America Out Loud is the premier news network with a diverse array of talk shows that inform and inspire. A daily resource for smart people.
The greatest energy always prevails.
Thank you, father, so much for this moment. Aloha and welcome healers to Energetic Health Institute Radio. And folks, I got to tell you we are so excited for this rebrand, this relaunch. It's a little subtle, it's not much different.
We have four fabulous healers on with us, you know, we're on Monday through Friday, all that good stuff. So if you're checking this out on a podcast, know that you can connect with us through the America Out Loud Talk Radio Network. And we are on Monday through Friday at 1 p...m. Eastern at 10 a...m.
Pacific, and we are super duper thrilled to have you every single time. You know, I have some, some sayings and maybe we'll do a show on sayings. But I have some sayings that I think really start to encapsulate the philosophy of what we're doing. My favorite one, as you heard at the start of the show, is that the greatest energy always prevails. You know, what that really talks about is this idea that it doesn't matter how many people say you're crazy. For loving the medicine that God intended for us all, for believing in it and using it.
If they're not, their energy doesn't have to be greater than yours. Like, no one is going to have every single person on this planet telling me I'm crazy for what I'm doing. It is not going to change one iota. My belief, my practice, my direction, what I'm doing, so where that comes up is my energy. My belief is greater than everyone's negativity combined. That's possible, right?
Another one of my favorite sayings is where there's space, there's movement. where there's movement, there's energy, and where there's energy, disease cannot exist. And this is an idea of looking at things from a physical standpoint. Is that the body? Even with all of these trillions, and we're talking like, what? 150 trillion? Some odd cells who stayed up to count all those, right we're talking about? They still need their own space.
And what's filled into those spaces? water, water usually is that separator. It's what stays within the cell, and it's also what's outside of the cell. Now we have a whole bunch of different words for it, because anatomists love to name things. But it's still just water, that water helps kind of create this space.
Where there's space, there's movement, and as we know, water likes to flow, it doesn't like to stagnate. When it stagnates. We get into bad situations. That's where you get the scummy kind of look on the top of a lake or something like that, where there's no flow. You get into problems and disease.
And then where there is movement, there is energy, right? How do things move with energy, with the flow of electrons? That's why so much in everything that we know and understand and love about life is all about the flow of electrons. It's all about the flow of this magical electricity. We don't think of it as magical because it's so matter of fact for us.
But if you were to teleport somebody from 2000 years ago to this age and just flip on a light, it would blow their mind. Now. There's a whole bunch of stuff that we do now that they would look at us like, you are crazy, and they would be right as well. But the thing is, there's just this incredible flow of energy, this flow of electrons, this flow of electricity, right? And where you have that flow. And it's doing what it's supposed to be doing. Disease simply cannot exist.
Now there's one other saying we have, and this is more for our educational side of things, and this gets into the philosophy of why we do what we do. We're not here to tell you what to think, we're here to teach you how to think, how to problem solve, how to critically look at things so that you can understand them in your own way. You see, our entire educational system is set up for indoctrination, and I want you to really understand this.
I was talking with my son about it this weekend. What's the playbook? what's the playbook that we're up against? The playbook that we're up against has one page in it, just one single page in it. And it really doesn't have more than one thought, one saying of its own.
And that saying is divide and conquer, and that's what you see all throughout the world. If we can convince each other, if they the powers, that be, the beings that think they have power, yeah, they don't really know what power is. If they can convince all of us that we are different, then they've achieved a monumental goal, they've achieved a monumental goal of having us believe a lie.
We are always going to be far more same than we could ever be different. How do we know? Just start at the cell, just start right at the cell and how the cell functions and how it works, and the things that it needs. It's all the same.
We all need the same stuff.
Well, I'm talking with my son and I said, Listen, you understand that their playbook is all about divide and conquer. So they have to create polarity, they have to create groups against each other. Right? Woman, man, Christian, Muslim, Black, white, gay, straight, smart, stupid. We have to create all of these groups so that people stop seeing themselves as same.
And why is that so important? It's important because when we see each other as same, we immediately invoke a different mentality towards the person we see as same. The person that we see as same. We invoke the mentality of family. That we want to help them, that we want to do for them, and hopefully they want to do for us. This wonderful principle of reciprocity starts to come in, right? It's a wonderful thing.
It completely blows up. Their one page, one sentence, one phrase playbook of divide and conquer. Divide and conquer is predicated upon you. Not seeing someone that looks like you, they don't look like me.
They have dark skin, they don't look like me, They have slanted eyes, They don't look like me, they have a wide nose.
