was trying to be dispositive about it.

Right, and get you to a conclusion. I broke it down about three one minute clips. Here's the first part, where Marjorie Taylor Greene talks about this massive bribe and how this credible, established FBI source has no doubt this is what happened.

Take a look back in 2015 2016, Burisma was looking to buy a U.S..-based oil and gas company. And this came from being advised by Hunter Biden and his partners.

Biden had told Biden said Shoken was corrupt. That was around the time of this meeting was when Joe Biden, as vice president, had said that the prosecutor Shoken was corrupt. They hired Hunter on the board to make the problems go away. That's what they specifically said.

So, a Ukrainian natural gas company where Biden's appointment in Ukraine and is pushing for money for development of natural gas in Ukraine, a natural gas company in Ukraine, is Biden's appointment. Hires his son, Hunter, with no experience in natural gas, and the informant says that they only hired Hunter to make the problems go away. And that the problem is that they're being investigated for corruption at the natural gas company. What else do you need to hear, bro? what do you need to hear? Look, Trump, manna from heaven.

Trump is guilty of a crime we just made up. There's no legal precedent for it. Gosh, this sounds like we're living in a tyranny because we are. It's like, Oprah, you get a tyranny.

Oh, it gets better. What have I been telling you on this show? I don't know. For five years now, all roads lead to Ukraine. Ukraine was a piggy bank for corrupt foreign lobbyists.

Why? It's complicated, but I'll simplify it fast. There's a pro-European side and a pro-Russia side of Ukraine. They all wanted something. It's a big conflict that's been going on for generations.

They wanted something, they hired lobbyists to get that, something from the United States. Nobody wanted the piggy bank to dry up. Hunter Biden and the Biden Crime family took part in that. That's why Ukraine was a piggy bank.

Here, she describes, And this is important. We're going to go over this again. It is critical you understand that this bribe is alleged to have come from Ukraine. I'll explain why in a minute.

Because this is tied to the classified documents scandal. I'll make the connection connect the dots coming up, but listen to her here. All roads lead to Ukraine. Donor Burisma said that Hunter was stupid and that his other business partner was smart.

He also said that he paid $5 million to one Biden and he paid $5 million to another Biden. And it was all a bribery to get Shokin fired and end the investigation into Burisma. He also told the informant. This is common practice in Russia and Ukraine, it's common practice.

It's part of business there, that's how their culture works. That they will pay bribery money in order to get business deals done, and that many businesses they take that into account. They put it in their budget, basically when they're preparing to buy another company or start another company.

That that's just normal. And so over in Ukraine. For them to consider hiring Hunter Biden on the board in order to make their problems go away. Which was the prosecutor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma for, for corruption and legal problems? This was definitely illegal for a vice president of the United States and their family members. Wait, wait. This is the best part. By the way. There's a couple of people in the chat.

I saw a couple of people like you on, or, What's the you?

Is this a joke? Listen, I get it. It's just a small number, but are you serious? We have an allegation from an established paid FBI informant that the current president of the United States took ten million dollars in bribes the influence policy from the United States.

We finally get the information and nobody wants to talk, but you want to talk about what Trump and a fake crime, I mean, gosh, what's that?

OK, this is exactly the point everybody wants. This is a total distraction. The Trump banner from heaven to get you to pay no attention to what came out yesterday. Here's the kick in the balls. This part I did not know.

I knew this stuff prior. Here's part three, it's the shortest part. Apparently the Ukrainians kept records of this.

Because, fellas, if you're going to bribe someone, it's probably a good idea to keep a record of the payments, right? Oh yeah, in case what, why? why would you want records, Joe?

Say, I bribe Joe and say, Joe, you're going to do this. If I put you on my board and Joe doesn't do it, what do you do? You can blackmail Joe. Hey, Joe. Be a real shame if this cash check I gave you made it out to the media, right?

Be a real shame if your place burned down. They have records, folks, where's the media going? Oh, really, can you point us in the direction so we can find those?

The media, No, the media is like Marjorie Taylor Greene's a conspiracy theorist here. Listen to this, they've got records. This is glorious.

He said at the time there were no direct payments made to the big guy, but in a meeting later after, he had become more upset that things were unfolding. He told the informant that he has two pieces of evidence showing proof of payment to Hunter, and specifically Joe Biden. You see, I think what everyone needs to understand is that business owners, at least the most smart ones, whether they're good or bad. Whether they perform their business in a legal manner or a corrupt manner, they always keep records of their business payments, accounts and receivables. That's how it's done, and this owner of Burisma kept a record, especially of the bribes.

The informant says that there are records not just of payments to Hunter, but to Joe, too. Out of Ukraine again, where's the media and the FBI? Do they have those records? Are they looking for them? The answer is they're doing nothing.

They're trying to cover up the biggest political scandal of your time. That's why they're telling you if they expose the informant, he's going to wind up dead. We're telling Congress that now they asked Biden about this yesterday. I'll get to that in a second.

They're charging him with the willful retention of national security documents that could endanger national security. Here's the catch. And this is the reason they threw that in there. Who gets to declare what a national security document is, and the level of danger? Oh, the Department of Justice.

The special counsel case in the Biden's classified documents thing. They're going to say, no, we're not going to charge that. These are not national security documents here. It's completely their discretion. That's why they charge Trump with it.