Their hair is a little different look, with a little bit broader set of eyes, a little wider lens. If you don't mind, can you do that for a second? Because all you're doing is regurgitating the nonsense that was taught to us throughout history that fostered things like slavery and wiping out Indigenous civilizations all over the planet. Because they're not same. Some stupid justification so that we could steal, right?
That's really what this all came to. So I'm talking to my son. We're having this great drive. We're going out to celebrate one of my teachers who's been inducted into a Hall of Fame and everything. I'm hoping to bring him on a show for you all.
Really, really cool, cool dude.
I'm like, listen, if we allow two things to happen, we lose every single time. the first thing, If we allow it to happen, it's disastrous for us. That first thing is to be afraid. Where does the basic foundation for being afraid come from? The basic foundation for being afraid is not having faith, faith in your creator.
It's something I talk very openly about now. I don't care if you like it, if you don't like it, go listen to somebody else. This is what I'm talking about. If you can't wake up every day and tell your creator, by whatever name you associate your creator, hopefully it's a creator that is a being of love, light and logic.
If you can't tell your creator I love you every single day, then guess what's right at your doorstep, knocking on your door. Fear As soon as you're afraid, you start believing lies, lies that are told to you by someone who is offering the illusion of safety.
You see what I'm saying, you see, the people that had faith said no to these damn shots. They were like, No, I'm not falling for that lie. Why? Because I'm not afraid.
Why I'm not afraid of any man-made or naturally occurring infections. Why? Because my immune system is the worst place for that infection to find itself. My immune system is going to knock this thing out of the park.
We've proven that over and over again. How did I prove it? I'm still here, talking to you. They told me we were all going to die, but I'm here. I chose to go and grab vitamin D and vitamin C instead of toilet paper, right?
Y'all remember that, right? That was one of the most insane things I've ever seen in my life. Toilet paper cleared out of shelves and all the vitamin C and vitamin D is fully stocked all around the country. Insanity. How did they get there?
Fear, fear, fear, fear. and how did fear take hold in? People, infect people, see, that's really the infection.
How did it get there? Because people lacked faith? And when do you lack faith when you can't do something as simple as tell your creator, I love you every day, This day isn't promised to you.
You never had to exist, that's a fact, so there's always something to be grateful for, and yes, we're here. We came from something.
Right, the logic of an atheist is just flawed on the very face of it. That's why I don't give them. I'm just like, you can't, you can't lie to me and tell me that you're an intelligent person and be an atheist. It just doesn't work. I'm going to blow that one up in 2.2 seconds.
All right now, the first thing, healers, the first thing is to have that faith, and where does that faith start with? The strongest energy, the greatest energy that exists? Love, I love you.
Now you start saying that to God every day and watch what happens to anyone who attempts to create fear in your life. Evaporates, it, evaporates instantly. Now their playbook is in trouble, so they have to go a little bit harder, a little bit stronger.
And this is where they get into hate, they want you to hate if you, if they can teach you how to be afraid and teach you how to hate. That which is different from you, that which you think is different from you, but isn't really different at all from you. You know, the only thing that changes a person's skin tone expression is melanin, that's it.
Oh, wait, that's a whole lot. Dr. H. I don't know what that is. Yes, you do.
It's the expression of one stupid amino acid, that's all that's different, dark to light skin, that's all that's different.
A person who's darker expresses more melanin, they're expressing more tyrosine as an amino acid, that's it. Do you really think that makes you vastly different from someone else? Please, can we? When are we going to stop as a people and go? That is one of the dumbest criteria to base our opinion of whether we are similar or different. A skin tone.
Why didn't we base it on hair color if we really want to be stupid? why didn't we brace it on eye color if we really want to be stupid? Why didn't we base it on how big somebody's foot is, or how little somebody? You see what I mean, you're trying to find something that's different. Why?
Because I need to be unique, you already are unique and beautiful, you're just in a body, harrying you around as a unique being of light.
So what we get into is the education of it all, the education of we have, as Yoda would say, a lot to unlearn.
And literally everything that we have been taught in our lives from the moment we first came out of our mother's womb has been a lie. And once you accept that, you go, okay, well, where's the truth? Well, the truth is very fascinating because it's not subjective, it can be very personalized, but it's definitely not subjective. Up is up for everybody, and down is down for everybody.
And I don't care if you can't figure out what the difference between a man and a woman is. We got bigger fish to fry, all right, I'm just going to put it out there for you, okay?
So if you understand their playbook Divide and Conquer and you say no to it, then what you've found is freedom, which is what we're talking about on this show. Whether we talk about it directly or we talk about it and allude to it, we're always talking about freedom. This great gift we've been given of free will to see the world the way we choose to see it.
Understanding that there are universal principles that govern us, and that's something we're going to talk about a little bit today. I have these fabulous four healers on with me today, I have Addie Harkin, I have Carmen Adams, I have Dr. Meg Montonez and I got Jolene Goring on.
People that you're getting to meet and learn a little bit more about. You see, we've been indoctrinated, that's what they call education, it ain't education.
Education is teaching someone how to fish for themselves. Education is teaching someone how to think for themselves. We don't teach you what to think, we teach you how, how you apply.
That is completely up to you, you're not hurting nobody. I'm cool with it. You see the world a little differently than from me, great.
I like a lot of different ice cream flavors, probably means I'm going to like a lot of different points of view as well. Help me see the world from an angle that I usually wouldn't normally see it. The world becomes a better place, it becomes a lighter place when we listen to each other.
I was talking about this whole cancel culture stuff this weekend with one of my buddies. I haven't seen him in years. We got to hang out and celebrate our teacher and everything he had, these beautiful boys.
He's got two 11 12-year-olds. I've never seen an 11-year-old boy reading the Tao and reading philosophy books. This is an 11, 12-year-old boy doing this blew my mind.
Having these adult conversations, I'm like, this is one of the best conversations I've had with a human being in years, a 12-year-old, an enlightened 12-year-old. I was like, you got to give me your address, I'm sending you books.
I'm going to stoke that fire. I'm a teacher, you know? I'm going to stoke that fire. I'm sending you book after book. You know what he begged me to do, y'all?
He begged me to be able to come to study at the Energetic Health Institute. You know what? I told him? Absolutely. As soon as you turn 16, that's our minimum age for what we're doing right now. As soon as you turn 16, you have a full scholarship to become a doctor of naturopathy. Because that program will be installed by that point.
You have a full scholarship, I want to teach you, I want you at this school, you are already on this course. I wasn't doing that at 12..
I'll tell you that right now I wasn't nowhere near what this kid is doing, so he might be levitating by the time he's 35. This is some impressive stuff, right? But if we take the point of view with education that free will is a must. And that my job as a teacher isn't to indoctrinate you. Like the K-12 system is doing, like the collegiate system is doing, and pretending like they're developing critical thinkers, No, you're not.
You're developing stupid human beings. How do I know? Look at what they're protesting for and against.
All right, how about you protest for better education for yourself? I have yet to see you do that, I also have yet to see you. Stop paying money to a system that is putting you in severe debt and not having a job for you when you're done with it, all right?
My personal opinion on paid education y'all is you should be able to pay back any loan within your first year in actual profession that you're using. That's the standard in my opinion, I just happen to be able to qualify to have that opinion, because guess what I do? I founded a school and I've been running it for over a decade, and it's been growing for over a decade. So maybe I know a little something about what I'm talking about. My point is this.
There is a lot that you are going to have to unlearn, whether you like it or not, you need to. Why? Because you can't be free with the current construct that's been developed. Emancipate yourself from mental slavery.
None but yourself can free your mind. You have to make the decision to say, you know what I'm done with this fear nonsense, but I would like to replace it with something much better. Love, you know what I'm done with this hate nonsense and seeing things as different.
I'm ready to replace it with something better, looking for every possible opportunity to see someone who might look different from me as same as family. When you've done that, you have blown up their playbook and you have destroyed their agenda. Instead of fighting their agenda, why don't you fight their agenda without fighting it? All you have to do is bring faith into your heart and evict any remnant of hatred that was taught to you in the process. That there is nothing that they can do to make me hate them. Good question before we go to the break.
Dr. H. Do you hate Bill Gates? No, I do not.
Do I want to see him held to the highest standards of accountability and justice? Absolutely, that's a criminal walking among us, but there is nothing that he will ever be able to do to make me hate him. Do you know why? Because that's how you feed the darkness.
That's what hatred does, it feeds darkness. What I'm going to ask of each of you listening while we go to the break is to check in with the words you use. Words have energy, right? Healers.
And to make a conscious decision to evict from your vernacular, well, that's a big word. Dr. H. Yes, it is. Look it up.
To remove and delete from your own personal lexicon, that's another big word. Yes, it is. You're smart enough to figure it out.
Get the word hate out of your life, period. Don't let it creep into little things. I've caught myself over the last several weeks creeping into little things, little sayings. Oh, I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings. Why?
Wouldn't you rather love to be the bearer of truth? We don't have that saying, right? So you got to catch yourself when it slips out and go, you know what? Nope, that's out, why?
Because I'm ready to defeat the cabal. And how are we going to do it by loving God and evicting hate? You do those two things, healers, then I can teach you how to think instead of what to think. We'll be right back with more energetic Health Institute Radio and the Fabulous Four Healers right after these messages.

We're going to come up with the four Fabulous Healers, all right, addy, How are you doing today? Doing pretty good? Dr. H. Four fabulous healers sounds like a good one.
It does. It's just if there was an f in it or the whole alliteration thing. I'd be with you on it, but I'm going to come up with it. It's going to happen, it's going to happen. Wait, hold on.
I almost messed that up, didn't I? Addy? She was just about to correct me, too. She's got her finger on the trigger. She's like, I know this dude is going to mess up at some point. I'm going to be right there to fix it.
All right, let's go over to Dr. Meg. Dr. Meg. How are you doing today? Hello, I'm good.
Thank you, I hope you are, I am doing great. Anytime I get to hang out with y'all. It's a good day and any day we all get to teach together, all these incredible people that are listening in, it's a good day.
What else would you rather be doing? I don't know, I can't think of it. Carmen, How about you? How are you doing?
I'm doing awesome, thanks for asking. The weather here in Las Vegas is getting pretty hot, so I'm enjoying being indoors. This is the winter equivalent season for the desert. This is that time where we're like, Nope, I'm not going outside.
We were biking every morning. I live in Phoenix, outskirts of Phoenix. We were biking every morning and it got so hot. I was like, you know what, I'm waking up at 6 already to go biking and get my pedaling in. Now I'm like, we're going to the gym.
We're getting in my ride, we're going in with some AC, we're going to get in the gym. You know what I mean? And Jolene, who's also out here in the wonderful desert.
Jolene, how are you doing today? I am absolutely wonderful. I think it's what, like, 112 degrees today here, and I'm actually debating going for a hot hike. Well, see, Jolene is such a superwoman, she could go and pull that off and come out.
We don't recommend everybody. Just so, you know that you go out into basically a furnace with the sun blazing down on you. But she's so knowledgeable on her body and how to navigate everything and how to be hydrated. Very, very important that she can actually go out there confidently. Come back and still probably work for another eight hours afterwards, that's how fit she is. Do it in a safe way. And coming from Canada, the cold, right?
I'd rather be in the heat than the cold. So, like, we talked about positivity and just focusing on all the great things, right? Yeah, I'm with you on that.
I'd rather be in if I have to pick an extreme. It's going to be hot, right? Have you ever been so cold, Jolene, where your fingers just basically felt like they were breaking? And like you, if you made a fist like, you actually might see your hand just fall off at the wrist or anything. Have you ever been in that kind of cold?
Okay, I don't know if you know this about me, but I grew up in a cattle ranch in Canada. And it was minus 40, which is the same Celsius as Fahrenheit. And we had to feed those animals and make sure they were okay every single day. So yeah, 5 a.m. minus 40, 10 layers of clothing. Somehow, I still have all my fingers, but definitely experienced that.
So once again, this extreme heat, I have no complaints, that's so cold. Where I'm sure they have it built in. Where you have like a actual timer of how long you can be out in it, or you might die. Sometimes it's less than 30 seconds. Yeah, you see, I've seen pictures of people taking water and throwing it in the air and it freezing like at y'all.
I can tell you right now that ain't me. I'm not going to make it there, I'm not going to last not not a split second in that kind environment. So I already know that about myself, but how did I get there? Critical thinking, proper education. My hands hurt.
I'm not going to go and do that again, right? You see, folks, that's how we, that's how we get down now. I got to, I got to know, I got. I got some questions in the next segment for you all, but I got to know. How's the radio show going for each of you right now? Addy, how are you? What are you enjoying about being on the air and getting a chance to talk to all these good people listening in?
Yeah, I'm, I'm really loving it. I think the thing that that is most exciting for me and just that I'm really enjoying a lot is being able to slip in. Different little nuggets of information that, um, I know when I learned them, was really impactful for me. And it's fun to be kind of giving that back, um, and, you know, sharing those those nuggets that kind of give you that aha moment. And um, you know, it doesn't have to be anything huge. Sometimes, sometimes just even these little, these little things that you just didn't know before makes such a huge impact.
So it's really fun to be sharing those things with with the listeners. I want you to think about what one of those things are. Cause I'm going to come back to you, if not in this segment, the next one. I'm going to ask you, what are one of those things that you shared with your audience? I want to know, I want to hear it.
CARMEN Oh, excuse me, see, I keep doing this. I'm gonna have to read, jumble my screen or something like that, Dr.
Meg, Dr. Meg, how about you? what? How are you enjoying being on the air with folks and sharing all this great love that you have in your heart? Well, I think it's super cool because I have a lot to say. And I'm tired of telling people telling me to keep my mouth shut because I have a lot to say. Um, yeah, so it's, that's pretty cool.
I can say whatever I want. So thank you to um, Malcolm and everybody over there at America out loud for allowing us to speak. That's pretty cool. And before I forget to say, Dr. H. I have. I made a couple of notes and maybe the listeners would like to weigh in to see which they like. But I have um, four potential names for the quartet here.
Would you like to hear them? Let's go, let's see what we got, okay, number one energetic health ambassadors.
Okay, number two Energetic Wellness panel, Okay, number three Energetic Nutrition Collective, Number four Energetic Vitality Team.
And the last one which I kind of like is the energetic Balance Quartet The court, Okay, so I definitely like Vitality and Quartet I'm going to work.
I'm going to work with you on that. I think we got something in there, I think I think there's something in there. You see, folks, we're marinating this, how we do it right. Collaboration for finding.
And then what will happen is it'll just blurt out one day and we'll all look at each other on air while we're recording. We'll be like, Uh, that's it, that's what we're going with. Cause we have it on looking for healing radio, right? we have it on looking for healing, uh, healing radio with Dr.
Artis. Dr. Schmidt, Nicola and myself, or the Healing Homies, right? And I didn't want to, like, use that, but you see how it just kind of flows.
Like, So it was like, Well, you can hang out with us and the healing homies, right? And it's like, Yeah, okay, I get what they're talking about. Meg. Good start.
We're going to spice it up a little bit, we're going to put some and put a little flame under it, we're going to see what comes out. Carmen, how about you? what are you thinking with being able to talk with this wonderful group of people listening in?
I love to blend the curiosity of herbal wisdom and an engaging Q and a type of format. So that is one of the things that I'm excited about, to receive questions, but then to also answer in which showcases herbs are amazing tools, but our foundation to a remedy. But it may not be, uh, the entire thought process, so it's almost like learning to add things to your toolkit. So herbal medicine isn't about just simply treating symptoms.
I like sharing that, it's actually understanding the whole person and their connection to their environment. What was the last herb you talked to? Last herb I spoke to? Ooh, plantain.
I was camping and I was showing it to my daughter. I would say, plantain broadleaf, yeah. If you haven't had a conversation with a living herb y'all, you owe it to yourself because you will hear some incredible things. You'd be like, Am I really hearing this?
Is this really going on? Yes, the plants do talk to you when you get into a place of stillness and just set your butt on the ground. Get earthing right and get connected with what they're feeling, and then the communication can be absolutely beautiful.
I had a Joanne Sanchez showed me how to do that, wonderful herbal teacher in the Southwest, just magnificent, magnificent teacher. And it was like, we went out and just walking her, she's like, Okay, here's what you're going to do. You're going to walk around and where you feel drawn to go and sit down and have a conversation.
You're going to pour a little bit of water, give a little bit of a gift. And then you're just going to sit and have a have a conversation and see what happens. It was incredible and of course, people started out going. It's moving crazy. Yeah, maybe a little bit, but not doing it as even crazier, so let's go there with it.
Jolene, Jolene, Jolene. How about you, Mrs. Cattle rancher and negative 40 degrees and things like that, still somehow alive? How about you how you enjoy talking with everybody on there? I have to say I am loving this number one when we do our group round tables like this every week. I learn from every single one of our healers, which is super cool because all of us are on a continual learning journey together.
And it's a reminder as I'm recording my own personal show. You know, sometimes I'll go off on a rant or my brain will go one way or another. And I'm like, Wait a second. I just learned something, I just learned something by trying to teach you all something.
So to me, that just keeps me energized and inspired, and just wants me to keep going and going. And I can tell already that I'm hopefully giving all of our listeners confidence to really make those choices that you were talking about in the last segment. To have the information to make their own informed choices in a way that works best for them. And it's not going to be exactly the same for everybody. And that's what's so cool. But what we have here is we're fully supportive, love, light, all the great things and just living our own best lives.
Amen, and I love that. I love what you just said about being a lifelong student, you know? Like, that's what it's all about this segment, everybody. That was the main thing I wanted you to get out of it. It's like we have a tendency to really outsource our abilities to other people.
And we've seen that, I've seen that for the last 25 years with. Folks would be like, people will ask me a question and you know, they want to hear what I have to say. Well, I appreciate that, like, that is the highest honor that you care what I think about something. But what I always want to do is put that mirror up and reflect it back to you. And say, you listening in right now have the power and ability to ask a question.
Because all that we've done, and you're going to hear a whole bunch of really cool stuff coming out of all these incredible healers, right? All we've really done is asked a lot of questions. That's really the signature aspect of a healer and of a student of healing, which we are lifetime students of healing, is that we ask questions. You start asking questions, and sometimes it's to a plant and you get some interesting answers, sometimes it's to a book and you get some interesting answers.
Sometimes it's to an internet and you get some interesting answers. But one thing that is never going to be, and we'll go talk about this on a whole another show, I'm never going to be asking. AI, I promise you that right now we're going to take a short break. Folks, be right back with more energetic Health Institute Radio and these four fabulous healers right after these messages.

All right, healers, welcome back. You know, I got a few things that I want to, you know, just mulling about in my head, but I'm just really curious. One of the things about that I'm learning. Because, you know, we're spending a lot of time, you know, learning a lot of things. But we're also. I'm spending a lot of time learning how to teach, you know, things like, I want to make sure you get this.
And what I've kind of really started to embrace is this idea that really, all I'm doing is sharing my life. You know, sharing the things that I do anyway. And I'm in really good health. You know, I don't, I don't own any pharmaceuticals, I'm nowhere near any of that stuff. You know, I feel great every single day.
I'm, you know, I'm getting up there in years and still think I look decent and I can. My body still works, for the most part, I don't have little aches and pains. So I, you know, it's like, you know, I must be doing something right, so I want to share that with you, right?
So what I'm going to go around here with all these wonderful healers is? I'm going to ask, what's something that you're doing right now, or have been doing for a long time with your health that you feel could benefit? Everybody? Listening in right now on the show and while you all are thinking about it, I'll give you a second, right? I'm going to share one of mine. One of mine is just simply the water. You know, I've been a water snob for a very long time, but I have never been as much of a water snob as I am now. Knowing how to make the home brewed holy water that we teach, knowing what the testing has, come back on it, validating everything we're doing, knowing how it makes me feel every single day.
And then also knowing something else, everybody listening in right now. Every now and then, I will sample, take a sip of some water out there just to make sure I'm not going crazy and I'm not being super biased. And I can tell you, I've gone to some places, tap water is obviously a right, but I've gone to some places where they. You know, you got to purchase bottled water, you know what I mean? I'll buy a bottled water or something like that and try it out.
And it's like, this is junk that I'm drinking right now, and it's it's incredible. And it's like, it just constantly reaffirms that, yes, it's worth it. Every single night going through the process of cleaning the distillers out and making sure that I've gone through all of my steps to get the water ready. And every single morning, one of my favorite things to do, I just consider this is my water gardening, you know, kind of time. I wake up in the morning and I take all that wonderful water and put it into the store, into the glass storage containers that I have for it. And now, all day long, I have water that's ready to be structured all day long, whenever I want it.
You know, I travel with it, I travel with moonshine jugs everywhere I go. I just went to Vegas this weekend and had a couple of moonshine jugs with me. Just in case, right? I'm not drinking anybody else's water, I'm only drinking the water I've cleaned.
So that's the one thing I do that I would recommend everybody. Addie, How about you? What's the one thing that you're doing? Been doing it for a while, maybe doing it new that you wish everybody would be able to explore for themselves? I think there's so many things that I could say here. I mean, we definitely prioritize organic food, whole foods, all of that stuff.
But I feel like I've talked about that a lot already, so I'm trying to think of something new. And the thing that came to mind was actually that I try to be playful throughout my day every single day, and so that includes laughter. That includes kitchen dance parties.
When I'm cooking, even just, you know, free spirit, I like to go outside barefoot and just hang out with the trees a bit. You know? And so all these things that just, you know, elevate your mood and, you know, release those feel-good hormones and bring in that. You know, just that joy in your life is so impactful.
And you know, you notice that sometimes people that are really happy and smiling all the time and tell a lot of jokes, they actually age so gracefully. I don't know if you've ever noticed that before, but I pay attention to that. And so, you know, even with my husband, like, we're always playing jokes on each other and just laughing. And I think it really is tremendously helpful for your nervous system, actually, and bringing that parasympathetic state into your life. You are not going to be in a fight or flight response when you're laughing.
You will have to feel safe in order to be at that level of joy. And so I think that's something that's, you know, very subtle and something that maybe we don't focus on that much. But I think it's incredibly impactful and I definitely feel like it has helped me in many, many ways. Amen, right, amen.
Love it. Average adult laughs four times a day. The average kid laughs 300 times a day. Gee, I wonder who's having a better day, right? Dr?
Meg, how about you? What's something that you've been doing for a while or doing recently that you just would love to share with everyone because it's working for you? Well, like addy, I could take this in a multitude of directions. But because I'm a mental health professional and historically, I have had to manage that on my own. I know how important that routines are, so I have specific routines I do every single day. So as you ask the question, I'm like, Okay, well, what would I say?
I'm a fundamental kind of person I always started with, called ground zero. So almost anytime you ask me a question like this and I could go down any rabbit hole. I'm almost always going to start with the bare minimum. So when I wake up in the morning, the bare minimum thing I put in my mouth are cannabinoids and then I go up from there.
There's other things, D3, C, zinc stuff, but cannabinoids, very first thing I put in my mouth every single day. Amen, right, what a great thing too. And I'm going to tell you, I like that. I'm going to be putting some cannabinoids in my mouth after we're done here today. Because they just help you have a little happier day, folks.
And you know what, it's medicine, definitive medicine, everything from Covid to colds. It's a great, great medicine. And it's going to support a healthy microbiome too when you prepare it, right?
That's the key. Are you preparing it, right? Carmen? How about you? What's something you would love to share with everybody? I would say, meditation and movement?
So for the past four years, I've consistently meditated, it could be throughout the day, it's definitely in the of the day and movement. I've been into mixed martial arts since I was 19, I'm 36 now.
So, movement has been paramount in my mental health, but also my physical stamina. When I feel stronger, I feel secure, I feel confident and I feel like I can take on the day. So, five to six times a week, I'm at the gym somewhere between 530 and 630. Amen. How long do you do for your workouts?
45 minutes to 75 minutes. I like to start it once I start to sweat, so that's when I start to count it. I like the lateral, elliptical or MIT work, yeah.
Oh, the MIT work is really, really fun, it's fun hitting stuff, you know what? I mean, it's just it's just. Sometimes you just got to be like, Look, I'm getting this out before because I know today's going to be crazy.
So I'm just going to hit something in the morning and then we'll be nice and chill in the afternoon, right? I like it all, right, and how about you, Jolene?
What's something you like to share with everybody? As soon as you asked this question, I immediately knew what my answer was going to be. Working with all the different patients, with different doctors and natural health practitioners. One thing that resonated the most with all the clients and patients I worked with was to add in something green every day. And that is from your Energetic Health Institute Suite 16, where it's so simple and people discount how simplicity can be so powerful. So, even no matter where you're starting on your health journey, I would tell people we don't have to cut everything out right now.
Let's just add in the good stuff and eventually, your body's going to crave it. And once you start to feel better, you're not going to want all the junk or you'll want it less. So it's more about empowering you to once again make those choices. And just adding in greens every day, it alkalizes, it, adds the fiber, it adds the antioxidants.
It's going to keep you full longer, it's going to give you energy, all of those great things. In fact, I should probably do a whole episode for me just on eating greens, because I'm obsessed with it. Well, let's do that. We have a couple of minutes here.
I want everybody to be thinking about one of the benefits of chlorophyll. I'm going to set you up and talk a little bit about chlorophyll for our audience. Because we've done a couple of shows on this too. And this is one of those topics you just can't do enough of, because it's good to have those reminders. All of us we're the same as you all listening on, we fall out of good habits.
They just happen and then you're like, Oh, you know what? I want to start doing it again. One of the good habits that I was falling out of was sprouts, and it happens seasonally.
Sometimes you just need that seasonal reminder, so there's this new thing that we're trying out, it's called InstaFarm. Tammy Garcia showed me it from Naturally inspired.
And I went and bought one and I'm like, can't wait till it gets here. Because they actually have pre-produced seeds, sprout seeds in organic soil, organic seeds. And all you got to do is put them under the light and let them grow so that you're cut off the broccoli seeds. Or a salad mix every single day. I can't wait for this, I'm so excited to put those greens in my body.
But healers, a couple of quick things about the chlorophyll Chlorophyll is almost identical to heme. Heme are little subunits that make up your red blood cells. So when you're bringing chlorophyll into your body, you're helping to build your blood up. Make your red blood cells stronger, their ability to bind oxygen and carbon dioxide and keep you at the right PH goes way up.
It's going to be a little bit alkalizing as well, not even just a little bit. It's going to be the second most alkalizing substance that you can actually put in your body. Chlorophyll is going to be. But one of my favorite things about it, and that we just learned last week, is that it enhances the chelation effect of DMSA. Something we're going to be talking a lot about at the Healing for the ages, as we're showing you the results that are coming in. That, yes, we can get the building blocks for this nanotech out of the body.
Chlorophyll is going to be a key add-on, a key enhancement for doing that. So, Addy, Chlorophyll, what's something that you really dig about chlorophyll that you know it does for your body? When you're putting it in? Well, it's some, it's gosh, there's so many great things, you know. First thing that comes to mind is what you said about it being really similar to the heme molecule, so it's really easy to clean your blood. But something I recently discovered about it that was interesting is I was reading some research about this. And they have discovered that it actually helps to mitigate the effects of endocrine disruptors.
And if you don't know this, endocrine disruptors are in tons of different body care products on like drugstore shelves. Like just the regular, non-natural ones filled with them. Anything that smells like some sort of fake anything, floral scent, whatever, you know, spring breeze, all that stuff. That is an endocrine disruptor typically, and can affect your hormone production, your reproductive system. All of that chlorophyll mitigates that those endocrine disruptors by actually, it actually can mitigate the ROS or the reactive oxygen species, and so by taking chlorophyll, you're helping to reduce that effect.
You also want to get those things out of your house, of course. But if you happen to go to someone else's house and they have an air freshener, take some extra chlorophyll and it will help with that. Amen, amen, all right, you can see, you can hear the passion, right?
Wanting you to get this and understand it. The best thing, like Jolene said, is eat something green every day, organic and green every day, put something green green. M&ms don't count, all right?
Let's go to Dr. Meg, Dr. Meg. Chlorophyll What's one of the things that you love about chlorophyll? As a mental health professional, it reduces oxidative stress, which is common in all mental health problems.
So it's going to help balance out the brain, or is it going to what is it like? How would you translate that for the audience? What is it doing for someone's central nervous system, someone's brain? When they bring it into their body? Well, it does different things because there's different components to chlorophyll that helps.
So it depends on what you're talking about. We've got B9, which is folate, and that is largely implicated in mental health problems.
I totally lost my thought there. Dr. H. That's okay, I'm going to come and get catch it, I'm going to go over to Carmen.
I'm going to come back to you, Carmen, go for it. What are you thinking about? Chlorophyll? What's the one thing that you love that it does for your body?
I absolutely adore that. It's healing to the mucosal membrane, so throughout my journey, I specialized in stroke and hypertension prevention and recovery, as well as digestive complaints. So individuals with ulcers healing to the mucosal membrane has been fantabulous. Maybe they weren't someone that wanted to try Cayenne because it's hot, but yet, healing to mucosal membranes and an anodyne or pain relieving adding in liquid chlorophyll in supplemental form was amazing.
That coupled with cabbage juice and or carrot juice. Yep, that sounds like that'll do it, especially when you start bringing in that cabbage juice and everything that'll do it. Jolene, how about you?
What's one thing you love about eating something green every day? Well, let's talk about the detox effect as well. I'm fortunate to travel a lot for work and sometimes it can be tough to get your veggies in. So it's like you said, as healers, I just caught myself. I had a whole aha moment when you were speaking.
Even if I don't get my salads in. I used to take chlorophyll tablets with me when I traveled, and it's great for the detox. You're just not going to eat as clean as you normally would. You're out and about, and it's a great breath freshener, too. I realized I actually have stopped taking chlorophyll with me when I travel.
It's just we've got a million things to use, so I'm going to add that back into my routine. So thank you for bringing that to light again. Amen, right?
Yeah, I can feel it when I go more than three or four days without concentrated chlorophyll. I love the chlorella when I go three or four days without it. I feel it in my bloodstream. It is just I get, I feel sluggish.
You know what I mean? And then you put it back in and it's immediately like, My goodness, yes, this is me, I'm back, this is fantastic.
Dr. Meg, we got just 15 seconds in you, you, it looks like you found that thought. Go for it. Well. Oxidative stress is kind of complicated, especially if you're trying to explain it to somebody who has no idea what that is at all.
So don't, okay, so it. It helps reduce oxidative stress, and that's a great thing for mental health. That's right. So folks, think of it like this.
Your brain is going to function better when it's not being damaged. What is oxidative stress do? It's going to damage your brain, right? So you're going to have clear thoughts. You're going to be able to recall things faster, and you're just going to feel happier and healthier all along the day.
All right, folks, well, that's all the time we have for today's show. I hope you enjoyed it. We're going to be getting in when I do, bring these fabulous healers back on.
We're going to be getting into specific things, your questions, case studies, stuff like that we've done enough of. An introduction. I wanted to just kind of have you meet and greet hi like, Hey, hi listener, would you like to meet?
This is Addie, Addie, this is listener. We've done all that, everybody, now we're going to start teaching, so I'd say, buckle up.
We have a lot of great things to share with you moving forward on Energetic Health Institute Radio. And as you know, we always end the same way. May God shine his divine light down upon us all, everyone we love and surround us, in protection of his warm and healing embrace. And I will say to you, remember these four magnificent opportunities to take no offense, speak truth, be selfless and remain humble.
Tell God you love him, delete hatred from your vernacular and watch the magic that unfolds in your life. Until we get to speak again, I say to you all, Aloha, aloha, aloha. I can't even pronounce.
You see, I'll see, I'll see what comes out. You know, that's that walking off a stage and farting, you don't want to do that. All right. We're going to say everybody, aloha and Adios.
